People need to rest more. Like, really rest. Not the ‘coming home after a long day at work and collapse on the couch for three hours and then going to sleep to do it all again in the morning’ kind of rest. The kind of rest where you just do whatever and really give your body a chance to heal from the constant stress trauma you’re giving it.
Not to say that work is inherently bad and stressful. Well, it is if you’re working half a day every day… There are certainly good things about work too. But I can’t help but think that the sheer amount of crap you might have to wade through offsets that a bit.

I say all of this yet I’m not the best person to take advice from. I just sit on an overpass day after day and watch the world turn while the moonlight shines above. Maybe don’t take my advice all the time, unless you want to spend your days sitting on an overpass watching the world turn.
I don’t really know anybody well enough to give meaningful advice though. I only know the parts that people put on display… Which isn’t that much if they’re only on display for a few seconds.
Wow, I need to sleep.
