The two walk onto the field.

Levi: So you’re the one I heard about. The one who stabbed and ripped apart a kid, despite this being a competition.

Yazawa: What I did wasn’t against any rules.

Levi: Maybe not in the tournament, but you broke several for being a decent human being.

Yazawa glares at Levi. Levi lifts his head, staring his opponent in the eye through his cloak, his vibrant yellow eyes. He puts his fist into the bags of sand.

Levi: This one is for the kid.

Announcer: BEGIN!

Levi runs in at incredible paces. He throws his right fist at Yazawa’s face. But his hand feels a slight resistance, then the sand on his hand gets blasted into his eyes. He stops and begins to rub the sand out, but as he does, Yazawa rushes in to slash him with his sword. Levi leaps back.

Levi: He pushed the sand back at me. My hand felt resistance as well, but that could have been from the sand. I need to test more.

Levi grabs a handful of sand in his left hand, leaving his right hand without sand. He runs in, throwing the sand at him, and the sand gets launched back. Levi raises his left hand blocking the sand from reaching his eyes. He throws a punch with his right fist, hitting him right in the nose, sending him flying.

Yazawa: That attack, it hurt like hell. It felt like he punched my face multiple times.

Levi: I see now. Your arcana allows you to manipulate inanimate objects. I don’t know the specifics, but if you could manipulate living matter my fist wouldn’t have made contact.

Yazawa: Heh, your right. But it won’t help you at all.

He throws the swords into the air, causing them to be controlled by his arcana. They fly toward Levi, slashing at him repeatedly. Levi evades them and runs around, dodging each strike.

Levi: He has control over them, but it’s gimmicky. Time to get payback on this asshat.

Levi stops, looks at Yazawa, and bolts right toward him. The blades following him, he pulls his fist back and punches him as hard as possible, multiple fist marks appear over his body. But as he is sent back, he realizes Levi isn’t there, almost as if he vanished. He then bumps into something as he is sent back. He bumped into Levi, who is holding him forward. Yazawa wonders why, but then he realizes the swords flying at him, skewering him. Levi lifts his left fist back and punches causing him to fly forward, and the blades fully go through him. Blood comes from Yazawa’s mouth.

Yazawa: Weren’t you the one spouting about nearly killing another kid in the contest.

Levi: There’s a difference. One who is ready to kill should also be ready to be killed.

Yazawa: That means you-

Levi: I don’t fear it.

Announcer: And the winner is Levi! The next round is Sugima from Vector vs. Hiro from Elune!
