Sam and I are at the training ground while Instructor Jane is at the audience stand overseeing the battle.

As soon as the battle begins, I lunges forward towards Sam position while activating both my WCD simultaneously, right WCD to a sword and left WCD to a revolver.

At the same time, Sam combine both his WCD and made a great sword.

As the distance close in, I immediately change direction and circle around Sam in anti-clockwise direction.

Since his WCD is a great sword, his movement speed will be limited. And taking consideration to that, my plan is to used long range for now.

I continue moving in circle around him and firing my revolver.

At the same time I slowly close in the distance.

As the distance shorten, I look for an opportunity to launch a strike with the sword.

I murmur to myself as de-activate both my WCD and then I dash forward towards Sam.

[HAHAHAHAHAH, that’s more like it.]

As I got closer to Sam, I leap above ground and combine both my WCD and create a long sword.

I swing down my long sword vertically.

As our blade slowly reaching into contact, Sam suddenly immediately leap backward.

It seem he notice that my blade will slice through his sword and hit him if he didn’t move away.

The reason was because of ‘Mana control’. By concentrating all the mana onto the edge of the blade, it increase the sharpness of the blade.

I quickly dash forward to strike as to ensure that Sam have no time to react. As I dash towards him, he de-activate his WCD and create a 2-handed sword.

As our blade make contact, I notice that Sam increase the thickness of his sword to counter my blade sharpness.

The battle continue on for an hour with no end in site.

[‘Huff’, ‘Huff’, ‘Huff’]

Both Afann and Sam has already reached their limit.

*[It seem that both are almost at their limit, but it quite a surprise that a Blue Circuit holder able to hold his own ground alone against a Yellow circuit.]*

Instructor Jane thought to herself as she continue observing.

As Sam almost finish his sentence, he started dashing forward.

I leap backward and trying to avoid confrontation at this point and conserve as much energy as possible.

I continue this as long as possible.

All of it happen in an instant without realising what’s happening.

The whole Arena building were destroy.

The lecture was continue as per-normal.

It’s been quite a while since the duel begun, Yuki and the rest are somewhat distracted as they still doesn’t have any news regarding Afann.

As the lecture continue, all of a sudden Instructor Becker stop his lecture and his face expression change.

While Instructor Becker where about to say something, a sudden huge explosion occur.

Instructor Becker ran towards the Arena as fast as possible after leaving the Main Building. As he was heading there, these’s black smoke rising from that direction.

As he was running, he realise that there were a lot of debris.
