Jury, since regaining her memories and becoming exposed to the Advent of Desire, had become a Beholder in every sense of the word. And to think that Beholders like her still had room to grow.
Her stats far exceeded all expectations. Yet it still was not in the realm of the Beholders, who easily dealt over hundreds of thousands of damage at the snap of a finger. Regardless, if this was what Jury was capable of now, then they could only imagine what she’d be like in the future.

This skill was oddly mysterious. From a giant bulb, to neurotoxins. to… a potential sexual organ, there was no telling what it was bound to become or what it even was!

No. No no, no. Don’t think about it. Now’s not the time.
Frost recalled her intimate interaction with Jury’s tail, feeling the tip of it playfully pat her belly. An inconspicuous Jury hummed delightfully as she monopolized her like a stuffed toy, cuddling her from behind within a cozy living room.
They had moved back into the manor for now. Its interior was spacious, with rooms closely resembling ball rooms, paired with timber floors that saw Ber, Anna and Nav sand and polish to a clean, satisfying gloss.
The living room, which was devoid of all furnishing aside from beanbags made from cloth, and stuffed with grass, was the central atrium of the house. Beautiful wooden archways led to different wings of the manor. A total of four wings were present, each built along the cardinal directions.
The central atrium – the living room – was built like a towering dome spanning an area of roughly 2,500 meters squared. The wings went off as far as 200 meters in each direction, all featuring simple rooms.
A balcony was also built overhead. There was much discussion regarding the use of safety railings considering a fall from roughly 7 meters wasn’t going to hurt anyone. However, for the sake of Frost’s sanity, she insisted they kept conventional safety features. The last thing they wanted was someone to destroy the floorboards because someone couldn’t be bothered to use the stairs.
The house held a Victorian era theme. It wasn’t perfect. In fact, it was incredibly crudely constructed, with uneven cuts, window frame, and unlevelled wooden beams. Everyone had an opinion of what was ‘level’. Where Frost, Anna and Nav used a small container holding water to gauge the level, the triplets were hellbent on using their intuition.
The results spoke for themselves, and one could easily tell which sections of the house were made by whom. It gave it character and served as a reminder that they all had lent a hand in creating their home.
Important facilities such as a kitchen or bathroom were yet to be made, and they figured it would be a good idea to outsource the work.
The house was complex enough.
“Hm? Is there something you want?” Jury innocently hummed, unaware of Frost’s subtle restlessness.
“It’s nothing. Hey… what’s with you and my stomach? It’s not like I’m carrying a child.” Frost offhandedly joked, causing Jury to softly laugh before she made a unique, tender face.
Her mellow eyes whispered: “Wouldn’t that be nice?”
“I’m sorry to tear you away from your lover, but we are still not yet done.” Nav interrupted.
Sorry. Fire away, Nav.

< Aberrations of Elysia may intervene >
The Aberration of Elysia part was worrying, and they wondered how they’d have to deal with them. Frost didn’t have anything particularly negative to say about the Aberrations, albeit this was based on her limited interaction with one of the Horsemen.
But from that prompt alone, it was safe to assume they wouldn’t take kindly to Jury’s meddling with time.
Now, for Jury’s Corrupted Skills.
