I returned to my home and collapsed on my bed.
*Sigh*
The day had been good, almost too good.
I had obtained a Profound Grade Martial Art and my very own weapon, and I was slowly becoming acclimated to this new world and my new body.
"It's still bright outside," I thought to myself. "It's too early to sleep. Let's comprehend the martial arts."
I sprang from my bed, eager to continue my training. I picked up the manual for the Shadowless Movement Art that I had obtained and slowly flipped to the back cover. Hidden inside, I found a yellow piece of paper that I carefully extracted.
Despite my excitement, I decided to focus on the Shadowless Movement Art before delving into the more advanced Seven Celestial Steps. After all, a solid foundation in the basics was necessary if I was to truly master the advanced techniques.
[Insight]
With a murmur, my mind began to work on overdrive as I comprehended the Shadowless Movement Art. This movement-type martial art emphasized swift movements, and if mastered, it was said that the practitioner could move so swiftly that their enemy wouldn't even be able to keep up with their shadow.
I was pleasantly surprised to discover another benefit of Insight: it granted me temporary photographic memory. I love this ability.
With ease, I memorized the entire manual for the Shadowless Movement Art, and it was now time for me to put my newfound knowledge into practice. I grabbed my silversword and the Outer Sect guide, and stepped outside, eager to see what I was capable of.
...
Following the map in the Outer Sect, I soon arrived at the Training Grounds.
The Training Grounds were situated at the heart of the Outer Sect, making it easily accessible to all.
As I stepped into the Training Grounds, I was greeted by the sight of numerous Outer Sect disciples honing their skills. With unwavering determination and fervor, each disciple was fully absorbed in their training, dedicating their hearts and minds to perfecting their abilities.
The passion of youth was almost quite blinding to my neet self.
I observed as the disciples utilized various weapons, including swords, spears, sabers, whips, and fists. However, there was one weapon missing: bricks.
I realized that these disciples were still unaware of the Dao of the brick. It was my sacred duty to educate them on the power and versatility of this weapon, which had been utilized by fellow transmigrators like myself.
With a new task added to my list, I made my way toward an empty space, drawing curious glances along the way. Some may have been drawn to my sword, while others to my appearance. Regardless, I skillfully ignored these glances and reached the unoccupied area.
I first laid down my sword and began to recall the movements in the manual.
[Insight]
I exerted my Qi into my feet as I attempted to mimic the movements described in the manual. However, my execution was far from perfect. Despite this, I remained composed and took stock of my shortcomings.
The flow of Qi in my feet was not smooth, and my footsteps were not light enough...
I corrected my mistake and practiced, and my movements becoming smoother and more fluid each time.
If I had a system, it would likely display "Shadowless Movement Art +1, +1" to reflect my progress. Insight provided me with the necessary guidance to identify and address my problems, and as I continued to practice, I felt a growing sense of familiarity and mastery with the technique. My experience in art grew exponentially as a result.
Soon, my Qi ran out and Insight was deactivated. I collapsed to the ground, taking deep breaths to catch my breath.

Huhu...
The sweat made my long hair stick to my face. Maybe I should tie it into a ponytail or just cut it?
Reflecting on my training session, I felt quite pleased. In just ten minutes of practice, I had already reached the starting level of the Shadowless Movement Art technique. Martial Arts are divided into four proficiency levels: Starting, Small Accomplishments, Great Accomplishments, and Mastered.
Typically, it takes nearly a week of practice to reach the starting level of a top-grade mortal rank technique, but with my cheat talent, Insight, I was able to achieve it in a mere ten minutes.
Although Insight is still an underdeveloped ability, it has already provided me with tremendous benefits. I eagerly anticipate the day when I am strong enough to fully develop this ability. This thought filled me with even more satisfaction.
I then sat cross-legged to recover and cultivate my Qi. Elder Zhang's lecture provided me with a lot of theoretical knowledge, but I still needed to solidify my understanding through repeated practice. Just like in my previous world, after a lecture, you do various exercises and consolidate what you learned.
So, I repeatedly recovered my Qi following Elder Zhang's instructions and practiced the Shadowless Movement Art. Whenever I ran out of Qi during practice, I would meditate to recover.
This virtuous cycle allowed me to make steady progress in both my Qi cultivation and my mastery of the technique.
This was within my expectations. I had read in fantasy novels that the best way to grow your mana was by repeatedly using a technique until your mana was depleted, then recovering it and repeating the process over and over again.
I believed that mana and Qi were similar in nature, both being used to defy natural laws and bring about a miracle. So, I believed that the method for increasing mana could also be effective in boosting my Qi.
Of course, this was simply a supposition, but I was eager to experiment with it if it led to any enhancement.
Thus, I continued to practice the Shadowless Movement art, using up my Qi and then recovering it, repeating this cycle over and over again.
...
As the day came to an end, I concluded my training. Despite feeling exhausted, I was also rejuvenated. It was a strange, yet satisfying contradiction.
Looking at the faint traces of my movements etched into the ground filled me with a sense of pride. The satisfaction of hard work and accomplishment brought a smile to my face.
I had made great progress in my Shadowless Movement art, reaching the brink of a small accomplishment, and I felt that my cultivation had also improved significantly.
"I've grown stronger," I whispered to myself, realizing the progress I had made. Though it was not to the point of reaching the sky in a single step, the practice session has been very fruitful.
My starting point is already very good compared to others, so I should not rush too much but build a stronger foundation.
The invasion of Outer demons will not happen until several decades later.
And for the minor demon outbreaks, I do not need to pay too much concern to them by myself.
If the sky falls, there will be others besides me who will hold it.
For now, I should not worry too much.
I felt a sense of peace and calm wash over me. The world around me faded away, and all that remained was the flow of Qi within me. As I attained a state of harmony with myself, it felt as though a shackled had been broken, and my Qi began flowing on its own as I advanced to the second stage of Qi cultivation.
Looking at this sudden change, to say I feel surprised will be a gross understatement.
I could only laugh dumbly as I experienced the protagonist's treatment.
