Continuedly reading his diary, I just found out that the "Hero", wasn't meant to be a Hero. He wasn't really chosen to become one that time, there was another chosen one, and the most preferred one, but some unexpected event came. Some of the followers of that organization - [Prophet] - was displeased and took action against them, they betrayed them, as they had enough of everything, they already sacrificed a lot of things, and they wanted to end it by showing the masses who they were, with the help of the chosen Hero. They thought it might be possible

But their plan didn't work, or to be precise, no one was there to execute the plan, none of the rebel was seen during the appointment of the chosen Hero as a Hero, none. The chosen one was punished by the association, they stripped him naked and throw him away to a monster's den, or so he have heard. After the disappearance of the chosen one, he was then appointed as a replacement, which he then gladly took, as this was an opportunity he will never be able to see again.

But it was when he became a Hero, that he realized the truth of his choice, and the truth behind the path he choose. Shinji, his close friend who seem to be his step-brother, wanted to become a being that even all kings and emperor will bow down, and to achieve that, Shinji sacrifices thousands upon thousands of people just for his childish dream to be reach.

[Sweet Lullaby of Death], Shinji's very own creation, a spell that will store a tremendous amount of power that comes from the fear, death, wail, and hatred from someone, and the stronger those negative emotions are, the more power it will provide, and to achieve that, they needed the Hero's assistance. The plan was simple, befriend the people, gain their trust and admiration, protect them from any entity, always give them comfort and strength, and when everyone defend themselves to the Hero, the plan worked. The organization will then start kidnapping the people that trusted the Hero, make him appear before them to let them feel assurance, and the Hero will then kill them.

It wasn't a simple killing, the Hero will butcher them alive, breathing and conscious, so they will garner more emotions, more complicated desire, it will then store inside a large dark orb. And when everything is done, he will the kill them. For 10 years, lots of Kingdom, city, town, and villages dissappeared, leaving nothing but mystery. And when he tried to rebel against them, when he tried to change everything by his own will, he was the one that got blamed

"I was wronged, I was blamed, I was scorned, yet those people who I protected, those people that I have saved, those people that I have choose over my family, didn't defend me. They push me, drag me, they join them. Was it my fault that I have killed them? Was it my mistake that I slaughtered them? Was I wrong to defend myself? Was I wrong? Tell me, what did I do wrong?"

To escape from them he went to the lower island, to the [Banish], and hides himself. He then stumbled to this Dungeon, but little did he know that something else would hunt him here, it wasn't people nor monster, but guilt and regret. Those things hunts him inside this Dungeon, entrapping him inside. He tried to find his way out, but he couldn't, or they wouldn't. He then found this room with a single empty chest, that was left in the corner of the room. His days was almost over, or maybe it already was, so he wrote this diary just to kill time, he then made the [Lesser Storage Ring] from all the things he found inside this Dungeon. After making it, he then left, and that's where the story ends.

It wasn't really ended, it just didn't continued. The diary has more blank page after he finished making the ring. So it was left in mystery on what happened to him after that. The last part of his diary was

"I will try to explore the hidden deeps of this Dungeon, maybe there will be treasures, hidden civilization, and maybe even a hidden mystery that is unresolved. I don't know what will become of me, but forward is the only direction I can see"

And that's where it ended. I could only speculate that he died, or something, but then again

"Who left this things here?"

There's also the contradiction with the 1st entry, where he requested to whoever find this will bring this back to the top island, or the [Rightful], to expose the deeds those people made, the mistake he made, and the choose he took. So either the 1st entry was written 1st, or it was written after he found something inside the Dungeon, and then hid this diary right after, I don't know.

But I could say for sure that, he wasn't alone in this Dungeon.

Continuing on, I then grab the other book, and started reading it.

To summarize the topic that was recorded in the book, [The Three Essense of Life Circulation], here's what it say:

And lastly [Stability Circulation], or [Duality of Existence], this are rare among others as they can practice both [Mana Circulation] and [Vitality Circulation] without limit.

<> If one practices [Mana Circulation] then it can't practice [Vitality Circulation], and the same could be said vice versa. The reason for this is the impact to it to one's body. Mana is centered in one's mind, while Vitality is in our *stomach, so if someone practice Mana, all their energy will be focus on strengthening thier mind, and their mental fortitude. And if it occurs to them that they wanted to learn [Vitality Circulation], it will then divided, and the new energy who is foreign to the body and hosting energy, will start trying to take over that energy's seat, as 1 energy is only allowed to enter one's body, and nothing more. And when both of them start a war inside the host, it will not only kill it, but it will create a wide explosion around the area, causing a devastating impact to the place.

There's already a lot of recorded accidents regarding this. Those people who can wield [Stability Circulation], has this unique build in thier body that will help 2 different energy to host them, making sure that there will be balance inside them, of course the host needs to make sure that balance is made.

After reading the diary and book, I was then lost in a deep thought before I decided to store them all inside the [Lesser Storage Ring]. I also placed my bag inside the ring. Eun then climbed up my shoulder as I get up. Getting ready, I then turn off each 4 torches - 1 top, 2 side, and 1 bottom.

Suddenly, as the wall moves, a hidden passage then appeared at the side of the chest, revealing a circular staircase below. It was the secret passage that the "Hero" found, and this leads to a different place.

Blazing flame of the torch were the only light as they moved down the stairs. Moss and vines can be seen around the walls and stairs, with pitch black pathway and howling sound. Carefully as they go down, they then reached the bottom. A sturdy wooden door then greeted them, and behind him is an empty spot, with only dust and cobwebs around.

Slowly, he then opened the wooden door

And what greeted them was

Swoosh

A blue sky and a beautiful meadow, with the sun shining above.

Chirp Chirp Chirp

The whole world suddenly changed. A wide green meadow, thick forest, and hovering mountains welcomed them to this new world, this mystical realm that he only heard from his mother, and from tales of fiction. From the land that was covered in fog, this place seems like paradise.

Mesmerized, Eun and him were quite taken aback as they stared at this moment

Oblivious to the monster lurking behid them, gazing at them. Paws as big as 2 Polar Bears paws combined, flattened the grass it walk by, sharp teeth and fangs, still tainted by the blood of the prey it hunted, size that is comparable to a moving hill, and thick furs covering its body.

Silently stalk them behind the thick forest, with its perceptive eyes glued at them. Crouching, ready to

It then suddenly halted, stretching its neck to the right, with ears moving to side to side.

Without hesitation, it then throw away its next meal and slowly moved away, and dissappear. Eun and Shin then leisurely moved forward, still fascinated to this out of this world beauty and logic. How can a small cave like place, suddenly teleported you to a different dimension? The island wasn't that big to store its own sun, sky, and land, and yet here they are, standing and enthralled to this world of unknown.

Taking a sigh

Both then decided to moved forward.

Blood covered the dark walls, with scattered entrails and organs in the area.

Swallowing down the chopped body of a {Black Wolf} that it confronted, after it ate their leader, it then hiss. It then turn around as it went back to the hole that now is its home. As it went inside with its huge scaly body

It then suddenly detected a different scent, much different to those it hunted and eaten. Following it, it then arrived to a narrow hole

It then entered, even with its huge body, it easily walk in.
