"NXTMR START", the mixed Reality game then appear in his front. "ROOM". Then all of a sudden the mesh of the entire mix Reality background changes and it became an operating room. There lies a sleeping patient surrounded by the so called Artificial made nurses. The quest in front of the game then changes and it says " Please instruct the nurses to sterilised the equipments. The little one then did so and he spoke " Please clean the equipment with sterilize water. Gloves please.". At that moment two Artificial nurses appear on his both sides and they put the surgical gloves on. "Please give the scalpel.". Another nurse then gave him a scalpel. " The quest then moved on as the little one went near the patient and he slice the marked area according to the instructions. The little one then did so and he created a small cut on the targets body. It was located on the 4th area, lower right on humans stomach. The quest then said "Ask for a tube.".The little one then shouted "Tube please". Then the nurse behind him gave him a tube. Quest " Create a hole on the patients stomach enough for the tube to be inserted". The little one then did so and as he put the tube, a gas then suddenly went out on the tube. " Please wait until there is no more gas leak. " So the little one follow the procedure like he is being guided on his journey as a soon upcoming brilliant surgeon.

After an hour of procedure,the little one shouted saying " Operation success every one.".Then all of the nurses around him clapped as they slowly disintegrate. "Main Quest success . Next patient, A patient with blood clot is on their need of help due to suffocation. Doctor please help". The little one then nodded and he said " Quest Accepted". Ding! Sub Quest has been accepted. Operation will start after 30 minutes.".

After he took some rest, he proceed with the next quest. "Main Quest: Remove blood clot from his nose.". The little guy then said "Gloves please.". The nurses then gave him the new gloves and he added "Clamp please", another nurse gave him a clamp. "Please look up. Nurse light please.". The nurses then followed the little ones instruction. Though they are just animated characters, the storyline of the game is helping the little one on his character build. The little one then took the clam and slowly get the blood clot on the patients nose. Then slowly, a green plasma dropped from the patients nose. At first, the little one thought that it was just a green slimy snot. However as soon as the rest of the blood clot were being revealed, the little one is finally getting a hunch that the patient is either infected. Soon as the rest of the blood clot was removed an abrupt warning were revealed. Sub Hidden quest: You have an infected body in your laboratory, please stabilise the patient and figure out if it is a zombie outbreak. "The fuck, a zombie inside the mix Reality.". Main Quest changed : Insert sedative on the infected body and lnvestigate it thoroughly " . "Accept ", said by the little one as he commanded the nurses. "Please inject sedative on the patient. Sir, kindly wait here okay.". The little one then took the blood clot and he send it on his laboratory where apparatus for virologist are present.
