176.Forcibly Kissed

"I need to regain my strength, you two can do whatever you like for now," Bidegla spoke, no longer avoiding the situation, sitting here, assuming a position for training.

With his current strength, he had nothing to fear from anyone, and therefore had no need to hide. Although he hadn't fully recovered, as a master of internal energy, no external energy cultivator could do anything to him.

The anger had subsided, and now all that was left was to wait for the time to leave this place. Bidegla had defeated so many people in such a short time that anyone who came in knew of his terror. Although he openly sat there for the next two days, no one dared to provoke him.

The others had heard that Bidegla had seemingly advanced to the realm of internal energy, a level far above their own. The fact that he had defeated so many people single-handedly was beyond their capabilities. If he could defeat others, what chance did they have against him?

While others faced extreme food shortages, the three of them had more than enough to eat. They enjoyed a few comfortable days without encountering any danger.

On the seventh day, Bidegla and the others finally received the signal to leave. A piercing whistle sounded from outside the forest, indicating that they could depart.

"Finally, we can leave this place," Meda Ponce and ToranVicky both showed joy on their faces.

Many had lost their lives here, and there were surely others who had withdrawn. If it weren't for Bidegla, they might have been eliminated or even dead. In a sense, they had only advanced from this place because of Bidegla.

Originally, five people were eliminated each day. Now, seven days had passed, and the number of people eliminated was likely far more than thirty-five.

"Let's go," Bidegla said, looking at the two women who were filled with joy. If he couldn't leave after advancing to internal energy, that would have been truly strange.

However, he had been thinking about the person in black these past few days. He didn't know anyone here and didn't know where the person in black had come from. But if he had the chance to meet him in person, Bidegla would truly thank him.

Without this person, Bidegla might have perished here, let alone advanced in his internal energy cultivation.

Even now, Bidegla still didn't know whether his breakthrough to internal energy was due to his own luck or the help of the person in black. In any case, the person in black was truly his savior.

"Wait," as Bidegla stood up to leave, Meda Ponce suddenly called out.

"Do you have something else to say?" Bidegla glanced at Meda Ponce, who looked rather strange.

At this moment, Meda Ponce's face had turned completely red, like a ripe apple, so red that it made one want to take a bite.

"It's me..." Just as she spoke, Meda Ponce turned her head away, too embarrassed to look at Bidegla, feeling intensely ashamed.

"Are you referring to the reward?" Seeing Meda Ponce in this state, Bidegla actually knew what she wanted to say without much thought.

"Yes," Meda Ponce nodded, her face growing even redder. On the side, ToranVicky was also in shock. Since she had known Meda Ponce, she had always been icy towards outsiders, never displaying such a girlish attitude.

For a moment, she felt as though her worldview was about to collapse.

"Do not dwell on this, I saved you not for the sake of your so-called kiss, and I am already engaged, likely to be married soon," Bidegla spoke, leaving Meda Ponce thunderstruck, her blushing face turning ashen in an instant.

Meda Ponce admitted, she had developed feelings for Bidegla, as he had provided her with a sense of security she had never experienced before. Furthermore, Bidegla had fearlessly sacrificed himself for them, how could she not be moved?

The narrative has been taken without permission. Report any sightings.

Humans are not unfeeling, she, Ponce, may have always appeared cold, but was that not just a facade she had intentionally created?

Now, as the facade crumbled, she received this answer, one she simply could not accept.

"Meda." Seeing Meda Ponce swaying as if about to fall, ToranVicky immediately sprang into action, supporting Meda Ponce and exclaiming in shock.

"You foolish woman, when someone clearly shows no interest, why do you persist and end up suffering such a heartless blow?"

Although ToranVicky was somewhat irritated by Bidegla's words, she understood it was just wishful thinking on her friend's part. Bidegla had never intentionally flirted with them in the past few days, spending most of his time meditating with his eyes closed, oblivious to the presence of the two stunning women.

If it had been an average man spending this much time with them, they would have likely taken advantage of the situation long ago.

"Is what you're saying true?" After a full minute of silence, Meda Ponce pursed her lips and slowly asked.

"Yes," Bidegla nodded, his expression still placid. Jennie, the eldest sister, was the woman he loved most, no one could replace her. Bidegla was even capable of refusing to take advantage of others for her sake.

Jennie, I have given up a great opportunity for you, Bidegla thought to himself.

"I understand," Meda Ponce nodded, then pushed away ToranVicky's hand and said, "I, Meda Ponce, do not owe anyone anything in my life, so I will fulfill the reward I promised you without being indebted to you."

As she spoke, Meda Ponce suddenly rushed forward, her hands going straight through Bidegla's neck, embracing him tightly in a princess carry.

Even at this moment, Bidegla felt a cool sensation on his lips, coming from Meda Ponce's vibrant red lips.

At that moment, Bidegla's eyes widened in surprise. He had not expected Meda Ponce to be so bold.

Brother, I was not prepared for this at all.

But what surprised him even more was that Meda Ponce's tongue emerged from her own mouth and kept pushing into Bidegla's mouth.

Almost out of a male instinct, Bidegla opened his mouth to accommodate this foreign object.

"Oh my." Seeing the two of them kissing, ToranVicky's face immediately turned red, and she quickly turned away.

She had never expected her friend to have such a wild side. If someone does not want your kiss, why would you insist on giving it to them? It seemed a bit masochistic.

The two of them lost themselves in a passionate kiss, with Meda Ponce on the offensive and Bidegla on the defensive. However, after just over ten seconds, Bidegla retaliated.

Brother, I am still a man, so Bidegla immediately fought back, greedily tasting the nectar from Meda Ponce's lips.

The two of them were engaged in a fervent embrace, which lasted a good five or six minutes until they were both left breathless. It was only then that Meda Ponce finally pushed Bidegla away with force.

"Alright, I no longer owe you anything. Thank you for saving our lives," Meda Ponce said, grabbing ToranVicky's arm and running away without looking back.

However, as she brushed past Bidegla, a tear escaped from the corner of her eye. In that moment, her heart was seized by convulsive pain.

The first man she had ever set her sights on already had a fiancée. What could she do? She couldn't possibly take a gun and kill Bidegla's fiancée, could she?

"Meda, slow down," ToranVicky urged.

"We... must go," Meda Ponce choked out, wiping away the tear from her eye with her other hand, not wanting ToranVicky to see.

Alas! Meda Ponce's actions were quite conspicuous, and how could ToranVicky not notice? With everyone else already having a fiancée, her best friend was sure to be heartbroken.

Watching the two figures disappear into the distance, Bidegla couldn't help but touch his mouth, still wet with saliva, and shake his head. He already had Jennie, and he couldn't possibly entangle himself with another woman. To do so would be disloyal to Jennie, just as he couldn't accept the idea of Jennie Laura being with other men behind his back.

Of course, this was just a metaphor. Putting himself in Jennie Laura's shoes, Bidegla had to be responsible to her, and he would only marry Jennie.

Jennie Laura was perfect in every way, and although Bidegla had met many women, none could compare to her. She was like a perfect goddess bestowed upon him by the heavens, and how could he possibly give her up for another woman?

For him to lose Jennie for another woman would be foolishness, and Bidegla simply couldn't do it.

Now that he had said everything he needed to, and with no further burden, Bidegla paused for a moment before walking out of the forest.

Initially, there were about one hundred and thirty people in the forest. However, when Bidegla arrived, there were less than fifty left, and they all appeared emaciated, clearly suffering from hunger in the past few days.

As Bidegla surveyed the people, they were also looking at him. They were aware of his formidable presence in the forest, and they could see that his strength had truly reached a new level.

"Congratulations," a young instructor approached with a smile.

"There's nothing to congratulate. Compared to you, I am far behind," Bidegla replied, with a hint of sarcasm, causing the instructor's expression to change immediately.

Addressing him with such a tone in front of so many people was simply disrespectful. If it were anyone else, he would have lashed out, but he couldn't afford to let his anger show, knowing that his older brother had entrusted him with a task. He had to get Bidegla into the Dragon Soul Brigade at all costs. If he failed, he couldn't guarantee the safety of his own leg.
