It was dawn of the next day and Legolas, Gimli, and Aragorn were scouting on a hill overlooking a small enemy camp. The orcs were milling about, preparing for the final battle.
"Legolas, do you see anything?" Gimli asked.
Legolas peered through his rifle scope, studying the orcs. "It looks like they're getting ready for battle. But it seems like some of them are...ah, busy with other activities."
Gimli and Aragorn looked at each other in confusion.
"What do you mean, Legolas?" Aragorn asked.
Legolas chuckled. "It looks like some of them are engaged in a little...ah, how should I put it...intimate activities."
Gimli's eyes widened in disgust. "You don't mean they're...they're..."

Legolas nodded. "Ah, yep. It looks like they're getting it on right out in the open. Disgusting, isn't it?"
"Legolas, this is no time for jokes. We have a battle to prepare for,” said Aragorn.
“I'm not joking, Aragorn. Take a look for yourself."
Aragorn peered through Legolas’ scope and gasped. "Ah, by the Valar, it's true. They're engaged in...in...this is outrageous." He handed the rifle back to the elf and rubbed his eyes to remove the image. “I’m going to have nightmares for weeks .”
“Well, it looks like we have the upper hand. While they're distracted, we can take them out one by one,” said Legolas. He raised his rifle and took aim at the closest orc. With a muffled thud, the orc fell to the ground, a clean shot through the head.
Gimli and Aragorn watched as Legolas methodically picked off the orcs, one by one. When the last one fell, the three of them stood in silence, looking down at the carnage.
"Holy shit, I can't believe you just did that," Gimli said in amazement.
Legolas chuckled. "They were distracted and it was an easy shot. Ready to trade in your axe for one of these babies?" Legolas stroked his polished barrel.
With that, the three of them turned and returned to camp to join the others. The assault on Sauron would soon begin.
