“For tha fine folks watching, those smaller ships ya see, are the main fighting force of this proud Trinity Fleet.” Jack’s gruff yet friendly voice echoes as the Seers Orb view begins to pan across the fleet. “We haven’t been able to decide on a name for them yet, so we decided they needed to earn it in their first battle!” Jack’s cackling laugh helps many citizens recover from the early dive. They all begin to ooh and ahh as the sleek magical destroyers take off like torpedoes, speeding across the water toward the edges of the protective dome.
“Everyone has learned the old saying, ‘“When the six full moons rise as one, the seventh will peek behind the curtains, unleashing the horrors within. Unravel the storms, calm the winds, and settle the seas, reset the cycle, and dawn shall begin anew.”’ This was initially thought of as legend, just some made-up poem of old.” Nicolas’ somber, serious tone brings a hush over the rowdy crowds. “Stay strong, Celestians; you are about to witness the horrors hiding behind the curtain.” A towering tidal wave surged against the dome while its destructive momentum was lost, and some water spilled into it. Within the rain of water spilling through, giant glowing fish with razor-sharp glinting fins and fangs also fell.
“Razor Fangs, magical sea creatures whose scales are sharp as Mythril swords and fangs more powerful than a piercing spear.” Everyone felt Yue’s disgust for the creatures. The deadly fishes wiggle with glee as they fall towards the decks of the waiting ships. “They used to be dreadful creatures until we learned how to handle them.” As the giant, person-sized, shiny, scaled-fanged fish opens its razor toothmaw wide to swallow the prey whole, the image of a terrified sailor vanishes. “A simple trap of illusion magic over a large metal spike will work.” Yue says as the school Razor Fang fish impales most of themselves onto long solid metal spikes.
Magical glowing bolts with a slight purple gem embedded into each are shot from the side of the ships. Every hit on a Razor Fang causes them to spasm from an electric shock, making them easier targets for elimination. The cheering crowds go wild as the fleet wipes out the remaining fish.
“Here comes the first of this Run’s horrors.” Nicolas says in a small voice that all could feel worried as they turn their attention to another incoming tidal wave. This one had a prominent shadowy figure inside of it. “Admiral, fire.” Following his command, the giant flagship near the middle of the fleet opens up its magical cannons at the oncoming figure. A large beam of bright orange light flashes out at impossible speeds, brightening the night sky more than the moons, but only for a nanosecond.
The tidal wave evaporates, leaving a smoking towering figure behind. The crowds' muttering grows until an ear-shattering guttural roar rings out. The creature swings its limb at the shining dome surrounding the Trinity Fleet. The dome flares with intensity as it redirects the strike to the side. Warning sirens sing the call of danger as the glowing ships in the fleet all start to move at top speeds.
“Sail true.” Nicolas speaks religiously.
“”Sail true.”” Yue and Jack echo him and the rest of the watching world.
Most of the Trinity fleet exits both sides of the dome walls as it shrinks to fit around the largest ship in the middle. Magical circles spring up on the ship's sides as magical beams and spells fire off. Initially confused, the monster takes the bait and follows one group of warships. The vessel stops fighting and focuses on outrunning the mighty beast while the other group gets ambushed by another one of those giant creatures.
“While our brave Adventures onboard the fleet’s warship distract the horrors from the deep, we must take this opportunity they provide for us and start the Storm Run!” Nicolas shouts out with new vigor. “Let their struggles not be in vain.” He says in a respectful tone.

“Now for the main event folks!” Jack calls out as the scene shifts back to the trio of guild masters standing around a bare room made of metal plating. “The challenge of the StormWall!” He laughs out while almost falling over from losing his balance.
“If the Seers Orb is recording the fleet’s fight, how will we see the Run?” Yue asks with a confused look on her young-looking face.
“Who says we only made one?” Nicolas’ cheerful and playful smile is back on his bushy face. “As it happens, one of my top disciples is taking it on our private aircraft.” His attitude takes a smug turn once he mentions his disciple. “I left it in her care so we can all see inside the StormWall!” Nicolas says while laughing haughtily.
“Does he remember all our disciples are on that ride?” Jack mutters to Yue behind his hand as Nicolas laughs like a fool.
“Memory problems at his age are common.” Yue sighs while giving a pitiful look towards the wizard.
“I’m not senile! And you’re older th-” Nicolas’ body disappeared from the view along with Yue.
“Uh… Let’s have the kids take over for us…” Jack says while rubbing the back of his neck nervously. “Now where is da button… Nope, this one?... Naw… Guys! Stop yer flirting and hel- oh found it!” Right before Jack could hit the switch, the world witnessed a scary-looking Yue with a sword in hand standing full of rage behind the unsuspecting guy.
“I will cut off your balls, deep fry them, before shoving them down your filthy throat! Now, Shut Up, Tanner!!” The world went silent as the view from the Seer Orb shifted to show a woman in a shimmering robe pointing her glowing wand at a man in full armor shivering in his seat. “Our masters are about to call on us to speak to the world, and I will NOT-!” She flicks her wand as a ring of lightning surrounds Tanner while crackling with power. “-Have you ruin this for me! So behave-” She stalks towards him with her glowing magic wand at the ready. “What?!” She glances over to another man in the back, waving his arms about before he points at the glowing Seers Orb. “How long has that-...!” She embarrassedly covers her face before running to her seat and strapping in.
“Ehm!” A muscular man coughs to gather everyone's attention. “Welcome aboard the Raptor, everyone! We are about to embark on our Adventure into the StormWall!” He opens his arms wide from his seated position.
“Brace for lift off!” Rex’s voice echoed throughout the room.
“Just in time!” The man shouts with excitement as the whole airship shakes. The others in their seats let out small noises of shock or surprise. “Hey, Rex!” He shouts at the ceiling.
“Yes, Chestor?” Rex replies as he forms into a small transparent bubble of light.
“Can you show us the exterior?” Chestor smiles charmingly as the others gasp at his request.
“Certainly. Connecting feed to Exterior Orbs.” Rex flashes as the room fills with light before seemingly vanishing before the occupants' eyes. It is as if the walls are transparent. The group yells in surprise as they look at the hanger floor a good ways down from their chairs.
“Wait, where are the other airships?” Tanner finally speaks up while lifting his helmet’s visor.
“Rex! Tim’s view, now!” Chestor cries out as a loud metal clunk drops the airship a few inches. Then, a creaking metallic whine fills the room as the Raptor starts to tilt toward the ocean below.
“Aren’t we supposed to be taking off?!” The embarrassed woman from before screams while desperately trying to hold onto her chair’s safety handles.
“Dropping in Three.” Rex starts to countdown for the group.
