Today is my fifth birthday. I have yet to see my father, Cassius Sparta, who is renowned in the world for his military achievements.
My mother and I are celebrating my birthday alone. No friends or family to attend.
Speaking of my mother, she is a beauty. Without a doubt if she lived on Earth she would be a famous social media model or something of the like.
This world is a lot similar to Earth but it's differences are noticeable. Wyverns freely roam the skies, there is no technology, there are kings and feudal lords that rule over portions of the land, and most of the world is still uncovered; forests cover majority of the land. Unfortunately, I live in a backwater village for some reason, even though my father is rumored to be the greatest war general this country has ever seen.
He's a famous general that fought against the Wolf Rebellion Army. It's an army that is made up of escaped prisoners and criminals that want to bring the Empire to its' knees. They are kinda like this era's taliban, if you would.
Stolen novel; please report.
I only heard stories from my mother about my father. Allegedly, with his squadron of troops, The Crimson Gryphons, they single-handedly pushed out a terrorist group from an important stronghold when high-ranking officials and strategists deemed that all was lost.
Even if I do not respect him as a father, he is a damn good general.
My mother met my father by chance and shared a night together; she will never admit it but I am certain that I was conceived by mistake. Some evenings when she would let loose and get drunk she would spill more than she should have which hardens my evidence, she probably thinks I am too young to actually comprehend what she is saying.
She tells me to make a wish before I blow out my candles and I wish for a wooden sword while making direct eye contact with her.
She just sighed in response, already used to my bluntness that no five year old kid should have.
In my defense, it was weird for me to pretend that I am a kid when I am mentally 103 years old.
The fuck do I look like.
