THE SUPERPOWER:SEE THROUGH THINGS
141.What do you want to do?

141.What do you want to do?

Looking at her appearance, Bidegla felt a sweet sensation in his heart and had the urge to tease her a little. It was rare to see Jennie reveal such a girlish attitude.

But before he could speak, his phone suddenly rang. It was his mentor, Shadow Dread.

"Hello, mentor," Bidegla respectfully answered the call.

"Stop fooling around with your wife at home. Come to me and help me with some medical cases," Shadow Dread's voice came through the phone, making Bidegla slightly embarrassed.

The mentor really was insightful, even able to guess such things. But upon hearing the call, Bidegla remembered that his mentor had asked him to provide free medical services for a day.

This was the dowry he received for marrying Jennie. How could he not fulfill this obligation?

"Alright, I'll be there soon," Bidegla said to Jennie Laura. "Jennie, my mentor needs me for something. You rest here, and I'll take you back to Bamboo Sea City tomorrow."

With that, Bidegla turned and left, as Jennie Laura's caring voice called after him, "It's cold outside, make sure to dress warmly."

"Don't worry, I won't freeze to death."

Arriving at Shadow Dread's location, Bidegla was taken aback. At that moment, he truly understood how powerful his mentor was. When he had mentioned providing free medical services, people had quickly agreed.

Now, as the clinic opened, what was originally a line of dozens had grown to hundreds, creating a chaotic scene.

Relatives, friends, and acquaintances had all come, and some had no actual illnesses. It was a mystery as to why they were there.

After squeezing through the crowd, Bidegla saw that his mentor was surrounded by a group of people. If it were any other time, these people would have been shooed away, but for the sake of Bidegla's wedding, Shadow Dread endured it.

"Mentor," Bidegla respectfully called.

"You're here?" Shadow Dread glanced at Bidegla with a calm expression. "Help me with these people. If you can't figure it out, come to me. Send away those who aren't sick."

"Don't worry, leave it to me," Bidegla said, then sat beside Shadow Dread. "Those in the back, come to me for treatment and I won't charge you."

But Bidegla's words had little effect, and no one came to him. They only trusted in Shadow Dread's medical skills, uncertain if Bidegla could help them.

So, they preferred to wait in line, not allowing Bidegla to examine them. They didn't want to risk being misdiagnosed and losing out.

"Sir, do you often experience pain in your lower back?" Seeing that no one came to him, Bidegla didn't mind and instead directly asked a middle-aged man closest to him.

"Huh? How did you know?" The man was surprised by Bidegla's words, then moved closer to him.

"I told you, I am also a healer. Naturally, I know what problems you have. Your issue is minor; you don't need to see my mentor. I can treat you myself," Bidegla said confidently.

"Really?" Although skeptical, the man was shocked that Bidegla could identify his issue just by looking at him.

"Would you like me to take a look for you to determine the truth immediately?" Bidegla smiled, completely unruffled.

Perhaps influenced by Bidegla's calm demeanor, the middle-aged man ultimately chose to believe Bidegla's words. With a determined expression, he said, "Then please take a look for me."

A little pain was nothing more than a minor issue, so Bidegla simply infused a stream of true energy into the man's body, causing him to nearly cry out in comfort.

"It seems like the pain is really gone?" The middle-aged man, feeling his waist, was quite astonished. Bidegla had merely tapped his waist, and miraculously, the pain was gone. It was truly a marvel.

Shadow Dread was a divine healer, and ordinary people could never learn his medical skills. Yet, Bidegla had such abilities, which was truly remarkable.

Having healed someone here, Bidegla quickly attracted other people to come over to him, so he soon attended to a portion of them.

The process of treating patients was naturally quite lengthy, as these people had numerous issues. It was exhausting, with endless questions unrelated to their ailments.

By the time all of these people had been seen to, it was almost dark. Dealing with hundreds of people, rather than just dozens, left Bidegla and his apprentice exhausted when they finally had a moment to rest.

"Let's go as well," Shadow Dread said, looking at Bidegla, before calmly standing up.

"Yes."

They dined on top-grade delicacies from both land and sea, an incredibly lavish feast. Many people came to toast Bidegla during the meal, seemingly wanting to build a good relationship with him.

Bidegla's marriage to Jennie Laura was now essentially confirmed, though the actual wedding had not yet taken place. In the future, Bidegla would be an important figure in the Laura family, so it was necessary to build relationships in advance.

Bidegla did not drive these people away, simply smiling and sharing a few drinks with them, offering mutual respect and nothing more.

Engaging with these people was sometimes quite tiring, as no one knew if the other was truly speaking from the heart. Bidegla actually preferred to sit in small shops and drink heartily with people.

After dinner, Bidegla naturally stayed in the villa where Jennie Laura resided. Their relationship had already been made clear in front of the entire Laura family, so it was only natural for them to live together.

While Bidegla had already lived with Jennie Laura in Bamboo City No. 1, he had never slept in her room, let alone done anything inappropriate. Without her consent, Bidegla would never do anything untoward, as he did not want to harm his beloved Jennie.

As the villa where Jennie Laura lived was meant for a single occupant, Bidegla looked at the only bed in the room and quickly chuckled, saying, "I'll just sleep on the sofa or the floor tonight."

"Okay," Jennie Laura nodded, her face turning slightly red. "I'll go take a shower. You can watch TV or use my computer." With that, she hurried into the bathroom and firmly closed the door, leaving no crack for Bidegla.

Feeling a bit disappointed, Bidegla didn't blame her. After all, Jennie was still a virgin, and had never spent the night with a boy, which seemed normal.

If she had thrown herself at him as soon as she entered, Bidegla would have truly doubted whether she was still the Jennie sister he had in mind.

The room was very fragrant, with a distinct scent of Jennie Laura that Bidegla enjoyed very much. He deeply sniffed the air and closed his eyes in bliss.

Lost in this blissful state, Bidegla was eventually awakened by Jennie Laura.

"Daidou, it's time to sleep," Jennie Laura, who had just bathed, spoke, giving Bidegla a somewhat reproachful glance.

"Uh, goodnight," Bidegla awkwardly replied, quickly taking a velvet blanket from Jennie's hands and lying down on the sofa.

He had stood there for so long, thinking it was only a short while.

"It's so cold now, do you want me to find you another blanket?" Jennie Laura suddenly asked.

"My body is stronger than a bull, I can sleep even outside, it's okay," Bidegla smiled slightly, giving Jennie Laura a reassuring look.

"Well... goodnight," Jennie Laura hesitated for a moment, then finally climbed into her own bed and turned off the bedside lamp.

In the pitch-black night, in this small room, Bidegla could even hear the constant beating of Jennie's heart and her faint breathing.

Although her eyes were closed, Bidegla knew that Jennie was not asleep. The two of them remained silent, neither speaking.

It was unclear how long had passed, but when the howling wind outside transmitted into the room, Jennie Laura couldn't hold back any longer and spoke.

"Bidegla, are you asleep?" Jennie Laura's voice was very soft, as if she was afraid of waking Bidegla, yet also afraid of him being cold, sounding very conflicted.

"No," Bidegla responded from the other side, his body moving slightly.

"Are you cold?" Glancing at Bidegla's side, Jennie Laura asked again in a hushed voice.

"Not cold, with my body, how could I... ah-choo." Before he could finish, Bidegla sneezed loudly.

"Are you very cold?" Hearing Bidegla's voice, Jennie Laura asked with great concern.

"Uh, I'm fine, the room has air conditioning... ah-choo." Another sneeze shook Jennie Laura's heart.

"Then come and sleep with me." After thinking for a long time, Jennie Laura finally gritted her teeth and said.

"No, unless Jennie agrees, I won't come to your bed." Bidegla replied firmly.

"Jennie definitely agrees to you coming up, come on, so you won't catch a cold." Jennie Laura said somewhat bemusedly.

"In that case, I'm coming." Gleefully discarding his blanket, Bidegla climbed onto Jennie Laura's large bed, a sly smile on his lips.

With his current body, how could he possibly fall ill? Even if he stood outside all night without wearing anything, he wouldn't have any problems at all.

Jennie sister was just too kind, falling for it so easily.

Jennie sister's bed was very warm, with a rich fragrance, so once he burrowed into the covers, Bidegla didn't want to leave.

On the bed, as Bidegla began to climb up, Jennie Laura swiftly shifted away, appearing somewhat fearful.

"Hehe." A sly smile crept into Bidegla's heart as he slowly made his way closer to Jennie, finally managing to climb onto her grand bed. If Bidegla didn't make a move, how could he possibly succeed?

Although his body was slowly inching closer to Jennie Laura, Bidegla's heart was also feeling nervous. He had slept with Tara Lassen, Shina Macai, and Tamma Jones on the same bed, but they had never made him feel this way. Only Jennie, the person he cared most about, could evoke such emotions in him.

"What are you up to?" Sensing Bidegla drawing closer, Jennie Laura exclaimed, feeling a bit flustered.
