"It should not be connected on defence and army, afterall, I want the Judicial department be involve on prosecuting those who are abusing their civil rights". He then recall a certain government which is prone to corruption "the previous government are prone to it, they all are protected by the army and due to it they all are abusing their government position using their authority. The intent that I am going to create is a reference to the kingdom of Arabia, such strict rule of law must be implemented in these corrupted country. I hope the old man will be able to know my intent.". He then wrote on his note saying, "Intent one, to train all of the persons involve in Judicial department on the art of killing. Mandate all of the Judicial personel to practice the art of killing on those who are corrupt. Law of Absolute Justice, to send an absolute justice to those who are prosecuted and shown guilty, trying to break the rule of law in this country. The person then did stood up once more and he tried to think of it twice "This is the only choice that they have, so that the Filipinos will all respect the law.". At that moment, he received a message on his smart glasses and he did tapped it and he opened it with a smile. It says "Hey Mr laws and mandate, I am incharge on defence, won't you have time with me and together let us create a law which is attached on foreign defence just incase they are on state of war.". Then the scholar who is incharge on creating new laws for the Judicial department sends him a message saying "Sure, send me your ip address .".
