Then on the other chart there lies, the production cost of the companies product.

"Their production cost is much more higher compared to their sales. It seems like, that their service is not to the customers likings.".
"Should we send the research and development team on their company so we could enhance their sales?."

While the set of employee are dealing with atnts sales. The other set of employee is also monitoring the other commercial Establishment that is generating less sales. The only possible thing to do that and to avoid escalation of cases is to use Artificial intelligence or bot. That way, agents of different colours will be able to gather more calls and generate more reservations and sales. The IT dept, is wise enough to press bot button and he started to wait for another call.
