Hehe! Just you wait, you damn aliens! The day will come when I crush every last one of you like ants, and none of you will be left standing! You’ll regret ever messing with me! Ah, I can’t wait for the moment I get to watch you all fall!
The next day…

Fucking hell! This daily quest just keeps getting harder and harder. Well, at least the rewards are increasing each time, so I guess that’s a good thing. However, my only issue is that it won’t be long before I have to do a billion reps per exercise—or maybe even a trillion if this keeps up. That’s going to be incredibly time-consuming in the future. I’d much rather add heavy weights and do fewer reps to save time.
Oh well, whatever. There’s no point thinking about it too much right now.
Alright! For the time being, let’s complete the daily quest first so I can have peace of mind knowing that I’ve finished my daily homework. I know it sounds odd to refer to it as homework, but that’s how I perceive it, rather than viewing it as mere daily exercises. Why? Because as my body has grown stronger, these exercises have stopped making me feel anything. Well, unless I can add weight to increase the intensity; relying solely on my body weight feels far too easy, to the point where it hardly feels like exercise anymore.
Anyway, without further delay, I began my daily quest workout right away.

Nice! At this rate, it won’t be long before I’m strong enough to start challenging the aliens head-on. I can feel my power growing… Soon, they’ll regret ever underestimating me! Hahaha!
GROWL!
Crap… Ugh… I’m so hungry. What can I even eat around here? It’s not like there’s a buffet in this dumpster room. One thing’s for sure—I’m not eating the garbage. I mean, that’s just filthiness on a whole new level. And as for the leftover alien food they toss here? No way. The stench alone is enough to make me gag. I’d rather go hungry than eat something that smells like it’s been rotting for days. Fresh alien food? Sure, I’d give that a shot. But leftovers? Yeah… I’m definitely passing on that.

I know—I’m very picky when it comes to food, but it’s not like I have to be desperate. I’m not going to starve to death anytime soon. My regeneration skill can pretty much handle whatever my body is going through. Thus, starvation isn’t a problem for me, but man, this hunger is a real pain in the ass. Constantly fighting the growls in my stomach is getting kinda annoying. Even if I’m not in danger, it’s hard to focus when your body is screaming for food 24/7.
Still… I wonder what fresh alien food actually tastes like though? Not that I’ll find out anytime soon. However, it’s definitely got to be better than eating those leftovers food here for sure. Hmm, then what about human remains? Nevermind, that’s cannibalism, which is even worse.
Well, maybe one day, when I’m strong enough, I’ll muster up the courage to raid their kitchen. Just imagine what it would be like to finally sink my teeth into proper, healthy, fresh food! Ah, the thought alone makes my mouth water. I’ve never been one to shy away from trying something new, so whether it’s alien cuisine or something entirely out of this world, as long as it’s fresh, I’m all in.
Sigh, I can only dream about the flavors and textures waiting for me—perhaps vibrant fruits or dishes infused with unusual alien spices. Welp, until that day comes, I suppose I’ll just have to deal with my hunger for now.
Another day passed…

Woohoo! Finally! Damn, I’m completely exhausted! My muscles don’t feel too sore, which is a relief, thanks to my regeneration skill working like magic to heal them. Still, I can’t believe how much stamina it took to power through 10,000 reps for each exercise. It felt like an endless cycle of pushing my limits. While I can see the progress, I really underestimated the toll it takes on my body.
Damn, it used to take me only a few minutes—or maybe less than an hour—to finish these exercises, but now it feels like it’s dragging on for several hours. I don’t know what’s going on, but this really sucks. On top of that, tomorrow I’ll have to tackle a staggering 100,000 reps for each exercise. Fucking hell, that’s literally going to take forever to complete!
Even though I’ve grown stronger with my stats increasing after each daily quest completion, I can’t shake the feeling that the quest difficulty is ramping up way too quickly. It’s like the challenges are outpacing my progress, and my body is starting to struggle to keep up.
Also, it seems that my regeneration skill only heals my muscles; it doesn’t do anything to recover my stamina. In short, this isn’t just about muscle soreness or muscle recovery; it’s a serious stamina issue because the skill doesn’t regenerate stamina.
As I lie down on a pile of garbage, trying to catch my breath, a system notification suddenly appeared:
