Bloom 800, Two days after the end of the war, Tower in the desert.
"So why are we here?" Xochi asked. Herself, Lukohé, Impetigo, Sahn and Lucian all stood inside an ivory white room void of furniture. Lukohé cleared his throat, "Well master Lucian and myself live here so..." "why have we been called here?" Xochi interrupted. "I wanted to talk to you guys about my plan." Sahn answered. Xochi's eyebrow went up. "What plan?" "The one that would end all conflicts between the territories and maybe even unite them." The room was silent for a moment before Xochi broke the silence. "That sounds improbable." "But it isn't, not as long as we all agree to the tenets." Sahn assured. "What are these tenets?" Impetigo finally spoke. "Glad you asked!" Sahn ruffled through his pockets with enthusiasm until he pulled out a torn piece of cloth with scribbles all over it. He held the cloth up for everyone to see. "I present to you the Tenets of The World Kings!" "This is a waste of my time." Xochi proclaimed before turning to walk away. "One moment please Queen Xochi, if you will." Lucian spoke up, then he tapped his staff on the ground. Words began to swirl into existence on the wall beside him. The words that Sahn had scribbled on a scrap of cloth were now transposed on the wall for all to see.
1.Each king can choose to govern their territory how they see fit.
2. Any quarrels that Warrant violence between territories must be handled by said territories' respective kings.
3. If an issue concerns three or more territories, a summit must be held.
4. Addition of new world kings must be discussed by the entire organization unless interest is waived. A majority rule decision must be made.
5. Disputes between kings if unable to be resolved with a discussion must be settled by combat.
6. Any concerns regarding this organization should be brought to the attention of all.
7. Any King that attempts to usurp another king's territory will be stripped of their ranking and territory and dealt with accordingly.
Everyone took a moment to read through them while Sahn excitedly studied their faces for reactions. Xochi was the first to speak. "Tenet Seven is too vague. 'Any King that attempts to usurp another king's territory will be stripped of their ranking and territory and dealt with accordingly.' What exactly does 'accordingly' mean?" She asked. All eyes in the room focused on Sahn. "Well they could end up like Thuren or just flat out killed." He answered. "I am a Queen! Even if I do not join this organization Lucach is mine and mine alone! What right do any of you have to take it from me?" Xochi's question hung in the air for a moment before Sahn answered. "That's the thing, rights hold no power. Rights won't stop someone more powerful from coming and taking your territory. We are some of the most powerful individuals in this world. Someone one day might find the courage to try Queen Xochi but would anyone dear cross World King Xochi?" "Besides Lucach, how would the other territories be split amongst us?" Impetigo's growl of a voice broke the silence. Sahn's eyes lit up at the question. "That's easy, Lucian gets the Kikoba since the tower already roams the desert and nobody actually lives here. I'll stick to Terrabe for obvious reasons. I figured You could make something out of Xibalba because Thuren left it creepy as shit. And Lukohé could get everything west of the Bopeen jungle. It could be a place where people displaced by the war can start new." "And what of Sagev and Uraeus?" Xochi asked, "Those territories were in bed with Bahn." She added. "I suggest sending representatives to discuss joining with their leaders." Lucian replied. "So, what do you guys say?" Sahn asked. "I find these terms agreeable." Impetigo grumbled. Lukohé turned to Sahn after re-reading the tenets. "Surprisingly enough Sahn it actually makes sense to uphold peace between the territories, I'm in." Sahn's smile grew wider. "I too am in agreement." Lucian added. The group turned their attention to Xochi. "I shall consider the proposal and deliver my response in the morning. Does this tower have sleeping arrangements?" She asked Lucian. "Of course." He replied. The wall behind Xochi opened to a large room already furnished and decorated in the Queen's tastes. "Very good." Is all she said before she stepped through and the wall reformed behind her.
