Sometime had passed, and I found a good place to build my makeshift shelter, I think. Using a thick spear as a shovel, I dug through the soil around the tree around 3–4 inches deep, enough to level the ground, then leant the fallen long branches I could find, forming a triangular makeshift shelter. I found some dried leaves and filled the hole I just dug with them. "Hue hue!, have I ever mentioned Bear Grylls is my middle name?, stranded in an unknown forest easy, building a shelter easy, peazy!"
A few hours at midnight, "co-co-cold! "Why is the ground so damn cold?" The shelter is slowly crumbling due to the strong wind. I didn't have rope to keep them in place to begin with, fucker!
The morning came, I woke up, and I found my shelter turned into a blanket. If I were a normal human being, I would be in serious trouble, but it seems like an Orkling's body is a bit sturdier than I thought. I barely felt any pain or anything else when the shelter collapsed on me. I shoved the blanket aside and thought about what I should do today.
"First, I need to learn how to make a fire, then look for any source of water. As for food, I can't eat fruits, berries, and herbs because they could be poisonous. Well, if there is water, then there is life, so I could just hunt. AS IF! I couldn't even kill a chicken. Once I saw a cat, got hit by a car, and puked like a baby. Also, I should check my personal information now that I have time, especially my class skills, and base my plans for today on it."

"Hoh! I've got some cool-looking skills; I wonder what's their use? Now, what do these skills do? Strong muscles! ,.........., nothing?"
"Hmm, strong muscles with feelings!" Nothing again I thought maybe I should focus on the words in my mind. 'Strong Mucles'.
"Nothing! Even when I thought of the skill, this is way harder than I thought." I thought, 'Orkling race trait: strong muscles.'
"Ah, there we go, it finally worked, so I just have to be more specific, weird but ok."
"Now then, let's see."
Muscle Strength: Your muscles passively exert more strength. Increases power output by 20% when muscle strength is used in any activity.
"Noice, tsk tsk, so everytime I do something I end up using more power, no wonder I broke a lot of shovel sticks when I was digging, this body has no chill, on the bright side, I just need to hit hard, very hard!"
'Orkling Race Trait Aggressive Instinct'
Aggressive Instinct: Due to the race's lack of wisdom, they are more prone to violence. It's developed a natural instinct for combat. During battle state, the holder has a 3% chance to cause a 200% increase in reaction time for a split second and is 77% more likely to resort to violence in most conflicts.
"Now these guys really, really need to chill. Last time I managed to hide behind the trees, but I didn't have those urges to come out and fight to the death whatever that beast was, Hmm. Why is that? 3% probability for a 200% reaction speed, so this is super instinct! Noice! and also not Noice! I guess I won't be seeing this 3% anytime soon."
'Orkling Race Trait Me No Dum Dum, Disciplined Constitution, and Clumsy Hands.'
If you stumble upon this narrative on Amazon, be aware that it has been stolen from Royal Road. Please report it.
Me no DUM DUM: Strong and tall they may be, but boy, they're stupid as fuck. Illusion magic, mind control magic, and hypnosis magic have a 70% chance to take effect, but it greatly reduces the spell's duration by 50%. The spell's success rate for a permanent effect is reduced by 95%. Higher-tier spells increase the chance of a permanent effect. System Note: You are too stupid to be under the spell's influence.
Disciplined Constitution: After generations of being experts at getting themselves into all sorts of trouble and dying, the race's two remaining brain cells teamed up and developed and mutated a constitution skill. Reduce the chance of infection from a flesh wound by 50%. For the duration of 5 minutes, the body can exert all its maximum battle power. The body requires less water and food to fully reach perfect condition. Developed a medium immunity against Tier 1 poisons.
Clumsy Hands: twice the effort equals 1/8 the effect regarding crafting. No words can be used to describe how your race has survived up to this point.
"Wow, what's with the passive-aggressive remarks? They aren't that bad; after all, they still exist to this day, and damn, they were right about the race's crafting ability. Thankfully, I didn't choose the soldier class, but now that I can't find any type of auxiliary weapon except for rocks and for sharpening wood to turn into half-assed spears, I ended up splitting them in half. Sigh!, What can you do? "Now what about the other skills, hmm?"
Strength Enhancement: Provides additional force when exerting strength. Bonus force is 1% per Strength (30% max). Additional 50 Stamina bar.
Constitution Enhancement: Provides extra damage resistance when receiving physical blows. Bonus resistance is 1% per Con (30% max). Additional 30 fatigue bar.
Regeneration: Boost cell reproduction in the injured area. 5% increase in regeneration. consumes 0.1 fatigue per minute when injured.
Path to Raw Power: Increases potential in the pursuit of raw power. Enhances the skill holder's understanding of raw power and has the potential to surpass the skill holder's racial raw strength capacity by up to 10%. 5% chance to completely negate stamina or fatigue costs when using skills.
"This is some asskicking passive traits, stamina, and fatigue, huh? The consumption of fatuige in my regeneration trait tells me those two are like mana from those games I had played before. This is interesting; how do stamina and fatigue work then?
'Stamina bar' Stamina points or bars are the energy used when executing any sort of physical activity, one of which is physical skills. Stamina is also consumed when casting magic, but in a lesser proportion compared to physical activities. Casting physical skills with insufficient stamina causes one to pass out. Stamina consumption when casting all sorts of skills can be reduced by increasing one's mastery of the said skills. Stamina capacity is dependent on each race; some have it more, some have it less, although most cases are like that. There are a lot of ways to increase one's maximum stamina capacity, such as through classes, traits, herbs, bloodlines, potions, and many more.
"Damn, I passed out when I ran out of stamina."
"I hope it's only when casting a skill; oh well, let's check fatigue."
'Fatigue bar' Fatigue points, or bar, are another form of energy meter that is slowly filled when executing active skills, be they magic or physical skills. Skills can still be cast with an insufficient fatigue bar, but it will weaken the maximum potential output of the skill. When using physical skills or activities, the holder can choose to reduce fatigue buildup but must have high mastery and control of their skills to do so. When the fatigue bar is at 5% of its maximum capacity, the user will enter a debuff, or weakened state. Fatigue capacity is also dependent on one's racial traits and has many ways to increase one's maximum capacity.
Weakened state debuff effects: Reduces strength, concentration, reaction time, movement speed, and casting speed by 50%.
The debuff stays in effect until the fatigue bar returns to its normal level.
"Weakened state, huh, sheesh, so many things to watch out for; you're already making sure not to get hacked by blades or impaled, and now you have to also watch out for your condition; this is going to be a pain in the ass. What can you do?"
Power Strike: For a brief moment, increase your first inflicted damage by 1.3 times. It costs 15 stamina and 25 fatigue.
Defensive Muscle: Compress the muscles on your body to reduce physical damage inflicted on the skill holder. 10 stamina, 30 fatigue. Duration: 1 second.
Fool's Roar: Releasing the glorious war cry at the expense of damaging your vocal cords, causing affected targets to be immobilized for a brief second. 10 stamina, 60 fatigue.
Side Effects: voice cord fatigue, soar throat, itchy throat, it may sound like Cardi B. is advised to use moderately. Unable to use your voice will cause the skill to be locked.
Fool's Charge: charging with total disregard for well-being's safety. A successful tackle will damage the enemy's internal organs and immobilize them for a brief second. 40 stamina; 60 fatigue.
Side Effects: A failed tackle will result in a skill's effect on you instead.
"The former two skills seem to be normal skills, while the latter skills seem to have some self-harm downside."
"It doesn't show how effective the latter skills are, but I hope it's worth the trouble."
"Well, now that I have a slight understanding of my skills, it's time to learn how to make a fire; it should be quite easy, hue, hue!".
