After our little chess game, Acil began talking a little bit about her past.

ahh, Acil is the nickname i thought up for her.

its a great nickname, right?

she seemed to be from a world similar to mine, but not exactly the same.

since our history isn’t quite the same.

the roman had the habit of marrying only a single woman, whether it was out of love or politics.

after ending her little monologue, she instructed me to never accept anything without her consent.

but......that won’t be interesting, right?

so i pretty much ignored the rest of the talk.

which resulted in......

“Bouugh!”

another punch to the stomach.

the blond beauty just after delivering the punch, jump and turned around and used the jump+the turning’s momentum and added it to the power of the kick she delivered into Alex’s head.

Alex flew right out of the window.

Acil moved toward the broken window, and looked down at Alex, who was groaning in pain.

with an irritated expression, she warned him again to not accept anything without her consent.

but again, Alex didn’t listen because of the pain.

“Damn...! how can you hit me while i’m in a ghost like body?!” said Alex, after taking a few minutes to recover from the pain.

Acil looked up at the blue sky, and then returned her gaze to the transparent body lying in the ground.

she then answered with an irritated voice.

“Shut up. i’m a god, and you’re surprised because i can hit you?”

it seemed as if she looked at the sky earlier to complain to the gods how idiotic this person is.

but then, remembered that she herself is a god.

Although, a part of her irritation is toward herself.

since in the end, didn’t she send Alex flying through the window she just restored?

she quickly made a motion in the air, as if she was hitting on a keyboard.

and the Alex that was in the Mansion’s courtyard in the ground, groaning in pain suddenly disappeared.

no, if you looked around a bit.....you’d find him sitting in the seat he used when playing against Acil.

he looked around in surprise, and then settled his eyes on the window that he flew from.

and the window was restored to the form it was before he went through it.

“Woah! thats amazing!”

Said Alex while gasping in surprise.

Acil, with a bored expression said “this is nothing....”

Alex noticed that her bored expression is nothing but a mask. in order to hide her own embarrassment.

he then grinned and said “You’re such a kuudere~Acil~”

Acil then titled her head, and somehow, a question mark appeared on top of her head.

Alex quickly dismissed the question mark as a fabrication of his imagination.

she then said “Acil? what’s that??”

Alex replied “Because your name is a bit long, i decided on shortening it!”

“Is that so.......? i see.”

she didn’t think much of it, or atleast that’s what it seemed when you look at her unchanging expression.

“Which reminds me Acil, don’t you actually look more of a vampire and less than a goddess? i mean, you’re wearing a

black dress that goes pretty well with your hair and your red eyes....”

Asked Alex, in order to change the subject.

unknowing that he said all of that in a low volume.

it sounded as if he was muttering to himself, which added more to Acil’s confusion.

in the end, she was not born in the same world nor in the same time.

there is no way for her to know the meaning of ‘kuudere’.

Alex struck a victory pose his mind, thinking about the fact that he can use Japanese slang without her even knowing their meanings.

if he did what he had in mind in japan, he would instantly be accused of sexual harassment.

but this isn’t japan, this is heaven!

“Umm....? i don’t mind that you’re actually striking a victory pose here, nor the fact that somehow come to an idea that you’d ‘sexual harass’ me with a few words, but can you like.....go make dinner?”

she said while rubbing her little tummy

“Damn! did you hear all of that?!”

“Yes....but i don’t mind. you’re an idiot after all. now then, can you actually go and make some food?”

“Sur--”

the young goddess lowered her head in embarrassment.

“Ahh! which reminds me......don’t you gods actually don’t need food?”

“We don’t! but i prefer having hunger and retrain my human body is alot better!”

said the young goddess toward the transparent young man while pushing him outside the room.

the young man walked in the hallways, seemingly heading toward the kitchen.

he was thinking about Acil’s weird behavior.

since Gods feeling hunger is unheard of.

it can’t be that she isn’t a god...because he confirmed that when they first met. not to mention, her own abilities.

he quickly thought up a reason.....and soon got to it.

“What is the most humiliating thing for a god? it is to retrain their mortal body....”

as soon as he said that, as if all the pieces fell into place, he frowned.

he then let out a frustrated sigh.

“She’s such a nice girl....yet, they shunned her after all of her effort, denied it and kicked her out to the slums...”

he kicked the wall out of venting his anger at the heavens.

as soon as he calmed down, he noticed something.

well, no one can blame him...right?

since its only been a day since he got here, and haven’t had the chance to look around.

while scratching his head in puzzlement, he decided to hang around the left wall.

“Hehehe! i read this in wikipedia before, but if you always stick to the left wall, you’ll find the exit and never be lost!”

unfortunately, this isn’t a maze.

“Woah!?”

a window suddenly appeared infront of Alex, which made him trip and fall down.

“Owww”

he groaned in pain out of a force of habit, even though he didn’t feel anything at all.

Alex then saw the window that appeared in front of him.

he then sharpened his eyes for a second, and believe me, just for a second before he returned it to normal.

no human can ever notice his change, his facade is as perfect as ever.

he then said “Woaah~! what the hell is this?”

he said it as if reading from a script, with no emotion at all.

“Nooo~ my hand slipped~!”

he then pressed the button [Yes]

at that moment, everything went dark.

“W----p”

“Wa---up!”

“WAKE UP!”

“WOAH?!”

As soon as Alex awoke, a sharp pain ran through his cheeks

“Wha--?! did you slap me awake!?”

protested Alex while looking at Acil straight in the eyes.

“Of course! just where do you think this is?! look at your body!!”

Thinking about whats the matter, he looked around.

it appears.......we’re in Akihabara.

at first, i thought it was normal, i thought i just fell down because of a heat stroke.

since the weather in Akiba is quite hot...

but that's when it hit me.

if i’m in Akiba, why is Acil here?

and as if a car just ran through me, with a sharp pain, i regained my memories of before the events.

“Umm....i think this is my fault.”

“no, it isn’t your fault.”

said Acil sarcastically.

she then continued “This isn’t heaven.....its one of the ‘dead’ worlds. with that much information, i already know who’s the culprit. aside from that, look at your body.”

i do as instructed and look at my hands.

i can......see them quite clearly.

“I see. i’m back to my old body.”

“Its not ‘old’ if you returned to it in a day. other than that.....where is this?”

“......? didn’t you just say this is one of the dead worlds or something?”

“yes, i did say that....what i meant is, where is our exact location?”

“no matter how you look at it.....isn’t this Akiba?”

“Akiba?”

Oops....

forgot, she doesn’t know what Japan is...

“Its a location from my world.....it looks exactly the same....but i doubt its from my own world. anyhow, what is this ‘dead’ world you speak of?”

“its the only worlds the dead can go to....of course, with the help of a god. a dead world is a world that had ‘ended’ and there is only a single person who is able to get us here........Thanatus.”

“Thanatus?”

“Yes. he is the god of death......leaving that aside, its troubling that this is an unknown location.....i mean, how come these buildings are so high...? are they all towers....? also........i’m worried about the objective to clear this game, and what type of death did this world die in.”

i began taking another look around me, and all i see are normal electronic stores that are a few Stories tall...

but then it hit me.

“You mean by the world ending....as in it has no life? like a meteor hitting and wiping everything out?”

“Yup”

but as far as i can see, everything’s normal here.....

the only thing that caught my suspicion is that cars are all jammed together....as if to block something.

that's when i noticed it...

no, i heard it.

“Ghoouuuu” *Growl*

i think i know what kind of ending this world had.

i quickly grabbed Acil’s hand and got up, then i started running.

“Woah?! why are we running?!”

I quickly gesture to look behind us and shouted “ZOMBIEEEES!!!!”

With no clear objective to finish the game, or anything wagered, this insane survival game began.
