In the following days of my speech word had spread throughout the galaxies. The federation increased patrol of the Sub-Space routes into their galaxy. The Dynasty did the same. I had met with the Grand Masters of the Orders within the Tailmen and had all of their allegiances. I then tasked them with sending some of their veterans to help with training the recruits.
A couple of days later I had a meeting with the President of the Federation and the Monarch of the Dynasty. The president was a Zeltran, a four-armed Avian looking people who had been one of the founders of the federation. She had the head of a falcon with four eyes. She possessed a pair of wings on her back and had talon-like hands. Her feathers were white with brown mixed in.
The Monarch was a huge person that stood taller than me. His people were called the Monesties and had interlocking plates all across their body that gave them a natural armour. His face had two glowing red eyes inside a helmet of the same armour that spread across his body. He was a deep green and had a mouth filled with sharp teeth. He also possesses a thick tail that had sharp spines that ran across it.
I was dressed in the same robes that I wore when I made my speech. This time my hood was down as a show of respect to the leaders.
The Monarch spoke first. "What do you intend to do with this crusade of yours?" He spoke in a deep baritone voice.
"I seek to destroy the heretics and obliterate the abomination they created. Sadly they are in your territories. I wish I could have your cooperation in this matter." I said.
"So you want us to let you lead a vast military force into our territory and just let you be." The President asked. She had a slightly squeaky voice.
"Yes, that is what I intend to have you do. These people must be taken down along with their abomination. You either let this happen or there will be war and I take over both of your galaxies."
"And how do you know if this abomination even exists. How do you even know they are an abomination in the first place?" The President asked.
"I can feel it. They tried to create me in some sort of weird train of thought but have only created an abomination. I am an Alpha and there can only be one Alpha at a time. No more. No less." I said with a stoic expression.

"So there have been more of you then. Wouldn't that mean you are not a deity as your faith has said?" The Monarch spoke.
"I might be or I might not be. What I am is Alpha and there can only be one. These heretics have tried to create another and have done the taboo."
"I am not going to risk the safety of potentially innocent people and an innocent person on the whims and accusation of one person who is worshipped as a god. The Tailmen tried to conquer the Milky Way once and failed. They shall do so once again." The President then disconnected.
"I will have to agree with the president on this. You can't fight us both and expect to win. You lost last time and will lose again." The Monarch spoke.
"Then you have chosen war. Go prepare as best you can for my fleets. I will notify you at least a month in advance seeing as you decided to at least hear my response." I said in a grave tone.
"I appreciate the notion. Farewell, then Alpha." He then disconnected.
Erendial had told me that the Tailmen had tried a crusade in the past trying to find these heretics. They failed as they only used the ships that had been developed without the use of Empire tech. That meant that they had around the same level of technology as the other two galaxies. This time would be different for a variety of reasons.
After the meeting, I then held another meeting with the Grand Masters of the Orders and other officials. I told them to prepare for an all-out war against the Federation and Dynasty. I told them to prepare as much as they could in two years. I decided to give them some watered down Empire tech so that we could win without many casualties but still take some losses. I couldn't just give out some schematics to the most advanced Empire tech and just expect them to build it.
With the more easily built tech and the two-year deadline the forces that could be mustered up would be great. I asked for summaries about how many recruits we could be expecting. The number was in the millions. People were lining up at the recruitment offices in droves all wanting to help in the crusade. This is the effect of having a galactic religion that helped make planets wealthy and beautiful. After all one of the main doctrines of the faith is to take care of the planet as it didn't belong to you. You merely grew up and developed as it gave you the materials and homes you used.
Public order was also amazing as the orders worked alongside planetary police. With a happy and wealthy population crime started to disappear. It wasn't completely gone but it wasn't nearly as frequent as it was in the Federation or the Dynasty.
With more logistics figured out, I then left them to do their work as I started to play my role as their deity made mortal. I walked with my guard out in the streets of the city where the main temple was located. There I met and talked with the people. I walked along and took in the sights of beautiful gardens and statues. Colorful mosaics decorated many walls along with sprawling paintings. The city was amazing.
I spent hours walking through the streets talking to the people and tasting the food. They say that the more beautiful a place is the darker the secrets it held. Thankfully this wasn't true with Erendial easing my worries. Aldion had been learning much from his elder sister over the months. Erendial had also been keeping me updated with the movement of the swarms and The Chosen. This crusade would hopefully root them out as well. I had also been told of what the swarms have been capable of as well.
While they wouldn't be able to take down the Empires ships in its hay day, they would be able to take down the ship being made in the Tailmen. She also told me that this was only the Scouts of a much larger force coming this way. This larger fleet could go toe to toe with the Empires fleets in its hay day.
With these thoughts on my mind, I returned to the temple and fell asleep in my bed.
