The mummy king and a necromancer emerge from the shadows....

R1

D - Flame Blade! 16 to hit MK. for 7 dam

Mummy King - Glare at Dulrak - D passes his check! Fist at D ouch 16 to hit. for 12 dam + 23 necrotic

L - 2 attacks plus SURGE! 15, 21, 25 to hit. for 32 dam total

I - 17 to hit. sun blade - 2handed. 13 dam MK now bloodied and he unleashes blashmemous word! DC 16 CON. Dulrak fails, Isa fails. Stunned for a round.

A- magic missile 2nd lvl so 2 darts at wiz for 8dam and 2 darts at MK for 6 dam

M - 13 at wiz. miss. bardic inspiration to Alice 1 d6.

Wiz - Circle of Death! crushed black pearl. DC 15 CON Alice fails (knocks her to 0). Lund fails. 22 dam. everyone else 11 dam

R2

D - stunned

MK - Glare at Isa. fails - she is frightened. MK casts contagion on Dulrak - Flesh Rot == vulnerable to ALL damage, disad on CHA checks.

L - 2 attacks at MK both hit! for 20 dam kills MK. (again)

I - FRIGHTENED!

A - 17 for 1st death saving throw.

M - cure wounds - Alice. for 14HP!

Wiz - Bestow curse - Mery (who just healed someone) Mery fails WIS saving throw Curse= extra 1d8 necrotic damage on every hit.

R3

D - Dulrak makes his Flesh Rot saving throw DC 17 CON and D rolled a 22 (nat 20+2) then he casts BLIGHT! against Wiz. DC 14. Wiz makes it (rolled a 15) half damage - 17 dam.

L - Lund is going to drive a javelin thru MK's chest to pin him, in case he re-re-reanimates.

I - 17 to hit 11 dam to wizard

A - tries to cast Suggestion (my bad - she doesn't have anymore spell slots at this level) - Wiz makes saving throw. and attack of opportunity.... (Alice doesn't really have the juice for another 2nd lvl spell) ray of sickness for 4 dam to Alice.

M - makes perception check to understand what Alice is doing. tries Suggestion and wiz fails save this time. Mery: "Sit down and tell us how to really kill the mummy."

Wiz literally follows Mery's suggestion. Sits and speaks. He doesn't speak Common. (sad trombone)

Post Suggestion Action:

Surprise! Wiz followed Mery's suggestion and fulfilled it, so he's not under the spell anymore. Wiz touches Mery with shadowy hand (vampiric touch) and does 11 damage to her. He gains 6 HP back.

R1

A - ray of frost but it missess.

I - casts sanctuary for Alice. uses her Lockwood necklace as the "mirror"

M - casts dissonant whispers at wiz. he makes save so 7 damaage.

Wiz - tries chilling touch at Mery but fails attack.

L - crit fail on 1st attack. panicked for one round.

D - shakes out some water makes ice knife. knife misses and shattered against the wall.

R2

A - crossbow 20 to hit. for max damamge - 11! The attack ends the sanctuary spell.

I - 14 to hit (misses)

M - damn, Mery rolls an 12 - with advantage!

Wiz - Casts chill touch at Alice (who damaged him last.) Skeletal hand grasps Alice's throat. 6 points necrotic damage to Alice and she can't be healed until end of Wizard's next turn. Hand stays there until end of Wiz turn.

L - PANIC!

D - shapeshift into giant snake!

R3

A - opens jar of ointment and uses one dose. WHICH DOES NOTHING (because of the necrotic nature of the spell). So 1 dose gone. damn.

I - rolls 11. sigh.

M - Mery rolls a nat 20! 18 damage + 2 necrotic from the "wounding" part of the sword for 20 total and the wizard is dead.
