It is a little past noon and I have finally recieved my ID. They have a ranking system that displays what level adventurer you are. I'm not really looking to go fight lichs or go play dragonborn, so a side goal of mine is to raise it just enough so that I am exempt from paying taxes. Which is C-rank. Currently I am E-rank, next would be F-rank, then D-rank, so on and so forth until S-rank.
I took a mission from a bulletin board which was a herb gathering quest. The receptionist gave me a tiny pamphelet that briefly explained the type of plants. With this, I knew what to look for and what to stay away from. The map I also received was a little hard to read but I could barely make out where to go.
I walk south for atleast fifteen minutes until I heard the sound of metal clanging. I crouch low and locate the source, making sure that I am not seen.

Two men were fighting for a reason that was unknown to me.
I quietly sit and spectate.
Around the five minute mark, the skinnier man drops to his knees and begs for mercy. the bigger one grants him it but took a bag at his waist, which I assumed was herbs, as payment. When the bigger man's back was turned the skinnier man attacked and stabbed his neck with a hidden knife he had on him. He then ran off with both bags while leaving the man to bleed out painfully.
I shrugged. Such is life.
I approached and double checked the body to pocket any missed valuables. I find a few coppers, a set of keys, a ring, and the sword he dropped. I took the sheathe from his hips and resumed my journey.
Spending about half an hour searching for herbs, i quickly realized why those men were fighting.
The amount is scarce.
In thirty minutes I found two.
Now I am looking for someone to rob.
These bugs, this heat, I feel myself getting irritated.
Just then...I heard the sound of metal clanging.
