I takes turn to get to priest and Alice.
priest - casts Harm on Isa. she makes CON saving throw (17) and takes 8damage. no lasting necrotic.
druid - casts barkskin on self
guards - attack tiger. One hits for 6 damamge to tiger. Tiger at 46 hp.
round 2
other group makes perception (not that hard!) so they spend this round getting to the fight.
Tiger tries to claw and bite. Bite succeeds for 8 damage to g1.
M rolls 22 with flame blade at priest 14 fire damage priest to 59
Y casts sunbeam on group of 4 coming up to the fight. 1 guard plus 2 others... CON saving throw - they roll 6. 23 damage and blinded until Y's next turn.

G1 - swing at Tiger for 6 damage (G2 blinded)
F arrow - crit fail: broken string - lose a turn.
I swings with rapier at disadvantage - luckily low roll was 16. made perception that her hands are shaking and she should wap with shillelagh in future. 8 dam to priest.
round 3 the gang is here.
T - claw G1 for 12. bite misses.
M - flame blade misses.
Y - insect plague - d2, g3 & g4, and assassin (DC 14) they rolled 12 27 dam.
priest - tries to focus on the ritual again. 5 dam to Alice.
assassin - attacks Ysel. one swing hits. 6 damage. no poison
G1 & G2 crit! 16 dam total to tiger. knockled prone and +2 dam for artery hit. Tiger very bloodied.
D1 - tries to hit Isa - rolled with advantage and best roll 14. (miss)
g3 & g4 - 13 to hit Ysel - nope!
F - spends turn restringing bow.
I - shillelagh at priest (was going to help Alice, sees priest bloodied and attacks). 7 dam.
round 4
T- bite and claw both miss.
M - flame blade at priest 15 damage!
Y - polymorph on the assassin. he rolls a 7 for WIS saving throw so he's turned into a cat with 2 hit points. The transformation lasts for an hour or until the target drops to 0 hit points or dies. https://www.5thsrd.org/gamemaster_rules/monsters/cat/

G1 and 2 - attack tiger - 12dam
D1 rolls a 20 on Isa for 6 dam + breaks Isa's left hand
g3 & 4 try for Ysel - hit with 22 - 12 damage Ysel to 81.
F - flame arrrow at priest - 15 to hit 14 dam Priest to 43 - bloodied (again)
I roll at disadvantage since she got a fucking broken hand!
round 5
T to g1 - 22 for bit - for 12 dam g1 to 45
M - flame blade at priest - 22 for 12 dam priest to 31
Y - attacks g3 but misses.
Priest - tries to hit Isa with mace rolls a 7. steps toward entrance so he can see Ysel, too. then divine word! CHA saving dc 13. I - 15 / Y - 18 / M - 1 he's blinded, deafened, and stunned for an hour.
g1 & 2- roll a 1. crit fail break bone in hand. disadvantage on attack. maybe one steps on others foot and the other slams hand so they break each other...
g3 & 4 - 19 against Ysel. 12 dam to Y Y at 69
assassin as cat - tries for Y rolls a 12.
F - runs to Ysel to fight melee with g 3 & 4. 6 dam to g3 and 9 dam to g4
I - rolls a 6 at priest. action surge! rolls a 20!! with shillelagh 14 dam to priest
round 6
T swipes at g1 & 2 misses both times (but she only has 4 hp!)
M - stunned!!!!
Y - crit fail - leaves herself vulnerable to attack but g3 misses. Y 2nd attack misses.
Priest - mace at Isa - 3dam Isa to 17 - bloodied. cast shield of faith on himself AC +2
d1 against M w/ advan. but misses.
G1 & 2 - broken bones = disad. one success - tiger is dead.
g3 & 4 - crit fail drop weapons
Assassin - jumps to table with Alice.
F - g3 & 4 8dam and 7dam g3 to 1hp. g4 dead
I - shillelagh at cat 8dam. cat dies. becomes assassin again.

Y - heat metal on assassin's blade for 5 dam.
priest - spectral mace at Isa. misses.

assassin - hits Isa twice. 12 dam + 12 poison dam. 24 total
F - attack on g2 for 7dam
I - 2nd wind for 9hp. renew shillelagh. attack assassin for 15 - 5 dam. he's dead (again).

Y - summons unicorn. 9 init (after Isa)
priest - attacks unicorn - crit fail breaks knee - disadvant.
g1 & g2 - Ysel - miss.
D1 - attacks unicorn, too. for 14. 5dam.
F - attack g2 for 10.
I - attacks priest. for 8dam
Unicorn - priest hooves = 11. horn crit - 16. Unicorn kills priest!
round 11
y - crit fail. confused for a round. (maybe attacks priest too)
g1 & 2 - with Ysel confused gave them advantage but they rolled a 5.
D1 attacks unicorn again. 5 dam.
F - g2 both success - 20 dam. dead.
I - tends to Alice. tries to untie with one hand. D1 moves toward Isa so unicorn does legendary action - hoof attack
Uni - hooves for 11dam druid
