With every one of their opponents fallen, Baron and his team were victorious. As such, they were promptly taken out of the match and returned back to the event hall where they were in before they entered into the aerial tournament. Many of the groups that had been taken out early in the game had already left since they knew that there was nothing more for them to do here, they could only try again in 200 or so years.
However, there were a few groups that stayed so they could congratulate the winners of whom they suffered defeat. Which turned out to be Baron’s group. Wang Yi, Eumenes, and Ding Lai Hang were waiting for Baron to come out of the simulation so that they could have another talk.
(DLH) “Well, I thought nothing of your friend before, now I see that was a great miscalculation on my part.” Ding Lai Hang said with a bit of distaste.
(WY) “Indeed, it seems I have made that mistake as well. Well done once again, Baron. You and your group truly deserved this win. Excuse us, Eumenes and I have matters to attend to.” Wang Yi said in a reluctant tone.
(BM) “Oh, leaving so soon?” Baron said with disappointment on his face.
(E) “Yes, we need to report our results to our elders, something that we most definitely won’t look forward to,” Eumenes said with a sigh.
(BM) “I see, safe travels then.”
Wang Yi and Eumenes left immediately.
(DLH) “So, Baron, let me ask one thing. What’s the story behind your Jaxon friend over there? You certainly weren’t acquainted with him a few decades ago, where did you find such an aerial prodigy?”
(BM) “He’s just a really good friend. I honestly think that-”
(LG) “Ah, fellas. We meet again. Congratulations, Baron. That was quite a surprising match.” Li Guang, the face of the Sun Alliance, said to Baron.
(DLH) “You two look like you’re busy, I’ll be off then.”

(LG) “Hehe, he sure is a smart one. Anyway, Baron, let me get you prepared for what’s about to come.”
(BM) “Will it be another ceremony?”
(LG) “Oh, no-no. That is reserved for only the grandest of our tournaments. The way that we announce these faction selection tournament winners is just to put them up on the community bulletin. Very few pieces of news go up on there but with so many posted around the community, most will have seen it by a week or so.”
(BM) “How are the other 2 tournaments coming along?”
(LG) “Well, it’s exactly as you would have guessed. Ding Lai Hang’s allies Zhang Da Zhi and Qi Ji Guang seem to have the battlefield at their mercy. Although they will take a few more days to complete, I believe they will win without a hitch.”
(BM) “I see, so they will be able to create two factions then?”
(LG) “Yes. In that sense, he is just a bit more impressive than your group. It may not be the first time that such a matter happened, but it is enough to stir quite a bit of commotion with the citizens of the Chinese community.”
(BM) “I figured.”
(LG) “Tell me, Baron. Will you be the leader of this faction that you are now entitled to create?”
(BM) “At first, it was in agreement that we would have Han Xin and Yue Fei be co-leaders, but after all this time training and getting more experience with planet 4 and especially this community, we changed our minds. Yes, I will be our leader, it will be much easier for our new recruits to obey the structure of commands.”
(LG) “I’m not going to lie to you, Baron. Nearly half of the new factions fall out of existence within the first century, it is hard to create a faction, but even harder to make it work out in the long run. You must have something that will entice your potential new recruits to come to join you and stay. Perhaps having a sign-on bonus, or great benefits, or maybe even blueprints. Whichever way you choose to go about this, make sure that you be careful of the Vesper faction. They were not really able to do anything to you before as our rules were clear on that, but now that you are-”
(BM) “Let me stop you right there, brother. I have seen what they are capable of, the Men of Meng faction was ousted by them. I do not intend to shy away from them, instead, I will face them head-on like I always do.”
(LG) “Heh, looks like you have made up your mind. Well, anyway, just be careful. We at the Sun Alliance faction are not allowed to choose sides in most of these faction rivalries as we are the governing body here. We would most certainly be accused of pushing around everyone else since we are still the most powerful. This is sad as we cannot really help out any of the young blood even when we really want to. My hands are tied, but you already have Madam Zheng as an ally, so you should be alright for now.”
(BM) “Hey, how long is it until the strategist reincarnation deathmatch?”
(LG) “About two and a half centuries from now. This should not be your concern as it is extremely unlikely you will be able to grow your faction powerful enough to enter into Sun Tzu’s consideration. On that front, even Madam Zheng is still quite a ways off from it. Although, this is all on the whim of our leader, Sun Tzu.”
(BM) “Say, in all my time being on this planet, I don’t think I’ve ever seen Sun Tzu. When will he be coming back?”
(LG) “We sent him a message just after the last Sun Alliance tournaments and have not gotten a word back. However, the latest he will be back will be a few decades from now. He is absolutely needed back here 200 years before the greatest tournament so that he may organize everything and prepare the whole of the Chinese community for the grandest battle of the cosmos.”
