Wesley begins to stand up, he is so excited to hear Delsey's voice.

Thorkell looks back at Wesley and raises a hand directing him to stay in the seat with a large grin. Wesley understands Thorkell's direction and smiles as he sits back down.

As Thorkell turns around he raises both hands in the air "Embla, I have a little surprise for you as well." He says with a big grin. "You have fought hard several times but I know you're having troubles with Magnus and Hilda. So I have found you a partner."

"You know I must do this alone Thorkell." Delsey says from the challengers side of the battle field. "You know no one here will understand why I battle and if our goals are not in line with one another you know they will only hold me back."

"I don't think that will be an issue embla. The first night you arrived here you spoke of a boy who you trained with and through that training you learned what it was like to have a team mate." Thorkell turns to Wesley who still has his hood on. "I belive you and young Ivar here will learn very quickly how to be a team."

"I appreciate your desire help others Thorkell, i have found in my time here that it is a rare attribute but I must decline. I will not be able to partner with you Ivar."

"Don't be so sure Delsey." Wesley says lifting his hood

"WESLEY!!" She shrieks

They both start run toward eachother. Delsey's eyes begin to tear up the closer they get. When they meet in the middle of the battle feild she gives wesley a big tight hug

"What are you doing here? How are you here? When did you get here? Oh my God I can't belive it's really you!"

Thorkell and Yrsa approach Wesley and Delsey on the battle feild.

"I take it Ivar will be a suitable partner for you Embla?" Yrsa says smiling

"Yes! I don't know how this happened but Yes." Delsey says letting go of Wesley.

"I'm sure you two have a lot to talk about, but first let's have a celebratory Vahallan gym battle!" Thorkell says raising a fist in the air.

As Delsey wipes the tears from her eyes Wesley looks at Thorkell. "I hope your prepared to lose Thorkell."

"That's the spirit." Thorkell says giving Wesley a punch on the arm.

Thorkell and Yrsa return the their side of the battle feild and Wesley and Delsey go to the challengers side.

"Are your Pokémon ready for battle?" Thorkell shouts

Wesley and Delsey nod to eachother "Yes Thorkell." Delsey shouts back

"Do you accept the Raid Rules we abide by?" Yrsa yells across the battle feild

"We accept the rules Yrsa." Wesley shouts reaching into his bag pulling his pokeball and the raid ball Yesa gave him the night before.

Thorkell grins "Let's go to war, War Horn!" The massive Hornskox comes charging out.

"Here's your surprise Thorkell." Delsey says throwing out her pokeball. "Graveler!" Her Pokémon shouts

"Your geodude evolved!" Wesley says

Delsey grins "After defeating Thyra and Aric he did."

Wesley smiles with confidence as he sends out Elekid

"ELE ELE" Elekid says standing tall and ready for battle

"Yrsa's Comonor doesn't stand a chance now with your elekid in the battle." Delsey says to Wesley.

Thorkell hands Yrsa. A pokeball. "Here's another one for you Embla!" Yrsa says throwing out the pokeball.

"EEVEE!" the little Eevee shouts ready to take on Elekid and Gravler.

"What?" Wesley gasps

"Go Eevee!" Revna cheers still sitting in the chair petting the Pupinlore.

"Yrsa never battles without her Comonor. Why would she use a little Eevee?" Delsey says.

"Because Revna and Eevee have been playing battle with Elekid." Wesley smiles. "Was this the super idea Revna had last night Thorkell?"

"It was." Thorkell answers "She has trained Eevee well and feels your Elekid is a suitable first opponant."

"You men talk to much, Eevee quick attack on elekid." Yrsa commands

"War Horn, charge Graveler." Thorkell demands

Eevee moves at lighting speed and Hornskox charges toward Graveler.

"Dodge Elekid." Wesley calls out

"Hold your ground Graveler." Delsey says

Graveler grabs hold of Hornskox's horns and pushes back doing its best not to lose his footing. Elekid rolls out of the way of Eevee's quick attack.

"Horn Gust" Thorkell shouts out to Hornskox.The flames of Horskox's mane begin to rise

"Delsey watch out." Wesley shouts

"I know. Graveler turn him away from you."

Gravler twists with all its might and turns Hornskox head away from itself but as Hornskox begins to let out its horn gust attack Elekid takes the full hit. Elekid is lifted off the ground and thrown toward the wall. He turns himself just in time to plant his feet against the wall.

"Hold tight Elekid." Wesley shouts watching Hornskox.

"What are you waiting for Wesley?" Delsey asks "He's a sitting target."

"I know." Wesley says with a grin

Eevee stops moving a moment when it realizes Elekid isnt on the battle feild.

"Eevee!" Yrsa points at Elekid. "Hes got no where to go quick attack again!" With Elekid being held against the wall by Hornskox powerful Horn gust attack Eevee rears up and bolts toward Elekid. Hornskox is running low on air and it's attack begins to fade.

"Now Elekid, low kick on Hornskox!"

Elekid springs off the wall just in time for Eevee to miss its quick attack and run face first into the wall. Elekid runs quickly and dives down sweeping one of Hornskox front legs under itself. With Gravelers grip on Hornskox's horns and the low kick, Hornskox falls on its side.

"Elekid, Discharge!"

"Graveler, Rock Throw" Wesley and Delsey command.

Gravler lifts a large Rock and leaps into the air throwing it down onto Hornskox as Elekid discharges electricity across the entire battle feild hitting Hornskox, Eevee and Gravler

Delsey throws out the raid ball at Hornskox, the ball shakes, and shakes, and shakes again than goes still.

"Wesley! Raid Eevee!"

"Oh, Right!" Wesley says forgetting about the raid ball in his hand. He brings the ball back and hesitates.

"Throw it!" Delsey shouts

Wesley is frozen. "I can't." He says "Revna loves Eevee and I can't take it away from her."

Eevee stands up shakily "Use swift Eevee!" Yrsa shouts

Eevee leaps in the air and begins her swift attack. Graveler grabs onto Elekid an wraps its arms around him protecting him from the attack.

"Wesley, if you don't raid Eevee, Elekid is going to get hurt, Graveler can't take too much more! If we don't win we will never get home."

Wesley's heart begins to race even faster. He looks at Eevee who is still damaged from the discharge, he looks over to see graveler drop down onto one knee taking all of Eevee's swift attack. From under Graveler's arms Wesley's and Elekid's eyes lock. Elekid has never had such determination in its eyes. It wants to fight and win the battle.

"Elekid, Quick attack" Wesley shouts.

Graveler drops down onto both knees and opens its arms as Elekid bolts out from under graveler and hits Eevee square on the side sending it into the air

"Thunder punch!" Wesley says. His eyes welling up with tears knowing what he had to do.

Elekid brings its arm back and delivers a high voltage punch onto Eevee.

"I'm sorry Revna!" Wesley yells as he throws the raid ball. As Eevee is caught inside there is immediately no movement.

Wesley drops to his knees. Realizing he just stole a little girl's pokemon.
