'Please, have a seat. It seems we have a lot to talk about'.
The group cautiously made their way to the bench and sat down uneasily, staring suspiciously at this young Taoist.
(Players: We weren't that wary, okay?!
Author: Okay, okay. Geez, you don't all have to gang up on me like that. Let me tell the story without any interruptions, and if you have that many issues with all the complaining, then why don't one of you do it?!
Alice: *snatches mic* Fine! I'll do it, then!
Author: o_o )
Heyyy, readers! It's my amazing self again! Finally, am I right?!
You all must've been sooo bored with the authors writing, right?! I know we were, and annoyed! What with all the corrections, and complaining and arguing, and blah, blah, blah.
Well, don't sweat it, because we've decided to take over. It didn't make sense anyway that an observer creeping through a window was telling it! I mean, what does the author know anyway! We're the one's experiencing it, so we'll tell it best, of course! (Author: You'll be too subjective...)
Oh, shut up! It's our turn now.
Seriously, doing all you want, controlling what's happening just to mess with us, being TMI with your writing...well, enough is enough! (Grumbling)
You just continue your creeping and I'll share the story with our dear readers.
Yeah, you! The one who's reading! Though, I still don't get what's so interesting about reading our story anyway. (Shrugging)
I guess, it makes sense if its about me, but these guys, really? (pointing)
(Those guys: -_- )
(Author: I really think, I should tell it. They need more details and descriptions. TMI is important, okay!)
No! I'm not hearing it.
Heh, sorry, you must be bored of this rant right? And our argument. How embarrassing...not!
Of course you won't be bored. How could you? Since someone as interesting as me is telling it!
So, let me continue...
Yes, we sat down and looked at that beautiful man. He's probably too young for me, now though. Since I'm technically 40 or something, I'm too lazy to count. The boring author does stuff like that to be accurate or what the hell ever. You're one to talk, considering you even got the village name wrong and had to edit it everywhere.
How did Trucehaven even become Peacehaven, seriously!
Anyways, he gave us a very sweet and charming smile.
(Author: Stop being delusional, it was a gentle smile!)
Whatever!
Anyway (eye rolls) he said in gentle voice, 'I don't doubt what you young travelers saying, however please understand that I still have my reservations. I apologize for being impolite, but can you please show us your swords? I just want to be sure.'
Stolen from its rightful author, this tale is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.
Wow, rude much? I take back what I said, this guy is just offensive.
So I politely said, 'Excuse me! We didn't come here as some prophesized heroes or anything, okay? You people decided that on your own! We were just sent here for information.'
(Author: You weren't polite at all though)
I've decided to ignore you now.
Dear Jun, being the loveable weirdo that he is, said, 'Hey, its probably important for the plot to move forward. I reckon our swords mean something, it might even be a golden finger. So, let's just do as he says. He's not asking for much anyway.'
What even is that supposed to mean?!
I would've ignored him, but he's right most of the time. How could could any of us do that.
Right then, Jas got all serious, straight as a rod, acted like the fake doormat that he has been. Yeah, I'm on to you! We all are! With you occasional remarks and all. Seriously took him 10 years to even start being real, but still seems a long way to go.
(Jason: =_=)
He said, 'Yeah, Jun's right. I'm sure it won't do us much harm and it makes sense for these people to be a bit doubtful about our identities, considering even we don't know what we're doing here and why.'
Daiki and Zhiren just agreed with them like usual.
(Them: -_- )
So it was decided that we'll show our swords.
We pulled them out from our inventories and the dude totally freaked out when he saw them.
He completely lost that calmness he'd been showing and acted like a kid who got some candy.
The chief dude said, 'I-it's really true! You really are the one's the goddess told us about! It's finally time!'
'Uh...what?' I asked in total confusion, like what's up with these random bits of important info, elaborate please.
He replied, hesitantly, 'I'm afraid I can't tell you yet. I must first complete the task entrusted to me by the goddess before I can provide you with any information.'
Well, thanks for nothing, a**ho**
(Author: Can you not...)
So, what happened next is, he carefully looked at me and raised his hand, 'May I please touch your wrist?' he asked.
Let me tell you, if he looked any worse I would've broken that hand but...oh well who cares, I might die tomorrow.
'Sure, I guess', said I.
Turned out he just wanted to take my pulse. And I felt something warm flow through my body. Weird.
He shook his head.
Don't act like that, man! Who shakes their head while taking someone's pulse!
He did the same with everyone else.
He then, took away his hand and said with knitted eyebrows, 'It's worse than I thought. I did feel it, but I didn't want to believe it and hoped for a chance that the one's of the prophecy would perhaps be at a higher level than I am, but that wasn't true...You all don't have an ounce of qi in your bodies, not to mention a core.'
Then he tilted his head and he had a nice jawline too.
(Author: Irrelevant!)
He continued, 'But something's strange, your body has wide veins and is free from impurities already. It's like what most people would have to spend years to accomplish is something you have naturally. Hah, as expected of the chosen one's.'
That's when Jun sighed while mumbling weird shit again, 'Why does the genre keep changing?'
Well, it was something that could be ignored so we did, but then the chief also mumbled something weird, 'They even talk like them...'
We stared at him, kinda shocked but since he didn't seem to want to elaborate we let it go.
(Author: You're really ruining the chp y'know)
Well, while some people are incapable of understanding my artistic style, I'll work hard to continue telling the story and those people should just shut up and watch.
Then, the chief stared at us all confident and proud, truly looking like a young leader, a capable man worthy of his position.
He said, 'Alright, this should be easier and quicker than expected, at least...okay, it's decided. I shall help you form your core. After that, I'll explain everything.'
And that's all you get for today. Hah, I'm exhausted. How does that author do this almost everyday? I don't think I even told you guys a lot.
(Author: Its cuz you kept yapping about yourself and your thought instead of the story, you idiot! Seriously, even if you guys won't give me control, please let someone else take over the next chp.)
Alright, alright. Then, let's go by player numbers. Jas, you cool to take on the next one?
(Jason: Yeah...sure.)
Great! As long as it's not the author for now! *Hands mic*
Thanks. Hey guys, its Jason. I'll be taking over from the next chapter!
To be continued...

Seo-Jun: What did you mean, weird?!
Alice: Nothing, just ignore me like I ignore you.
Seo-Jun: =_=
