Seyric followed the rabbit hopping around the grasses. The roots trailed across the ground as he took a leap around it.
The rabbit suddenly stopped and entered his hole from the ground while Seyric put his hand inside it and tried to reach for it.
Minutes passed from his effort he finally let out a deep sigh. He scanned his eyes around the place.
The leaves were hushed, and only cicadas echoed from a distance.
A patch of grasses scattered over the ground, and flowers bloomed near the roots.
The birds sang as the breeze swept through, and his hazel brown hair swayed along.
He giggled as he turned his body around him with his eyes shined from his sight. His pupils suddenly stopped when he caught sight of a four-legged animal.
She bowed her head as she nibbled on the grass nearby.
Her brown fur glistened from the sunlight that touched them. She had hooves visible from the back of her feet.
A smile plastered across Seyric's face as he watched her slowly eat up the grasses from the ground. He started to pace towards her direction. Her ears twitched as the green leaves shuffled to Seyric with each step.
The deer turned towards the sound to find a small tiny boy standing behind her.
Seyric suddenly ran towards the deer's way, as the deer's pupils dilated, and she immediately moved her feet and ran away from him.
Seyric tried his best to follow her despite having tiny legs to catch up towards her.
The deer was so fast that Seyric could barely picture her back until he finally halted, placed his hands over a tree, and gasped for air.
He wiped his sweat over his forehead as he glanced around the scene. He is still deep inside the forest with the green ground. A dirt path couldn't be pictured from the ground, which could lead him out of place.
He sat down for his feet and rested for a moment as he closed his eyes and felt every wind and the nature whispered to his ear.
At the Cloudflaw residents, Ikaria relentlessly paced back and forth by the living room.
Euris sat by a coach and leaned his back, his red pupils fixated on his wife.
"Honey, don't you think it's getting a little late?" Ikaria faced his husband while her hands were over her waist. "Why hasn't he come back yet?" Ikaria nibbles her fingers.
"Calm down. He'll do just fine." Euris smiled before he met her gaze. "Don't be paranoid. Come here."
Euris opened his arms wide while Ikaria stared at him for a little while before she finally sat beside him.
He wrapped his arms around her tightly and leaned his head on her shoulder. "Worry not, honey. He'll be back soon. Let us wait..."
"I'm sorry honey... I just want him to be safe." Ikaria whispered.
Euris nod his head and keep his posture for a little moment.
Ikaria's eyes suddenly lightened up, and she pulled away, "You put him in a tracking spell, don't you...?"

"Yes, honey. Why?" Euris moved his head as he matched her gaze. "Do you want to check?"
Ikaria nods her head hastily.
Euris opened his palms in front of them while Ikaria stared intensely at his palms. His hands started to light up until a cloud formed above his hands.
Before something could appear from the mist, a sudden knock interrupted their business.
Ikaria's face immediately departed from his hands as she faced the door.
Euris lowered his hands as the mist vanished before he stood up from his seat, "I'll get it."
He paced across the room before he finally swung the door open.
Ikaria's stared at her husband's back. He still stood there for a while now.
Many questions and thoughts ran over Ikaria's head until she finally decided to march towards them. She found a young lady at the doorstep. Beside her was a familiar young man.
The man's stance was dignified, and his clothes were finest and elegant. His face was cold and distant, with a sapphire gem embedded over the collar of his clothes.
Ikaria's heart started to pound fast and wild as she stared at the young lady's face, full of seriousness and concern.
"Honey, what's wrong?"
Ikaria startled both of them. As they reverted their attention towards her.
"Good afternoon, mam." The girl greeted as she forced a smile from her face. "It's about your son—"
"Have you seen him?" Ikaria immediately snapped.
Euris shook his head as he immediately opened his hand. As a scene, an image had hovered over his hands.
Seyric sat on the ground. He had a place complexion as he faced the black wolf, which growled furiously at him.
Ikaria gasped as she tugged his arms and started to tear up. "Honey, hurry we need to go!"
Euris immediately helped Ikaria's hands as they teleported from the scene. Ikaria's eyes dilated as she found an empty field with red stains from the ground.
She couldn't help even cry more as she shouted in her lungs, "No, Seyric! Honey, where are you?!"
Her voice echoed from the depths of the forest as Euris's placed his hands over his forehead. As he scanned his eyes around as the bushes shuffled from a distance.
"Seyric?" Euris shouted as he walked towards the bushes and parted them aside to find Seyric's tangled from the branches.
"Father... why are you here?" Seyric as he struggled to free himself.
Euris sighed in relief as his hands turned in crystal-clear as he punched through the branches as they shattered into ice pieces.
Seyric's eyes gleamed from the powered branch his father created.
Ikaria suddenly walked behind Euris and found Seyric as well. "Honey!" she immediately pulled him up and hugged him tightly.
His body was covered in red as Euris poked the red liquid and leaned his finger near his face. It was rancid.
Euris licked his fingers as he was hinted with a sweet and sour aftertaste from his buds, "Berries?"
"Why did you hear? Haven't you remembered?! I told you can't get hurt!" Ikaria started to nag him as Seyric lowered his head.
"Let's go," Euris said as he finally cast teleportation back into the house.
Euris was greeted by Naivet and Damier standing from the porch with the guard. "Thanks for letting us know, miss." Euris bowed his head in the both of them. "I'll send you back—"
"No, no. You don't need to, sir." Naivet snapped and waved her hands in the air. "I'm glad I was able to help." Before she plastered a smile on her face.
"Okay, miss. Please be safe." Euris bowed again before he finally stormed off and he entered the house.
Time passed, and Seyric sat by the couch as his face lowered and cried as his mother stood before him.
Ikaria's hands were over her waist while her eyes glared at him, "You know why you can't get hurt, right? But why are you putting yourself in danger?" She sighed deeply as she shook her head. "You could've gotten killed."
"But mother... I..."
As Seyric tried to state his mind, his mother immediately cut him off.
"Don't reason with me, honey. They're no assurance that you'd be safe the next time it happens!"
Seyric could only swallow his words as he cried non-stop as his mother reprimanded him.
