But just to make it clear only the second and third floor of the Hospital be for Pack-members that want to stay there, everyone else is more than welcome in the new Pack-house or to request a cottage.

Theseus continues to explain everything and I see Damon's former Beta and Gamma staring at Theseus, they really are at a loss here.

The moment Theseus is done I address both males, I see that this is all somewhat confusing to the two of you, I understand that it doesnt make sense to either of you why we would rely on our leadership and I know it is something neither one of you was ever taught.

A Pack is as strong as its leadership, in order for us to be able to do our jobs correctly we need to be able to rely on our Beta and Gamma.

A Betas job is to support his or her Alpha and to help him or her make decisions that will benefit the Pack, not just the Alpha.

My Beta and Gamma know exactly how our Pack is doing financially and physically and so do my Deltas.

If for whatever reason I am unable to run my Pack my Beta can take over without any problems and she will have my Gamma and Deltas to help her.

I explain and I see both of them nodding their heads.
