"Pika-Pika?!" Upon learning that the fearsome orb before him contained such a powerful force and could be absorbed, Pikachu cried out in disbelief. Could it really become a deity by absorbing this orb?

"It's not exactly becoming a deity; there might be some restrictions," Ash kept his cool, not overwhelmed by excitement. This was a legacy, after all. Accepting it might grant Pikachu the direct power of Osiris the Sky Dragon, or it might just inherit its potential qualities.

The former would make him the strongest trainer right now; the latter would still require a long period of effort to develop Pikachu into having the strength of Osiris the Sky Dragon.

Compared to the immediate power, Ash preferred the latter. True achievements come through one's own efforts. While skyrocketing to the top would save many troubles, it would also mean losing out on training.

If one day the legacy were lost, they would plummet from the heights, reduced to their original form.

"Pika…" After pondering for a moment, Pikachu jumped to the ground, deciding to accept the legacy. It wanted to grow stronger, not to be protected by others as before but to become the protector, just like the Kangaskhan that had once protected it!

"Alright!" Seeing Pikachu accept the legacy, Ash smiled and then said to the system, "Use the legacy!"

As Ash's words fell, the crimson orb stirred slightly and floated in front of Pikachu. Pikachu stretched out its tiny paws to touch the orb. Silently, the orb merged into Pikachu's body, then faded without a trace...

"Is that it?" Ash looked on bewildered as the scene unfolded quietly and simply—unexpected, given the legacy was from one of the three Egyptian God Cards.

"You don't feel any different?" Hearing Pikachu's soft murmur, Ash decided to open the attribute panel to check on Pikachu.

In the world of Yu-Gi-Oh, Osiris the Sky Dragon's powers were oriented towards lightning, unlike the mythological Osiris, who controlled the underworld and had dominion over vegetation, agriculture, and fertility.

Its ability, Thunder Force, could reduce the attack of an opponent's monster by 2000 points; if the monster's attack was below 2000, it would be destroyed outright.

Ash didn't know how this would translate into the Pokémon world, but he was certain the effect wouldn't be minor.

Superconductive Wave was another signature move of Osiris the Sky Dragon, and though it was currently sealed and its effects unknown, as a hallmark attack of Osiris, it undoubtedly possessed formidable power.

The challenge now facing Ash and Pikachu was how to unlock these two abilities. Currently, Ash had no clue how to proceed, and the system offered no guidance. Everything depended on their efforts.

"There's still one more draw left…" Although the full potential of Osiris the Sky Dragon's legacy was yet to be discovered, Ash already recognized the strength of the lottery system. If this draw could grant another legacy, it would be an immense, indescribable boost for the future.

However, the next draw wasn't as fortunate. Instead of another legacy, the prize was a valuable item from the Pokémon world—a Big Pearl.

"That's good too, with this, we won't have to live so tightly anymore." Ash was in good spirits, not disappointed by drawing the Big Pearl, and contentedly pocketed it, then looked towards the direction of Viridian City. "Well, Pikachu, let's set off!"

"Pika-Pika!" Pikachu responded excitedly. After receiving the legacy of Osiris the Sky Dragon, it felt gradual changes within its body, changes that now affected its mood.

Pikachu could distinctly feel its physique transforming towards a higher level, a transformation that filled it with power.

"In this feeling…" In a space twisted with chaos, a figure opened its eyes, its usually calm gaze rippling slightly. It sensed a powerful will arriving in this world, a force it had never encountered before.

But moments later, the eyes closed again, and the space returned to silence as if the previous sensation had been nothing more than an illusion.
