I wonder what having friends would be like. Nothing too insane, just a couple to chat with every now and again. I’m not a fan of the high-energy types. I’ve seen them walk through the streets shouting to their friends who obviously don’t need to be shouted at. Unless they did something bad, and they’re being called out for it. Then it might be okay to yell.
I think everybody needs a friend or two. Just a person who can understand on some level the frustrations the world foists upon them and respond in kind. Because let’s be honest here, life sucks and complaining about it helps. Unless it doesn’t. Maybe a good shout would fix it.

I’ve shouted before. It was nice.
Maybe I could just go to a coffee shop with a sign that says, ‘take a seat and chat’. That could be a decent way to find a friend. Or make others think I’m a weirdo. They wouldn’t be wrong for thinking that, but I don’t need to encourage it. Weirdos can make good friends… I think. I wouldn’t know since I don’t have any friends. This is a really sad train of thought.
I could go for a coffee.
