I asked slightly confused on where he was bringing this conversation,hearing my question verdath just shook his head with a small grin and answered.

-If you don't know what I am talking about and sera didn't tell you then I have no right to expose other peoples secrets it seems like sera prefers to keep it a secret even though you two are friends...

He said with a laughing tone almost mocking me,but I didn't care he could say what he wanted to say see if I care about any nonsense he has to say to me.

-Where is she ?

I prompted feeling slightly agitated by this and his stupid way of speaking.Verdath raised his eyebrows for a few moments looking at me he calmed down very quickly and walked forward,hestia gripped her hand cautious of the dragon in front of us both amy and hestia didn't speak a single line since coming inside just waiting for me to finish.

-You still want to find her ? Alright then as you said you are her friend if you give me a good reason why you want to find her and what you would do if I tell you where she had gone then I speak,if those reasons don't satisfy me I stay quiet,you understand ?

Verdath,his demeanor was surprisingly changing to something very different it was as if he had acted the whole time and was only now showing his true colors...

Either way I didn't care and just nodded my head telling without a blinking an eye.

-I admit I don't know much about her she is only someone I had came to know recently,but she is also one of the only real friends I had made in my entire life I may not know what entitles me to such things as friends,but I do know as I friend we have to look out for each other if she is in trouble then I am willing to go and help her regardless of what it may be other then this I don't know anything that could convince you...

I answered honestly,looking at verdath's expression I wasn't sure what he was thinking inside his head and after a few seconds he sighed and rummaged through his pockets pulling out a triangular piece of something and giving it to me...

-Your answer didn't fully satisfy me really I was kinda expecting you to confess your love towards sera or say something like "I am the knight silver armor that protects thee banshee !" or something on those lines...

He said smiling at me,hearing his response left me a bit speechless since I never expecting someone as blank faced as this guy to speak such cheesy words and with that kind of expression on his face...Anyways I shook my head and just looked at the triangular piece of something in my hand...it looked like a piece of a puzzle of something to me there were strange engravings on it and what seemed to be words of something written in a unknown language...

-Don't ask me what this is even I don't know,but what I do know is that it will lead you to your desire this is only one of the many pieces you will need to find I suggest you search a potent mage and have him cast a Link spell on this piece to find the others...

I stared at the piece some more and asked him.

-Was this once a whole ? Or was this always a single piece ?

Verdath looked a bit confused,it was understandable since my question must have seem very strange in his stand point,but he stood still considering it before answering.

-Yeah at one time this was actually a whole piece or so I was told later a guy broke it so no,one could use it anymore for what it is used I have no idea nor does the guy I had taken it from know...

A suddenly light of question rose up my head as I listened to his words feeling a bit puzzled.

-If so why are you even giving me this ?

-Ahh...yeah pretty dumb isn't it ? Well I don't know for myself this item was with me for years and honestly saying I alreadt forgot that I even possessed it,but I met you and heard your answer to my question I had this impulse...no,it was my dragon gut feeling that was telling me that I should give it to you...for your information dragon guts are better then that of a human and even now they never disappointed me thats why I am believe in myself that you somehow figure out what that is and get sera back...

I blinked my eyes hearing his last statement.

-Get her back ?

Verdath also seemed to have realized that he slipped and quickly smiled tapping my shoulder and leaving the library fast paced.

-I think my time is up dawn goodbye I hope you succeed !

The three of us watched verdath as he left through the entrance of the library making us all incredibly puzzled on what just happened here...

I sighed...things were now starting to get incredibly complicated what do I do ? I stared into the triangular piece vedath just gave me I could feel my surroundings very clearly through my enhanced sense's and knew that the library was mostly empty even the librarian was out nowhere to be seen thats why I took the moment and used my ability on the broken piece and rewind'ed its time...I wasn't going to search for the pieces of course.

With these thoughts the piece in my hand shined faintly with a golden luster hestia and amy were now fully concentrated on what I was doing,hestia was the most curious since she had yet to understand my power or what I do like leraje she also wanted to guess what I could do and what my power was thats why she took a very keen attention on the things I did,but as of yet both of them had to figure out what I did even at dinner hestia sometimes tries to guess what I can do leraje on the other hand just observers me and I don't really know what happens inside his brain,but he is mostly likely just eliminating the abilities I could have and the ones I don't have.

They had yet to understand that my ability was to control time a ability that they are most likely not going to guess immediately since it sounds too ridiculous to be true.

Hestia and amy watched without blinking as they slowly saw the broken piece in my hand starting to reform itself the little cracks and the faint paint on the piece was getting back to its former luster growing and shaping into a disc inside my hand.

The task finished quickly and I could feel a very small amount of energy drain from me nothing that would affect me really,even now I don't really know how the energy drain works or how many years I had just rewound the time of this item...judging from its previous state maybe 10 or 15 years ? Maybe even more who knows.

I looked up for a moment noticing the fidgeting hestia stand frozen for some reason her eyes were incredibly wide right now and I could see massive amount of confusion going through her head,she probably wondered what just happened and then looked up meeting my eyes and noticing my amused smile.

Hestia frowned slightly it was a cute frown she probably expected me to actually explain it to her,but I wasn't going to let her figure it out herself.

Amy on the other hand didn't seem to be all that surprised about it she doesn't even know what just happened and just looked at the disc as if it had just appeared out nowhere in the future she would probably gain the same ability as me so I need teach her myself about this when she grows up after all its a incredibly useful skill in a lot of situations,like she could fix her clothing or other items that she damaged somehow.

Anyways I didn't think about it any further and just looked at the disc again.

-What is it ?

Hestia asked from the side staring at the disc like I was,confused.

-I am not sure,but it seems to be something like a drawing..this looks like a dragon...

I answered looking at the picture that was now present in the disc...the edges of the disc had very long and strange writing on them whole the disc itself had a dragon drawn on it with purple black color it was stretching its back and looking up at somewhere which was the middle of the disc which had a small white stone glowing faintly.

I couldn't feel anything from it,but what I did discover was that the center of the disc the glowing stone was getting brighter every second,hestia who was watching at the side widened her eyes for a moment reached for the disc I was holding.

-Dro...

Before I could hear what she wanted to say a very bright light enveloped my vision turning everything in my area blank for a few moments,I was loosing the touch of sound and vibration in the area the feeling was familiar like...

-A transportation circle...

I groaned feeling the intense headache for a few seconds as I opened my eyes getting back to my senses...

(Croak)

The sound of chirping birds could be heard in my surroundings as my eye sight was also gradually returning back to me,I felt the greasy hard feeling of the ground underneath me which was earth with it came the thick smell and atmosphere of the vegetation around me as I started to realize where I had ended up.

-A jungle...

I muttered to myself looking around the place and getting back on my feet wherever I looked I was always greeted by the greenery and the endless amount of trees that were surrounding me,the disc I held in my hand previously was now gone nowhere to be seen I tried to look for it everywhere,but it was simply gone...

-Hestia !

I shouted out trying to see if I could call her through the clavicula,but with no luck it felt as if the connection between me and the summoned were being jammed or the signal was too low to be able to be reached,I was increasingly getting perplexed by the situation and quickly pulled out my phone and looked around me until I realized another eerie fact...

There were 2 suns in the sky...

Seeing the presents of another giant illuminating sun next to the other one made me more then a bit unsettled,but I kept it in and calmed myself looking at my phone and as expected...there was not a single signal in the area...

-Where am I ?

I muttered to myself quiet a bit confused and just as if the situation couldn't get any worse...

(Roar)

A very load roar was coming from what seemed to be a not so far distance away,the roar was so strong and terrifying that the birds all around me started to leave their trees creating a big shadow over me created by the birds which were also strangely pure red.

Without thinking twice I started to walk to the other direction from where the roar came from...
