Chapter 4: Sonic In The Sky With Knuckles

Act 2: Knuckle Battle

Knuckles reaches Sonic and Tails near the edge of the island.

Knuck: Why are you here, outsiders?

Sonic: To get the Chaos Emeralds. Why else?

Tails: Who're you?

Knuck: (So, the egg-shaped man was right) I cannot allow you to go any further. Turn back now, or face the consequences.

Sonic: The whole world's gonna face the consequences if we don't get those Emeralds. Now, back off, knucklehead.

Knuck: Hm! You have done this yourself.

Knuckles just about slides across the ground as he tries to hit him, but Sonic dodges.

Knuck: Chaos speed.

Sonic: Alright! Now, I'm Mad!

Knuckles blocks a punch from Sonic.

Knuck: How are you capable of such speed without holding an Emerald?

Sonic: Don't Care!

Sonic throws several punches Knuckles' way, but he's able to match Sonic's speed while blocking him.

Knuck: No matter. It will not help you.

Tails: What's with this guy?

He grabs Sonic and smashes his fist down on his head, knocking him out.

Tails: Sonic!

Tails tries to hit Knuckles, but he dodges, grabs him by the tail, and slams him on the ground.

Tails: Ugh!

Knuck: I shall make you leave.

He picks up Sonic, walks to the edge of the island, and throws him off like Heihachi would.

Knuck: You were tough. Do not come back.

Tails: NO!!!

Tails flies off of the island and towards Sonic.

Knuck: What is that power?

Tails grabs Sonic out of the air and flies up above Knuckles.

Knuck: You are stronger than I thought.

Tails: Why're You Attacking Us?! We Wanna Save The World!

Knuck: Save it? The Eggman said that you had the opposite intentions. Who should I believe?

Sonic: Eggman? You mean Robuttnik? He's here?!

Knuck: He may be.

Sonic: I Think I See Him! Let's Get Him, Tails!

Tails: Leave It To Me!

He flies Sonic towards Robotnik.

Knuck: Hey! Get Back Down Here!

Knuckles runs after the two of them.
