With the old politician gone into the archipelago of the philippines, and the destruction of its old economic zones, the new president did call his friends to create a new constitution that will guide the government of the philippines. He did call several veterans in all aspects of civilisation and he asked them of their point of view on the upcoming generations. The president did checked the problems of the generations and their demands so he did finally head their call to start creating a new constitution that will help the upcoming generations on their daily life, not for the current but for the upcoming long years, then the assembly of the new constitution begin.

"Law and mandates ." Said by the other one.

"Infrastructure and Establishments." Said by the other one.

A year, would be enough for you all to get information and build those intents, mandates and laws. A year would also be enough to practice those intent, laws and mandate on thus country. With the new constitution being slowly assemble and created by the so called professionals, the three branches of the old philippines is now permanently abolished, they all will witness a new form of government with a whole new intent, mandate, laws and willl. While the philippines is under going a lot of changes in a different way, the other civilized and advance country is already prepared for a retaliation to the rise of another super power nation.
