The hunt for the League of Villains had become a Nationwide effort, Tsukachi saw heroes and police from districts all across the country cooperate like never before, trying to sniff out where the ones that snuffed out their symbol hid. He had interrogated all 234 villains captured at the USJ. And all he had really learned is that these were all hired help, all of whom had some sort of history with his old friend. There were calls for these captured villains to be made examples of, throughout the public and even through his precinct. But that will be up for the courts, it wasn’t his place. They had gone to the place the villains said they met the LOV but it was just an abandoned warehouse, picked clean.
Although on the Hunt for the LOV several trafficking rings had been found and neutralized, many kids got to go home to their loving families. He pretended that his heart wasn't shattering every time they didn't find Makoto, he will rescue him, he won't fail him, like he failed his friend.. he interrogated the leadership of those rings,, doing his best not to strangle them as they sat there, smug smiles on their faces. All of whom pointed fingers at a broker of the underground. Giran as their contact. A C rank villain that had been evading the police for years. This man knew everyone of importance in the underground, and was usually a means of contact for them. Willing to sell information or to bring people into contact for the right price. His real name and quirk were unknown, and they only got conflicting accounts on what his face looks like.
But as the weeks dragged on it became clear to Tsukachi, if they wanted to find the LOV they had to first find him.
Izuku had been up late again, combing several budding villain forums, they had been hard to find, since they tend to disappear after mere weeks. But he had found a link to one through a newly released gentle criminal video, he mostly did petty crimes, robbing stores or banks, and then releasing information on the corruption within those places after, his channels and videos kept getting deleted off of herotube, but he managed to catch one this night by mapping out the average release times, and combing through several of the names they usually used.
There were several pages on cool costume ideas, places to rob, many forums blasting the flame hero Endeavor, who Izuku remembered as having the highest Villain mortality rate. Until he stopped on a discussion ‘Tired of living on the streets? Having complications with your Quirk?’
The poster said to ask around for Giran, specifically at an underground Cafe. sadly there were no specifics to its location, besides being in Hosu. He pulled at his hair, leaning back in his chair, he couldn’t just leave to Hosu… he looked at his phone, going to his contacts
Mom
Detective
Shinso
Iida
Uraraka
He stared at the mostly empty chat between him and the detective, He’s probably very busy, doubt he even remembers me. Maybe I should just leave an anonymous tip with the station
He left the tip on their anonymous tip site, alongside the thousands of tips the police had received involving the LOV.
Izuku sat back and looked at the clock, 4:04. He should probably sleep, but he has so much more to do.. Maybe he’d just rest his eyes.. For a bit….
Stain watched from atop the building, watching his targets patrol. The speed hero was fast, he needed to wait for the right time to attack. After he culled the fakers here, he was gonna go after this League of Villains. They destroyed the one shining beacon of heroism in this cruel world, and he wasn’t gonna let them get away with it. Maybe he should teach heroes they are gonna have to try much, much harder to make up for the Flame that was snuffed out. He slinked back into the safety of darkness, The sports festival would be the perfect time to attack, whilst all the heroes are busy with their little display.
Aizawa still in a mess of bandages “Listen up class, the sports festival is tomorrow, I hope you are all prepared, because like it or not you will be the targets to beat.”
“Yes Sensei” said the class
“Oh and Bakugou, as the one to score highest on the entrance exam, you will have to do the class announcement. Prepare for that.”
Oh right he had scored the highest, it felt so long ago. Of course he did.

Mic sensei “Alright rockstars, tomorrow is the big day, you will have to compete in the sports festival.”
A student raised their hand “do we have to participate?”
Mic sensei turned up his famous smile “Yes you will, Nezu decided everyone has to have their chance to shine today. So do your best, and rock on.” he then leaned in, pretending to whisper “Although you don’t have to try if you don’t want to, just try and have fun yea!?”
“Yes sensei!”
Of course Midoriya was gonna participate, that’s why he was currently in the development studio after school hours, Working with Hatsume on their new project. Well he was mostly just getting materials and tools right now. But he has been taking notes, afterall what if his equipment broke in the field, he needed to at least know the basics.
“Aha! Alright blank slate, try these puppies on” she handed him the goggles, “this should connect to the other equipment, including the extra features i've added to your staff.”
“Awesome, what are the new features?”
“Well as you know i already added the electric prod, the blinding spray. And I managed to make a new solution. It should cover someone in a hardening foam, trapping them in place, and be careful not to aim it at someone's face. It has 4 uses of the foam, and 2 of the blinding spray. Although here are some capsules to refill it.” she handed his 4 small balls, “You already know where the blinding pellets go, the others go right here.” she points to a slot right below it “now i eventually plan to have it sort them automatically for you, as well as add a few more, but I didn’t have the time on top of making my own babies, although as per our agreement i will need you to wear this during the event” she pulled out a mask and a vest that had a big ‘HATSUME INDUSTRIES’ on them “the vest will also protect you from some blunt force, and per your request, small explosives, although i wouldn’t recommend trying to overload it”
He put everything on, and checked himself out in the mirror “Thank you Hatsume, I don’t know how to thank you”
“Well Blank slate, When you win, how about you thank the amazing Hatsume industries for the world?”
When I win… right.
“Haha, yea I will.”
Young Tomura had finally been able to move again, although Kurogiri worried for him. The young master had been more agitated recently, especially when he looked at his phone.
“Tell me Kurogiri, why hasn’t society collapsed like Sensei promised it would, those heroes still prance around. The damn hero school is still operating as normal. And people still live mindlessly, expecting a hero to protect them, why?”
And there it was, Kurogiri wasn’t sure what Master had planned now, he had seemed rather upset at the news of his Nemesis death, and rather uncaring of Young Tomura, not even dropping in to tell the Young Master encouraging words. He had made Kurogiri’s sole purpose to care for the boy he didn’t even talk to anymore.
“Well young Tomura, I’m sure Master All For One has some plans ready, Maybe he wants you to try and be Independent, Stretch your limbs a bit after your first victory. Perhaps you should try Recruiting for the League of Villains.”
Young Tomura paused as if in thought, before a wide grin appeared on his pale chapped face. “You may be on to something, Kurogiri, get me in contact with Giran.
Later that night
Giran stepped through the portal into the stingy bar that the League of Villains called home. Officially this was just a storing facility for one of All For Ones many Business Fronts. However it had been turned into an underground bar. He had been sent here rather last Minute by the Ever Curious Kurogiri, and was now sitting at the bar, ordering some whiskey.
“Giran”
“Ah Shigaraki, always nice to see you. What is it you called me here for?”
“I’d like help acquiring more Party Members”
Ah there it was again, for a man with such an interesting quirk, and so much power, he acted rather childish. He had dealt with worst however this was nothing
“If it is like last time, I have plenty of recruits begging to get in”
“No, I don’t want some noobs again, I want some High tier Party members, You can collect them for me, And then Kurogiri will bring them here to where I will judge their capabilities:
“I assume you know doing this would come at a higher rate, and would take some time.”
Shigaraki waved his hand “Kurogiri will pay you accordingly.”
“Is that all then?” Giran said as he got up
Shigaraki looked up at the monitor hanging above the bar, it had no connection.
“One more thing, If you could find any Info on All Might's quirk I will pay you handsomely”
Now that’s something that he’s heard plenty of times, although he had to ask.
“Why though, the Symbol of Peace is dead, What use can that information be now?”
“I just want to confirm a few things, oh and don’t tell sensei of this, or else” he disintegrated a bar stool as a very helpful example.
“I’m not one to talk about other clients information, bad for business” he said whilst keeping a calm demeanor
After a few seconds Shigaraki said “Teleport him back Kurogiri, I’m done with him”
“Yes young Master” He opened up a portal back to their designated meeting spot, and Giran happily stepped through. This business with the League of Villains might be interesting.
