10 minutes later Arowen killed the last remaining Zombie and prepares for the next wave which should be a lot more Zombies following the trend until now

Wave(4/4)

after the last Zombie was killed it disappeared in motes of light which i may have forgotten to mention previously, but now that a new bunch of enemies were about to appear, Arowen got nervous as the light was stronger than the previous times but before the light dimmed something quick approached him, fortunately, he raised the bat in time to block and if not for his recent breakthrough he was sure that the thing whatever it was would have crushed him

seeing that its attack got blocked, the thing quickly jumped back and started stalking around him, giving him a clear view to its form, and if i had to describe it i would say that it resembled Gollum from Lord of the rings except that its pupils were white as if blind, in the place of its nose were two holes and it had big ears that could move 360 degrees and a long barbed tongue coming out of its mouth full of cerated teeth

the creature walked on its four limbs like an animal, as it circles Arowen who is now drenched in sweat from the short encounter with death, but he kept he concentration on the creature as it circled him sometimes like a wolf other times like a monkey

if not for the putrid smell that came out of it, Arowen would never think it was a zombie, this creature's movements were just too agile to be a rotting corpse, it's movements were fast and agile, he could barely keep up with it, but from the short clash with it earlier he could say that its strength was a little bit lacking as it was slightly weaker than him, it has clearly sacrificed strength for speed

as the fight went on Arowens arms started giving up from the weight of the bat, he was not used to it, even with the boost from his recent breakthrough his stamina was lacking especially as the creature made a lot of feints, and so he lowered his sore arms and that's when the creature chose to attack

caught by surprise once again due to its surprising exploding speed he had to quickly think of a solution to counter it, but he was not a fighter with a lot of combat experience, after all, he was born in a peaceful world and have led a peaceful life until now, he may have shown to have good senses and quick thinking in the previous battle but let's not forget that he was a noob when it comes to life and death struggle

far from what you could imagine, he didn't pull some trick out of his ass at the last moment  to save the day, he was tired and his arms were sore so he couldn't move away or defend himself, the creature moved at an incredible speed and in no time reached him and lept at him with its sharp teeth aiming for his throat,

the only thing he did was to raise the bat holding it with both hands against the creature who caught it and pushed by its strong momentum, Arowen found himself on the floor with the creature on top of him 

they struggled for the property over the bat, as it tried to snatch it away, the creature pulled and he pulled, but he was too tired and the creature pried from his hand and threw it god knows where, it then started pounding him with its hands and scratching him with its claws, the only thing he could do was to bring his hands up to protect his face and throat

Arowen was a mess, blood flowing all over his body, and pain overwhelmed his senses, but Arowen didn't despair, you could see it in his eyes he didn't give up, from his face you could see that he was thinking of a solution and he found it, he only needed right opportunity to execute his plan, and he only got one chance at this he was already tired and with the blood loss he was suffering he knows that if he misses this chance he will die, so he better make it quick and most important to make it count

Arowen endured and the creature finally started tiring, how undead could get tired he didn't know and didn't have the time to think about it either, but mister know it all which is me, am more than happy to explain,

it is quite simple, these are just the laws of energy conversion, the undead are not with infinite stamina as the stories portray, to move every creature alive or undead needs energy and the energy the undead use is just different from living creatures, the living creature either need food to burn as fuel or world energy and its lesser forms, as for the undead they use two types of energies, one to animate its body and the other to help it moves around, the first is soul energy which every creature have in limited amount but could be cultivated and it has a lot of uses even if no one really understands it, it's like some sort of miracle that defies the laws that govern our world, the second is a type of negative energy called miasma, and if there is no source of miasma from which it could replenish its reserves, it is bound to get weaker as time goes on and finally die

anyway getting back to our subject, so as the undead got tired it slowed down enough for Arowen to execute his plan, and when it raised both its hands to slam them on him he quickly reached for the remaining knife that he hid in his pocket and pushed into the creature's skull from under its mouth and successfully stabbing it in the brain

Arowen was tired and felt a little faint from his bloodloss and remained on the floor after pushing the creature away from him and stayed quiet for a few minutes not giving the bunch of notification from the system and then he started to laugh madly as tears fell down the sides of his head, he was shocked but the only thing that went through his mind over and over again was

Arowen stayed in his shocked state for a few minutes, and when he calmed down he started reading the screens
