It was a beautiful late autumn day and everyone had agreed to meet outside for lunch. They liked to meet in the courtyard formed by the cafeteria, the science classrooms and the maths block. It had a corner of two low retaining walls to sit on and a tree to lean against.
So far only Abby and Jo had arrived, the others were probably still queuing in the cafeteria.
"Nothing against Anne, I love her to bits but I'm kind of glad you were her fantasy when she got herself off. It sounds like she's really against coming out. Not only that but Susans just so…" Jo couldn't think of how to finish that sentence, Susan was so many things, nice, smart, generous, fun, understanding, a great kisser, hot as hell. "...perfect."
Abby laughed, "you know she didn't? I'm not saying it was bad advice, and it did get us together in a way but… she still hasn't." She squirmed uncomfortably on the broad wooden fence.

"What? Oh my god!" Jo's eyes went wide. "So, you guys haven't made it to fourth base then?"
"If I understand the whole base thing, I haven't made it to second base! And stupidly I said to myself that I was swearing off… you know… till erm, Anne did. God I'm frustrated. I just want to pin her down and… well you know." Abby trailed off, embarrassed. "How about you and Susan?"
"Yeah, second, I'm taking it slowly, don't want to rush her." Jo said with a slight blush.
"I really don't want to scare Anne off by pushing her too far, after that fiasco the first night. Urg." Abby shook her head.
"I never did hear that story." Jo pushed.
"And you won't, not from me. Shh." She said, seeing the others coming over with their lunch.
