A month had finally passed. The girl, Echo, was thin and malnourished due to the lack of attention from her captors during the voyage. Sebas held onto her, body laid against his chest, where the small girl weakly held onto his feathers.
“I’m hungry,” she said.
“I know,” Sebas responded.
“… Am I going to die?” she asked.
Sebas stuttered, before stopping his speech entirely.
“Try to sleep, makes the hunger better,” he said, while clawed talons slid against the back of her head.
Suddenly, a yell from above deck sounded, Land was in sight by the crow’s nest.
Sebas smiled, and set Echo down against the cold and wet cage floor.
“I’m gonna head out for a bit, okay kiddo?”
“Okay…” she muttered weakly.
Sebas scowled.
It had been 15 days since they last fed him and the girl, he was sickened by their treatment of human life. A single fish inside a bucket of chum, used entirely to feed the monster and the girl.
He would be fine, his body had been modified by a high
He was no longer human, he didn’t expect to be treated like a human. However they left a girl in his care, expecting him to kill her, to hog all the inedible gunk they threw on him and not keep her alive.
They wanted a monster, they would get a monster.

Sebas let his wrath overwhelm his body, and began to jump on his toes as he stretched, he placed his left nub outward, only to scowl at his broken body that was made up of a few bolts that his arm once attached to.
He changed his stance, placing his right fist forwards, and sent a jab towards the air. He followed up with his leg that slammed into the door of the cage, sending vibrations throughout the entire metal structure. Sebas smiled, slamming his clawed foot into the metal again. A violent rattle shook his body and a third kick broke the padlock that held the door, along with bending one of the hinges that the door now sat askew on.
Sebas began to walk up wooden stairs, leaving the bilge so that he may find someone to “speak” with.

[Perspective Shift: Adam Rynard (LV 20)]
----------------------------------------
The silken seafoam slammed against the naval ram of the Frigate he stood upon. Adam looked from the bow of the vessel, peering out towards the endless blue ocean that he was escorted on. He watched as a Griffin dived down in the distance from an island and pulled a tuna out from the water with yellow talons as its horrific wings flapped its way back towards a nest on the peak of a mountain body that jutted out from the dark blue salty waters.
A hand placed on his shoulder startled Adam. His body jolted when his companion, Karri Bladewood dragged his attention back down to Starros. He looked at her soft green eyes that peered at him with an untold emotion, a mixture between concern and conciliation.
“Karri! What’s going on, good looking.”
She didn’t respond to his initial flirting attempt, and looked him over with more concern than council.
“How did you know the (Oracle) would be able to find him?”
Adam grimaced and turned his attention back towards the ocean. “You wouldn’t understand, Sebas isn’t someone who would behave the way he normally does, he’s a kind soul, but he isn’t right.”
“Adam, I’m trying to understand, but you don’t make it easy when you try to speak to me with your knowledge that I don’t understand, it’s as if you’re speaking as if you’re not actually here in the moment with us all. I need you to put yourself in my shoes.”
Adam huffed and rested his head on his fist. “I read a storybook, a long time ago.”
“Adam, you can’t just tell me that everything you know can be explained by “I read a book once.” Do you honestly believe I can trust you with our “party“ when you keep secrets to yourself?”
“I don’t need you to trust me.”
“Good gods, your boyfriend leaves for a month and a half, and you start acting like him.”
“Someone needs to be the devil's advocate.”
“Adam, you're infuriating, how did you know Sebas was alive? We all saw the news headline.”
“… I have my ways.”
Karri threw her hands in the air, and left Adam, while Arietta Lightbringer stared at her as she stormed off towards the guest quarters of the frigate.
She looked at Adam as he stared out towards the morning suns at the port bow of the ship. She held her hand out for a moment before dropping it back to her side.
“How do you know Sebastian Aren?”
Adam sighed and placed a hand across his eyebrows, rubbing them to lessen his headache. He ignored her question for the moment and read through his quest list.

[Perspective Shift: Sebas Aren (LV 2)]
----------------------------------------
[(Valuables Insight) Spies someone coming this way!]
While placing his body against the walls, Sebas’ tensile leg talons pierced into a ceiling beam, the wood creaking as his birdlike appendages crushed the beam while he lured in a pirate. The human man in a red durag flinched as he saw the iron crate below deck broken open, and now he was going for the surface exit.
Sebas spoke to the man, “now now, where are you going?”
The man looked up and gawked at his giant reflective black orbs that were his pupils.
Sebas’ feathered arm launched downward and grabbed the man by the neck, he squealed before Sebas could properly grasp and move him into a chokehold, his shirt being to blame for being old, dry rotted and covered in dried blood.
Sebas’ talons sunk into the pirate’s throat as he attempted to grip the human, unintentionally slicing his way into the carotid artery as his hand lost grip on the man, his throat remaining in Sebas’ scaled hand.

Peering through the spaces between the wooden planks on the door, Sebas watched as several dozen men ran around the ship’s deck, trying desperately to get ready to disembark to whatever destination the land they had arrived at. Sebas pressed his thumb up against what used to be his upper lip, a lack of lips were now just small angled protrusions that were covered in feathers. He recoiled at the sensation, he instead adopted the mannerism where he stroked his chin’s feathers, attempting to accelerate his thinking process by a significant degree.
He looked down at the bloodied body that had an ever increasing look of fear plastered all over its face.
He found a Gun, and 18 copper coins on the poor bastard.
“Sucks to be you mister Johnny Jo whatever the fuck your name was.”
He held the gun awkwardly in his hand, failing to properly hold the tiny pistol in his offhand.
He sighed and focused on it.

Sebas sighed and tossed the useless object on the ground, then rifled through the rest of the man’s belongings with (Valuables Insight).
He found a single gold ring in the man’s pocket, and stole the man’s velvet frock coat off of his back before tossing him underneath the stairs.
Sebas ripped the left arm sleeve off of the jacket before shrugging and ripping the right sleeve off as well.
Peering out of the door to the dock, Sebas squinted as the bright morning sun threatened to blind him after his incarceration, a pirate walked by the door, and made eye contact with Sebas, flinching when he spotted his bloodied claws peeking out the door at him.
“Comere…” Sebas said to the man, holding out the ring he just stole.
Seeing as this man was not a blundering buffoon, he immediately screamed, “IT’S ESCAPED!”
Sebas sighed, and lunged out from his hiding space, his claws ripping open the man’s body where his once beating heart pittered out.
“GODDESS OF THE HUNT, BLESS THIS BATTLE, THESE ARE MY PREY,” Sebas yelled while holding up the heart, only for the object to disappear from his hand as a blue light shine from the object and it disappear.

Sitting within her office, the captain of the Red Pearl and the third commander of the eastern branch of Freedom Pirates sat with a small set of lockpicks, attempting to unlock a small black coffer with a reptilian skull emerging out of the flat top of the box.
[Notice: [Lock-picking (LV 5)] has identified the enchantment: “Fury of the Thunderbird” and is attempting to resist.]
A small smile grew on the scarlet-haired woman’s face, as the latch tumbler was released from its grip on the metal clasp and released from the chest.
She began to open it, only for the head of her kitchen’s busboy to smash through the window as she began to open it.
