It was a cloudy afternoon when Chen Yuanshan, the master of Yin and Yang, received a call from Zheng Xue. She was interested in a house on the east side of town and wanted him to take a look.

"No problem," Chen Yuanshan agreed.

Zheng Xue called the sales consultant to inquire about the availability of the east-side house. It turned out there was a three-story, three-bedroom unit on the third floor of Building One that hadn't been sold yet. With this information, they decided to go and inspect the property.

When they arrived, a female sales consultant was already showing the house to a young couple. The young man looked to be around 25 or 26, tall and well-built, with a clean and handsome appearance. Chen Yuanshan, however, responded with a rather reserved demeanor, and their conversation seemed filled with hidden tensions.

"You're absolutely correct. The Feng Shui layout of this house is indeed excellent," Chen Yuanshan confirmed, giving a subtle nod to Zheng Xue, suggesting she make a move on the property.

"I'll take this house," Zheng Xue declared, about to inform the sales consultant of her decision. However, the young man beat her to it.

"I'll take it."
