[Varos level rank up G to G+]

The constant use of her Orb’s energy attacks finally led to her Varos upgrading, she had the inkling that ranking up attributes were simply based on using them and she was correct in that assumption it seems.

She had decided to not use any physical attacks during their time on the first floor. It was not required especially with both Olga and Damon front lining for the group and so she focused on using the opportunity to test her hypothesis.

In the meanwhile, the others in the group had both gained ranks in various things. Damon had gained a rank in Varos level like she did. Both Finch and Mel had gained a rank in Varos making their abilities far more destructive. Olga had apparently gained a rank in Dexterity.

Mel had demonstrated the ability of her Artifact a few times, where her shots actually bounced in between targets and were even more powerful than normal.

Finch had also gained a new ability with his Artifact. It allowed him to create green portals within a long distance and his green swords could be fire into one near him while they come out of said portals to strike their targets.

Attempting to put anything but his Ability through resulted in the item or person passing through the portal with no effect. As if it was not there at all.

As they move through the first hall in Floor two Tisha tried to take a guess about how you ranked up each attribute as it was obvious levels were not a thing and discussed with Olga.

“So, I think Strength is obvious. I fought very physically in the test and got a rank up in Strength as a result.”

Olga nodded in thought.

“And when fought smarter my Dexterity ranked up.” Olga agreed.

“I can assume Toughness might be from taking hits, that is going to be hard to rank up. No one likes getting hit.” Tisha continued.

“Ya could always ask me to help.” Olga said, a smirk on her face.

“Uh, I am not sure I could survive that… Agility could just be about moving quickly but it has to be changing your position entirely or else that would be Dexterity really.”

“Varos and Varos level would be manipulating anything that uses Varos, they should rank up together.” Finch chimed in the conversation much to Olga’s delight.

“I know none of us have revealed our attributes but what exactly is your Strength rank at anyway?” Tisha was curious, as far as she could tell she was at the maximum rank in the G grade.

She doubted that Olga had hit the F grade in anything, that should be a far bigger difference based on what the System had said about the exponential increase and her own experience in ranking up within the G grade. A jump to F should be far more noticeable. That is unless Olga had only showed a small fraction of her power.

“I could just not put everything into it, but sure, how does this work?” She muttered as she went into a deep concentration briefly. “Ah, easier than I thought. Easier to explain with the image.”

A window appeared in front of everyone, and they peered at it curiously.

“Wha-What the?” Mel exclaimed in shock the others all wide-eyed and Tisha had to agree, those were some ridiculous attributes. And what was with the pluses in brackets.

“`Cording to the System it ain’t an official rank. Shows that I am nearing an upgrade for F grade or something.” Olga explained with a shrug.

As far as Tisha could tell your starting ranks were based on your abilities prior to being transported here. She could have a guess at each person attribute spread based on how they fought and the power behind their attacks.

So, she could tell that the people with the lowest toughness attributes were Finch and Mel. The opposite of that being Damon and Olga at the highest. While she and Olga had the highest Strength attributes with Olga having proven herself to be far above that. This coincided with what she assumed each person’s life experience was.

Olga’s statement meant that she had at least one G+(+) rank before she had started the test meaning that her strength on Earth had to be quite frankly ridiculous. Her curiosity skyrocketed.

Finally, this also implied that each rank had variables within them. She could assume that a new G+ was not as strong as someone who had been in the G+ rank for some time.

“What does the Monstrous title mean?” Damon asked.

“Due to my physical appearance, I have greater additions to my body than the rest of ya.” She pointed at her horns, eyes and revealed her teeth which Tisha now noticed were fanged like has though not to quite to the same extent.

“`Parently makes my body more in tune with Varos, not sure, it’s confusing. Anyway `nough about me, I know I am awesome, but we got a time limit.”

They moved along the hallway, which looked much like the ones on the Floor one. That was until they came across a Death Knight.
