Author: Sorry for the delay. District manager showed up and changed my work schedule WITHOUT asking if I was able to work those shifts. Plus I needed to do a project for school (hindered by work, damn manager). Now though, release should be back to normal...I hope. (I won't drop this story)
*Bang* Ah! It HURTS! (How I felt when someone jabbed at my book title

Amare’s dwelling, Kuro’s POV (First night after the bomb went off)
*Flash*
“Hey Amare sorry I’m a bit late, *sigh* so much going on right now. Any advice for...why are you looking at me like that?” (Kuro)
I’m a bit taken aback right now. Amare has on a...not so subtle grin on her face, which is creeping me out a bit. Please don’t let it be another prank. She pranked me once before and...I was too embarrassed to come back here for a week, much to her amusement.
“Ah, well I have a lot to discuss with you. Also a friend of mine wants to meet you as well, she will be here in a short while after she finishes analyzing the aftereffects of your [Mana Nuke].” (Amare)
Something doesn’t sound right about that statement...what nuke?
“Um, what nuke are you talking about.” (Kuro)
Don’t let it be what I think she means. There is just no way.
“The nuke you set off in Tarthus of course. Seriously to make a nuke in your basement, fufu, a lot of heads were turned when the others found out.” (Amare)
“Hold up, how was that a nuke? I didn’t have most of the components to build such a thing, none of the nuclear material itself either. Not to mention the explosion didn’t resemble anything like a mushroom.” (Kuro)
“Hmm, sometimes you can be a real dunce you know. Of course the ‘Heavy Water’ you made with the treated monster cores is the cause. Though, it almost blew up in your face. Thankfully you withdrew the mana within it in time.”
“...that small amount of heavy water I made, together with mana, caused that?” (Kuro)
“Yea, mana is pretty much a more volatile form a nuclear material except without physical form, it’s far more dangerous than anything earth has used. Thankfully the stuff is mostly stable.” (Amare)
“Mostly?” (Kuro)
“Well I should probably explain what a monster core is for you to get a better picture of what you're messing with.
Monster cores are empty shells that form within monsters to contain mana they naturally gather, they are not made up of mana itself. When the core fully forms, monster’s grow stronger similar to sentient races in order to eventually evolve. Though their rate of progress is a lot slower since they have no intelligence. Most of the time though, monster’s don't form them and never get the chance to evolve. Once they condense enough mana, they use it to evolve and the core dissolves away since they were mainly used to gather the mana necessary for an evolution. The possibility of them forming another core is even less likely than before.
When you made the nuke, you got lucky. Since you took the mana out of the vessel, it prevented the bomb itself from being dangerous until you filled it back up with enough of it to destabilize. ‘Heavy Water’ in suitable quantities, apparently causes some serious reactions when introduced with enough mana and ignited. Fortunately you didn’t have a lot of the stuff, and you used a low grade core.” (Amare)
“Wait...why do monsters need core’s if they naturally gather mana?” (Kuro)
“Without a place to hold it, like your own core, than it will just seep out of them similar to the fairies.” (Amare)
“...wait, so what if my [Pocket Fairy] formed a core like one of the monsters?” (Kuro)
“...I guess she would evolve at some point too...the likelihood of her forming a core is extremely low though.” (Amare)
That is an interesting bit of information. But why did the bomb, no, [Mana Nuke] behave in such an odd fashion when it went off.
“The behavior of mana in such a state is unpredictable, what you saw when it went off was just one of the possibilities it could have taken. Truth be told, many of us find it to be quite amazing. Fufu, you don't even know what it is you really did.” (Amare)
Amare is grinning again...what is it she needs to tell me.
“Fufu, congratulations Kuro, you are now hopefully the father of a long dead race of elemental children.” (Amare)
“...What?” (Kuro)
“I said hopefully okay, no need to worry about them yet. It’s why my friend wants to meet you and also why she isn’t here yet.” (Amare)
“Ah...right, so then, when should I be expecting...them.” (Kuro)
Kids, seriously. I just set off a bomb and the result is getting kids. And I guess me being the trigger man puts me as the father in a really more accurate sense doesn't it. *Sigh* that damn nuke was nothing but trouble.
“I don't know. Last time they formed, it took about 100 years for the phenomenon to settle and for them to emerge with Val’s interference. Though this phenomenon is extremely small so, hmm...maybe a few years. Val is pretty enthusiastic about it, and is putting a lot of effort into this making it difficult to say an accurate time frame. Oh, and don't worry about any mutant monsters emerging on the scene, Val is also keeping that in check.” (Amare)
“Oh, that’s good.” (Kuro)
I find it odd how this, Val character, can influence the event of that phenomenon I made. But since ‘technically’ she isn’t affecting people than it doesn’t count as interference. Seriously though, how the hell does a nuke create life.
“Oh cheer up, you get a bunch of cute little kids…*grin*...with an adoring goddess as the wife. How could that not make you happy.” (Amare)
“Wait! Hold up a second! Wife!? Plus a goddess at that, now I know you're messing with me.” (Kuro)
What kind of goddess would marry a mortal, I won't be fooled by this. The mocking gaze Amare is showing is a dead giveaway that this is a trick.
If you spot this tale on Amazon, know that it has been stolen. Report the violation.
“Pfft, of course a wife, Val is working hard to make sure your children are born safely. So of course you two are the parents.” (Amare)
“Don’t you think such a thing is a bit rushed Amare, he barely knows me after all.” (Val)
“Oh, Val nice to see you, this is Kuro.” (Amare)
Hey! What happened to the talk of nukes and stuff, how did it turn into this. Also, is that Val, why didn’t she deny being called my wife!? No, I need to calm down, if I fall into Amare’s pace my brain will explode. Let’s just see who this new goddess is.
...
I have to say, if Amare’s appearance can brighten up the heavens, then Val can shake the earth. They were similar in height, however Val had skin as white as snow, yet retained a vibrance similar to the flow of the wind. Hair similar to the shades of an aurora braided loosely with various flowers adorning certain parts in a seemingly elegant pattern. Long and pointed ears with not a single ornament attached. Her eyes a striking teal color with a subtle fluctuation of energy circling the iris. As she spoke her perfect white teeth seemed to catch one's eye behind her soft pink lips.
The two together were simply a sight unable to be forgotten.
“Well, I have to say, he is quite the charmer.” (Val)
“Isn’t he.” (Amare)
Oh no, she can read my mind too! Everytime I come here, I swear I leave more and more unsettled!
“Well Val, leaving little Kuro to his inner distress, how are things on your end.” (Amare)
“Hmm, if things go well, we may be looking at eight newly born Elementals in about 5 years. However, since they were birthed in a considerably weaker version of my own mistake all those years ago, they won't be as powerful. Thankfully, it seems they can grow stronger with enough time due to this planet’s law.” (Val)
“Um, may I know what you mean by this planet’s law and why only eight.” (Kuro)
“Ah, well certain places follow separate laws that make up the world, it’s mostly relative to its composition. Like how earth followed the laws correlating with physics and the like due to how little mana it has.” (Val)
“Earth has mana?” (Kuro)
“Yes, I believe they referred to it as the ‘god particle’.” (Val)
“!?” (Kuro)
“Well, as it is a small amount, it only holds everything together and makes small movements of evolution not visually seen till millenias pass if at all.” (Val)
“Well...that’s interesting.” (Kuro)
Seriously I’m learning things scientists back on earth would kill to know. Heck, if they knew there were worlds with extremely dense ‘god particles’ flying around while they are struggling to see the ones back on earth...they may just spit blood with despair at how unlucky they are being stuck there.
“Also the eight Elementals I am regulating pertain to each affinity for this world. Though since this is a complicated process, and since I have a limited amount of energy to work with, eight is all I can manage.” (Val)
“Well, it’s not like they can't replicate when they get stronger like their predecessors.” (Amare)
“Plus their various evolutionary paths in their respective elements.” (Val)
“Aww, I’m so happy for you Val, Kuro be sure to be a wonderful role model for your future kids.” (Amare)
“Please look after me well ~Dear~................pfft hahaha, Amare…*Gasp*...I’m sorry, I can't keep a straight face any longer. He looks so funny right now.” (Val)
THESE DAMN GODS AND THEIR JOKES! Hearing the word ‘dear’ with such seriousness from Val practically broke my face in shock. Then the whole thing turns into a laughing fit! Where is the exit to this place, I want to wake up from this nightmare.
“Aww, I’m sorry, Amare is known for her antics, and I play along every now and then. This time was quite enjoyable. Though, if we were to end up together...you would need to be A-WHOLE-LOT-STRONGER to take me little boy, fufufu.” (Val)
...oi. Where did this seductress come from? She looking at me like I’m a delicious piece of meat. I’m a bit afraid for my safety here.
“Well, I wanted to properly thank you for this opportunity to revive the Elementals. Also, if I need anything from you, I’ll relay it via Amare. Till the next we meet Amare.” (Val)
“Tata Val.” (Amare)
“...is there anything further you would like to do to my sanity?” (Kuro)
“There are a few things. Truly though, you made quite the impression on Val. She doesn’t normally behave in such a way you know. Truly a magnet for woman, fufu.” (Amare)
“Please...for the sake of my mental health, let’s drop this.” (Kuro)
“For another time then. Now when you awaken, be sure to check your latest notifications. I’m sure you will be happy with what you see.” (Amare)
My head hurts, which should be impossible here. Amare’s smile just seems to put me further on edge. At the very least, from what I can tell, everything she has done was for my benefit. The following conversation was what happened to the original Elementals and a few other things. After that I finished my ‘Red Tipped Cake’ with ‘Blessed Milk Tea’, of all the combinations. Amare’s antics are getting pretty serious.
(“Fufu, if only you knew what I have in store for you Kuro.” (Amare))
*Sigh* I wonder what those notifications will be about.

“...Yet, one of the most sought after woman in the pantheon practically through a sign up saying she is available to him. SHE'S NORMALLY IMPASSIVE TO EVERYONE YOU KNOW.” (Pitiful God 2)
“...” (Pitiful God 1)
“…*sob*...I’m going to go dream of eating those gorgeous pastries…*sob*...wake me up when this nightmare is over.” (Pitiful God 2)
“Room for one more in that dream?” (Pitiful God 1)

A/N: Sorry again for the delay.
