Chapter 4- Ten Thousand Soul Sealing Array
"So are you not supposed to be a child?" A hint of understanding was in Engil's words. He finally understood that this child wasn't a monster without reason. However the circumstances that achieved the child in front of him were still unknown.
"No, neither am I supposed to be human." Roen's next words sent shock and confusion into Engil's mind.
'Is this a side effect from the method. I still have unanswered questions. Staying put will not be an efficient use of my time it's time to move.' Staring off into the horizon with eyes filled with intelligence unbefitting of a child, Roen made up his mind to move forward. Realizing that he could move his body the way he desired he felt no pressure to regain his previous body.
"Well then, let's get a move on being here at night definitely shouldn't be a good thing." Already coming to terms with his body Roen then started his way out of the boneyard. Seeing Roen moving away Engil hurriedly picked himself out of his thoughts and obediently followed. The two remained in silence for the most part, and although Engil still had many unanswered questions, seeing Roen's serious face he save those for later.
Due to not utilizing aura it took them till night fall to reach the perimeter of the boneyard. Thus the two set to make camp there for the night. Engil pulled out a sheet of paper with a rune looking like and upside down fish that contained other odd shapes within it. Seeing the new rune Roen got a little curious and wondered what it could be used for.
"Ains gar nak ta," following the chant from Engil the rune started to suck in his aura and produced a warm flame. Slowly setting the flame down on the ground, Engil looked at Roen's amusement and lightly chuckled. The two began to set up blankets made from the clothes of the Lands of Sorcery soldiers from earlier. Laying in their blankets the two spoke no words as the gazed at the bright flame being produced from the rune. Slowing thinking about the events that transpired Engil wordlessly drifted off to sleep, and Roen soon followed as his human child body forced him to close his eyes and rest.
After an uneventful night the two woke up and started to pack. Engil pulled out two pieces of dried meat that he scavenged from his pursuers earlier, and handed one to Roen.
"No thanks."
"I thought you said you were hungry?"
"Since when did I say I eat human foods." Roen said with a mischievous smile that held several different meanings.
"Then what do you..."
"You'll see," cutting off Engil, Roen gave a brief response and turned to leave the boneyard.

vrrrrrrRRRRRRRRRR
A crescendo started as the ground started to tremble and a series of strange sounds followed. Engil seemed to want to say something, but when he glanced at Roen's pale white face a incomprehensible fear spread out from him.
All of a sudden, the sands that spanned for miles around the boneyard disappeared, and a black ground with millions of glowing lines appeared around them. Oddly enough the human bones that weathered though the ages each automatically reassembled themselves and the glowing lines spread onto them. The ground started to shake and the air started to vibrate. Engil was amazed at the whole process, but an ominous feeling hung over the air. Roen didn't have the leisure to be amazed and he quickly started sprinting away without a word of warning to Engil. As if the energy for the word 'run' would mean his downfall. Engil quickly chased after Roen as his fears for the upcoming were coming true. Both of them were sprinting side by side not saying anything, and every now and then Roen would swivel his head as if looking for something. The glowing lines increased in size and in brightness as the vibrations in the air continued to increase and the ground felt like it would break apart at any moment.
Roen stopped on top of a line that looked exactly like the others around it, but if one looked closely the brightness of it was slightly less than the surroundings. However the serious look on his face didn't relieve any of Engil's tensions. Seeming to ponder about something for a second Roen turned to Engil, but before he could say anything ten chains started to wrap around his body. The chains looked very real and most certainly felt like the real deal seeing as to how Roen struggled to break free of them. However the chains kept releasing wisps of blue light from where Roen was struggling. Engil's eye began to look for the source of the ethereal chains, and found that the tens of thousands of human skeletons were holding the ten chains that bound Roen. Absolutely horrified at the sight Engil gave a silent prayer to Roen, and was about to sprint off when a formless energy rooted him in place.
"Sorry about this." Roen's child like voice hung in his ears and then an incomprehensible pain hit him. It felt like all the bones in his body had shattered and were being ripped out of his flesh. He felt like his blood was being forcibly pulled from his body and all his organs were drying up as he became a husk no greater than those of a skeleton. Then before he could pass out he felt a cool breeze the instantly soothed him. As he looked around he saw a dome made of lumpy white material and a dark red coat started to cover it. He couldn't find Roen anywhere and the only area he could be in is the dome.
'He couldn't have left me to die right?' Engil's thoughts were answered by a bright multicolored light that shined from the distance. Although there was about a mile or so distance away, Engil felt a terrible aura coming from that light. The light was not slow by any means it passed the boneyard they just ran away from in an instant.
'It's too fast!!?!' Engil tried to come up with something to escape, but he couldn't find salvation this time. He took a closer look at the light and realized that everything that entered the light the ground, sand, and even the skeletons were obliterated. Engil closed his eyes as if resigning to his fate.
"Oops. My bad shouldn't leave you out here yea?" A voice as if belonging to an angel rang in his head. Then darkness devoured him.
