Jin had become wise. It was the odd truth. With his knowledge he had figured out his situation. A weakling that was kidnapped to be a guinea pig. As frustrating as it was, he had gone too far to stop. But obviously, that wasn’t the only thing Jin had come to realise.
“At the end of that trial I became extraordinary smart,”
“If I go through another one.. will my other abilities also get upgraded?” He thought to himself out loud. He walked along the hall, though this wasn’t the most enjoyable thing to be doing, it was much better than being eaten alive.
Approaching the end, Jin came to a sudden halt, attempting to have a guess at what he would have to do. He came to the conclusion of a strength test. However, he was wrong he stepped into the room. But the moment his whole body entered, everything including the room had vanished.
Jin found himself to be in a glass dome.
Confused about what this trial could be about, he went along and observed his surroundings
What was worse than dying? Of course there was an answer to this. An old man with a gentle smile on his face appeared in front of him. Just outside the dome, nor could he be heard but Jin wasn’t visible to the man.
The very man who raised Jin till the age of 8. He wasn’t abandoned, the man had to take care of his land and so had no choice other than to leave Jin behind. He had a few brown spots on the right of his face, and was bald. He had a pure white beard and had a crooked stance with a wooden crane to support him. What could he possibly have to do with any of this?

His suspicions where cleared in that moment. What he saw… was horrible… disturbing. Can’t be explained with words. He saw the only man to ever give a damn about him die.. not just once of course not. He saw him die various times. Each time it got worse. Form a simple heart attack to dissected while he was awake. And all Jin could do was to watch. Close his eyes? It was impossible,
He tried but something fought against his will, was it the trial? Tears poured out of his eyes his wails disappeared into the distance. He couldn’t handle anymore. Smart or not. No man would want to go through something so awful.
After watching his death happen at least 249 times he had lost every emotion of sadness and despair. The trial had ended, but it wasn’t as simple as that. It also ended a part of Jin’s humanity.
Another voice was heard.
“Child that has completed my trial and stands tall, I give you my eyes.”
This time voice was a lot more sweater and soft. Although this did soothe his heart for a few moments, that was possibly the voice of the devil. It’s eyes were not something so simple.
Carved into Jin against his will, it brought a ton of torment along with it. He could see everything. Every little detail could be seen. Nothing got past these eyes of his. But this was too much for him to handle. He began to feel the agony. Jin wailed, scowled, cried but nothing could be heard. He fainted
On the spot and didn’t wake up. He was their left inside of the trial room. It was nothing so fancy no one would care about it. Other than a small entrance and exit it had two pillars on either side with torches to provide light, the walls, ceiling and floor where a simple shade of grey. The walls did have small carvings here and there but no one knew what they where about. Jin lay there, in the middle of that godforsaken room and even after hours, his eyes stayed closed.
