If you’re actively reading this novel, please read.
The reception has been really pleasing ever since I brought Requiem back to the site. It’s been really great seeing some of you read the opening chapter of Rudalia. Sadly—while the reception has been pleasing—it hasn’t amounted to much. Because of this, I’ve decided to focus on a different project. However, this doesn’t mean that Requiem is over. I won’t abandon this story, but I now understand that it most likely won’t be my ‘break out’ story. Hard pill to swallow. Pick up the bags and move on.
Stolen from its original source, this story is not meant to be on Amazon; report any sightings.
Updates for Requiem will be on the slower, longer chapters side. I’m talking 5 to 10k words chapters so that you can comfortably enjoy the story I’ve always wanted to tell.
As for my next project, here’s a little teaser. It’s a story that is in the same kind of vein as Requiem, but with an entirely different tone/atmosphere. I took everything that I learned from Requiem, and applied it to The Crimson Moon Night. This includes my approach of creating unique and complex magic systems, whilst still maintaining clarity and consistency.
I’ll see you all soon. Take care!
