“Adam, are you ready for possibly the worst experience of your life?”
“Well. Since you are asking: "No, I don't think so.”
“Adam, My friend, this is the way of the elven hunter, don’t you wish to become an honorary elven hunter?”
“But your ears aren’t pointy; how can you be an elf?”
“Yes or no Adam, I am not training you for your sass.”
When asked, Adam appears to gain a distant look in his eyes, as if he is looking somewhere else. He walks up to the ashen-haired boy and pokes him on the forehead, asking again: “Do you or do you not Adam?”
“Can I really become an honorary elven hunter? Wouldn’t I just become your apprentice?” Adam asks, curiosity mixed with focus filling his returned attention.
“Will I become strong enough to where you don’t hit me in my head again?”
“Adam, my friend, I would never do such a thing to you, you are like my brother.”
“Really?” The grey-haired boy asked with unwavering faith.
“Of course, have I ever lied to you?”
“I hardly know you.”
“That’s beside the point Adam: Do you trust me?”
“Mmmwell” Adam begins before being cut off.
“Wonderful!” Sebas says while pulling out a branch of red-colored rounded berries from his bag. “These are called… Bait berries! They’re a simple way to lure in monsters… or at least I know they’ll lure in Rabbits for us to fight!”
“That sounds: Dangerous, Rediculous, and Irresponsible.”
“Yep! Here you go.” Sebas says, squishing a berry within his fingers and tossing the rest of them to Adam.
Rustling and patter sounds from within the straw, several red eyes leer at Adam through the grassy cover, and almost visible animosity can be seen from 4 jealous Horned-Rabbits. One leaps out to destroy the black-haired adventurer, war already declared by adorable screeches: a declaration stating that plunder will be accepted, and mercy is contrary.
The youth fearfully collects himself, longsword awkwardly held along with a twig of berries.
“Adam, just worry about one of them, I want you to focus on defending yourself, you need to strike it’s horn with your blade.”
“But!” The adventurer says, before backing away from the feral rodent.
“Don’t worry, I won’t let you die bud, we’re adventurers; adventurers look out for each other!” Sebas says, focusing on the monsters within the brush, while occasionally taking a peek at Adam.
A single large rabbit leaps out towards Sebas, clearly the leader of the herd; the beast’s horn charged with a white light.
Sebas punches the creature in the chin, sending it flying backward into the forest with a dwindling squee. Two more beasts leaped out in revenge for their leader, a single swift slice from his dagger removed its life swiftly gushing out of the beast’s neck. He received an attack to his side from the second of the pair, but simply grabbed it, holding it by the scruff, and returned his attention to his junior.

Despite all factors, the plateless adventurer’s cowardly expression, lack of formal training, and even the shoddy weapon Sebas bought him, Adam strikes the beast directly in the horn every single time it's charged.
While rubbing his chin, Sebas watched the boy fight. Lost in thought, he shoves the top of his lip upward. Crouching down, he watches the fight.
“SEBAS! I CAN'T DO IT! IT IS TOO STRONG” Adam yells in between heavy breaths, his sword limply pointed toward the ground, sweat has drenched his head making it look like an extra dirty mop.
“Look for its weak point in the horn, you gotta look out for that,” Sebas says simply while still watching, distracted only by the attempted escapes from his prisoner.
Adam looks close towards the rabbit, observing, waiting.
“Do you see it?” Sebas asks.
“No! No, I don’t! I’m tired, and my chest is tight and I think I'm gonna puke!”
Sebas chuckles: “Defend, deflect, or run Adam. The monster can’t have a constitution of 3 or higher, he probably wants to puke as well, but he wants that berry more.”
“He? He’s just attacking because he wants my berries?”
“Yes, he's trying to kill you just for your food, a regular monster,” Sebas says while holding up the second horned rabbit in front of him [Biting] the beast’s mangy revolting pelt making him gag slightly before the warm liquid trickles down his neck and throat.

Adam suddenly appears to have less fatigue as he holds himself upright, sword not pointing at the ground anymore.

Sebas squinted at his mental messages, for one thing: he NEVER received these messages before, it was practically skewed in Adam’s favor. He stares at the strange boy, who, in his opinion was just some chump who had nothing going for him but his last name, but now he might be some sort of demigod. He attempts to perform his strange quirk when in thought, lifting his lip, only for him to be blocked by a hare he practically bit through.
Sebas removed the rabbit from his mouth, coughed out a tuft of hair, and stuck his tongue out in disgust. His attention is now on Adam as clanks sound from the battle he has with the exhausted rabbit, and Adam tosses the berry twig into the air getting the rabbit’s attention. His eyes focus and suddenly Adam moves his sword, some sort of stance that can only be described as something his tutor taught Sebas when he was young.
The rabbit leaps through the air, Adam’s sword glowing a bright white light, in a sequence of three strikes in the shape of a star, the boy removes the rabbit’s life as it explodes into six segments and falls onto the ground with a meaty squish.

While throttling Adam, Sebas screams “DO YOU HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH MY FAMILY.”
“N-o-o-o-o,” Adam says in hesitating speech forced by the shaking.
Adam is dropped by Sebas, albeit hesitantly, he allows Adam to survive in his presence, “You’re on thin fuckin’ ice Adam Rynard, if we go to that elf lady-”
“Miss Fayeth?”
“Yeah her. If her lie detection skill detects a lie from you I'm going to have your ass mounted upon a wall.” Sebas says, before taking a large breath, and continued: “In other news, that was strangely pathetic while being extremely impressive towards the end my friend. I must declare that you are an honorary elf hunter-”
Interrupted by the flaring of the dead horned rabbit Adam eviscerated, Sebas says “Ah fuck, I forgot to get the materials from them!”
“Wait, I got something, my system said that (Looter) was activated,” Adam said in response to Sebas’ plight.
“Dude, I have no clue how that works, nor what that means,” Sebas says; “Furthermore, I don’t know what “looter” means, it sounds like you would benefit from chests in a labyrinth.”
“There are labyrinths?” Adam asked excitedly while staring at the blue flame of his kill.
For some reason, a blue stone and a leg haunch are left behind from the flames.
“What… What the fuck did you just do.”
“I (Looted) the rabbit… I am pretty sure.” Adam says while holding up the blue stone in his hands, the prepped meat turned into squares rapidly, going into the blessed adventurer’s item box.
“Adam… what are you?”
“I’m just Adam, just like you’re just Sebas,” The boy says with a smile, only to increase Sebas’ bemusement.
Sebas sighed and ruffled the ash-colored hair of the boy before looking back down at the rabbit he held, looking back for the one he knocked into the forest, along with the blue smoldering smoke coming off of the beast he killed. He swiftly grabs it would have ruptured in flames.
“Hey, Adam.”
“Yesss Sebas?”
“Can you “Looter” other monsters?”
“I can try.” He says, walking over and poking the strange corpses a few times before the three burst into flames making Sebas yell and drop them, the flames are not hot despite the bright blue color. In what feels like forever, two-horned rabbit horns fall to the ground, completely solid instead of the normal hollow ones, a single pelt neatly lays folded up where the bodies of the rabbits lay, and atop are four pink rabbit legs.
“Adam?”
“Yes, big bro?”
“You are not a demon, right?”
“I don’t think so… why?”
[Drawstring Loot-sack: 2x Rabbit Horns, 1x Rabbit Pelt, 4x Rabbit Leg Meat]
“Cause I don’t know if merchants will do business with demons, but even if you are I think I know someone who deserves demonic stuff.”
“What are you going on about?” Adam asks.
“Nothing…” Sebas said while hefting his Lootsack on his back.
“Let us go fuck up some more monsters, I think their leader went this way!”
“Do rabbits have leaders?”
“I’m your leader aren’t I?”
“Yeah… wait Hey!”
