In the Cloudflaw residents, Ikaria sat beside Seyric on the couch. She glanced over the book over his hands. "How was school today, sweetie?"
Seyric momentarily paused from his tracks. He's lips tightened as he nodded his head and murmured. "Yes..."
Ikaria on the other hand, glimpse over his face which plastered with seriousness as he avoided her gaze. She furrowed her brows and sighed.
She shook her head before she turned to her husband. "Honey, I heard you'd been mentioning about the banquet lately, what is it about?"
"Ah, the Kingdom held a banquet for next week. All of the royals and noble with children included to bring there, it was part of the event's theme." As Euris smiled.
"Then Seyric will come with you then?" Ikaria's face lightened up as she clapped. "Great, great. I shall tag along."
Ikaria stood up from the couch and marched towards her husband. "Have you planned for the clothes to wear for the banquet?"
"No, not yet. We should go out for sometime and check up the tailors stores and rent clothes or just get a tailor...?"
"Hm, I think I'd prefer for us family to go out and bond!" Ikaria's smile reached ear to ear.
Euris gaze fixed to her eyes and smooched her for a second before he smiled back at her and placed his hands on her waist. "Good idea."
As the couple's they start to get all intimate and had sweet talk.
While Seyric remained at the same page of the book as his pupils not left the book away for long time, his hands played the couch covers while his shoulders hanged downwards.
His lips remained sealed and only muffled echoes across his ear from the room. In his mind he pictured what has happened for school for today. As the storm that raged in his chest.
Until finally, he raised his head. "Mother..."
Ikaria and Euris peeked over their son. Their body inch away from each other as Ikaria pushed herself away from his as Euris glared at her way.
"Hey,"
"Shush, not in front of the child." Ikaria whispered before Euris sighed in defeat.
"What is it, sweetie?" She asked and her lips lifted.
Seyric fell silence for a long period of time as he finally.
Unleashed the last courage of his breathe, "Why wasn't I able to make a fire...? I could barely do one while the other kids could do better... I know how to do it but... father, mother... Why can't get to I do it too?"
Euris and Ikaria gazed at each other as Euris sighed before Ikaria faced him and kneeled down and grabbed his hands.

"Worry not, sweetie. I know your doing good than them. Besides...your age and the other students are not the same." As she forced a smile on her face.
Seyric glanced away as Ikaria stood back on her feet and exchanged whispered towards Euris.
While Seyric watched each of their reaction until her mother finally faced her. "Now you go ahead first to your room, sweetie. Me and your father need sometime alone, okay?"
"I won't be able to tuck in your bed."
That was the last thing, Ikaria stated as Seyric stared at the ceiling.
The candlelight has gone off yet so as his consciousness.
An hour has gone by as he's mind still wide awake from everything, the silent howl of the wind from the windows, the cicadas buzzed in the middle of the night which ringed into his ears.
Until muffled soft echoes near the hallways, in long periods of time, it didn't stop. So Seyric started to stormed of his room as he slithered down the hallway as it grew more louder and louder from his parent's door.
He leaned his ears at the door and eavesdrops over an exchange of his parents' conversation.
"You'd hire new tutor for him?" Ikaria question as she watched his husband's back.
"Well, yeah for sure. He needs someone to help him cope, especially in his state." Euris answered as he shuffled through the document on a table.
"Hm, I do agree. He needs someone private to help him over such matters." Ikaria laid her back on the bed as she grabbed the covers.
"Yeah, also I already send a message to the Anglesia City," As Euris grabbed the quail and scanned the paper contents, "I also receive the response that... Magnus will get here over few days prior. To check over him."
Ikaria nodded her head and yawned, "That's good. I'll sleep first, honey."
Days folds fast, after the conversation Seyric has heard about his parents. They been little silent lately, school has been a usual day especially upon teaching element by element over the huge hoard of the class.
Seyric's eyes fixed at the Ceious who stood in the middle of the class.
Ceious faced the student as he surveyed the crowd to find them all attentive and focus to his way, and he glanced over the book in his hands.
"The Starling Crest City was found around 300 years century in the past. The land lurkers had started to obtain the grace of God's to power them with cores inside their body. The vast divine water of mana spilled over the land of Starling Crest City.
It was due to that God's accident from trying to make many others with better function cores. Instead land was blessed with mystical magic and for those who gave birth on land has higher chance to bare a son/daughter with a core."
Ceious read as the student listened close from his words, except Damier who was slept from the whole lesson.
Ceious cleared his throat as he was about to start.
Seyric suddenly raised his hands as he glanced over his way, as the students all groaned and chattered in chorus from interruption.
"Silence, please." Ceious waved his hands as he gestured it towards Seyric's way. "Yes, Seyric?"
"Why does other people can't have cores?" Seyric pondered.
Ceious nodded over his question as he slammed the book shut. "Well, their body is not functional to contain the cores. Their nerves small enough to take mana and the nerves for mana is separate from the usual nerve itself.
If you push someone to obtain the body they couldn't handle. It will erupt the nerves, muscles and spillage of mana will occur in the body thus... It will —"
Before Ceious could even finish his sentence, the bell rang as he smiled wide as he picked up his stuff on the table. "Okay, class that's for today lesson. Please go meet your parents over the gate."
