"Subjects?" Tom questioned.
"Why yes, you are in my kingdom after all," the young man said.
"So you are the Bloody Baron?" Derek asked.
"No, well not yet. The baron is my father. Though we don't really like the name Bloody Baron. It is however a most apt name." The young man replied.
"Ah, so that makes you..." Tom asked trailing off.
"Forgive me where are my manners," The man said, placing the point of the sword down on the stone floor and standing up. "I am the Baron's son, Prince Harold."
"See that's the thing someone would have for compensation," Jay said leaning over to James.
"WHAT DID YOU SAY?!" The prince yelled.
"Nothing, I said nothing," Jay tried to back peddle.
"He said you must be compensating for something with such a big sword," James called back.
"And what, pray-tell would I be compensating for?" The prince asked, a sneer appearing on his face.
"Usually it's your tiny penis. Sometimes it's an inability to please your lover, and in rare cases, it's because you can't get it up." James said. "So which is it, m'lord? Teenie peenie, hot dog in a hallway, or a limpbiskit situation?"
Reddening to a point where it quite literally looked like steam might come out of the Prince's ears he clenched his fist around the sword and the other in a balled fist to this side.
"You dare to discuss my sexual prowess and call into question the royal dangle downs!" The prince seethed through clenched teeth.
Suddenly his muscles began to bulge and he picked up the sword with one hand.
"You will pay for the words that spill from your vile lips with your life!" The prince yelled in a voice that had now dropped an octave. "Taste my blade you vile curr!"
With that, the prince launched himself from the dais and toward the party. He flew so fast that they barely had time to move out of the way. Swinging his sword, he carved a deep furrow in the stone floor.
"You really had to make the dude mad?" Tom asked.
"He is the mini-boss, isn't it obvious dude?" Jame replied.
Thinking about it for a moment, it actually made a lot of sense that this was the mini-boss. The baron would likely be the final boss and this guy was the pretender. So he likely was designed to get mad at anything but the most sincere of ass-kissing and just flew off the handle.
"That...actually makes sense," Tom replied. "So what's the play?"
"I don't know. Fuck him up?" James said pulling his guns out and firing.
The bullets seemed to just bounce off of the prince's back. Tom and Derek moved in as well. Derek took the brunt of the force from a blow on his shield that drove him down to his knees as he did everything he could to keep from being crushed. Tom swung his sword at the prince and it hit with a resounding clang, bouncing off of him.
"Is he wearing fucking metal armor under his clothes?!" Tom said trying to keep his teeth from rattling out of his head.
Kevin ran in bellowing out and shoulder-checked the prince knocking him off of Derek.
"Thanks, Kevin!" Derek said rising to his feet.
Rolling with the blow, the prince came back to his feet and charged at Kevin. He grabbed him and tossed him against the back wall as if he were a stuffed toy. Swinging his arm out to the side, he also caught Derek across his shield, which he had brought up to protect against the shot, and sent him flying back into the tables that were against the wall.

Stabbing out this time, the tip of the greatsword that Tom had slid off the prince's side like a glancing blow as he turned to face Tom. He punched out and with an uppercut sent Tom to his back. He looked around and found Kiera next who had been singing her song of hope. He charged her and Jay jumped in front of Kiera to try to stop the prince. Jay was no match the the prince's strength.
Both of them were sent flying backward landing on a table which broke and splinted from their weight and the force of the fall. Firing several shots, James hit the back of the prince's head with his bullets. They still just bounced off of him. Turning to see where the shots were coming from the prince smiled an evil predatory grin as he saw James standing there with a defiant look on his face. He rushed at him.
James tried to dodge to the side and almost made it, but the prince managed to grab his foot as he dove. Pulling James back in, he held him up and punched him in the face. Falling up then back, James slammed down onto the floor hard. The prince wanled over and placed a boot on his stomach. He then stomped down hard on James. A spurt of blood came out of James' mouth as he stomped on him.
The rest of his team were hurrying to get to their feet, but they still weren't sure what to do. Kevin recovered first and reached James and the prince and grappled the prince in a bear hug from behind.
"How about a suplex?!" Kevin bellowed as he picked the prince up and raised him up and over his back. Slamming the prince into the stone floor headfirst, the prince winced but turned and pulled himself free of Kevin's grasp. The suplex had made him drop the sword, but he lashed out with a couple of punches and Kevin went down.
"Nothing seems to hurt this mother fucker!" Kiera called out.
A kama whipped out and the chain attached to it wrapped around the neck of the prince. The prince grabbed the chain and Jay and the Prince played a short game of tug of war. Jay was clearly going to lose this fight, but Tom jumped onto the chain as well, adding his strength and helping to even the odds.
With an extra grunt, the prince ranged even harder and pulled back and to the right on the chain. Tom and Jay began to wing to the right until they hit the wall on the other side of the room and they collapsed in a pile. Turning back to James the Prince smiled down at him.
James' face was a ruined mess. One of his eyes was swollen shut, he was missing a front tooth, and his nose was clearly broken with blood running from his nostrils. Raising his gun up anyways he looked the prince square in the eyes. Then he lowered his gun and pointed between the prince's legs.
"Don't worry bro, my girl says the big ones hurt anyways," James said, and pulled the trigger firing a shot right at the prince's crotch.
The prince's eyes went wide as the bullet penetrated his clothes and blood began to pour out from the wound he received.
"CHEEEEEEEOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWEEEEEEE!!!!" The prince wailed in pain as he grabbed at his groin.
Everyone in the room froze.
"GO FOR THE WILLY!" Derek shouted.
And with that, the entire party jumped up and ran at the prince in an attempt to smash his privates into a paste. Kamas, swords, maces, knives, axes, feet, and even a chair were used to grind the poor prince's meat into something fit for bolognese sauce. Over and over and over again the entire team went completely over the top on making sure the prince never had the option of having children.
When they had all had their fill of beating the prince's meat, Tom set it on fire with an eldritch blast.
"Take that you son of a bitch!" James said spitting on the prince's corpse.
"Who knew that the prince's ding dong was the weak spot?" Kiera said.
"Looks like James knew," Derek said. "Not only did you tease him about it, but you shot him there first."
"Both coincidences," James said drinking a potion. "I merely made fun of him to get the fight started because I knew you all were just going to talk it out forever. Then I only shot him in the dick because I was pissed at getting beaten up so badly. Figured if he was so hurt by insults about his bald-headed giggle stick that shooting him in the beef whistle was likely to be something he would hate just as much. I had no idea that his knobgoblin was going to be his weak spot. I just wanted to knock him in the old blue-veined custard chucker simply because he was a bit of a Dallas dangler himself."
"Whatever the case is, we pulled through. But we can't have a close call like that again. We need a more sound strategy for attacks than just running at the guy full tilt. We took our numbers for granted and fell apart there," Derek said. "Next time we might not be so lucky."
"Derek's right. We can think of a better way." Tom said.
With that, they sat down on the floor of the room to recover a bit and plan their strategies.
After about an hour of resting, they got up and left the room. The only way back was down the hall again and to the left side of the hall they had come from. Clearly, this wasn't a very large dungeon, but that was perfectly fine with Tom. He needed to get back to the center to finish setting some things up and making sure the people had everything they needed. But this was so much fun exploring and fighting in a real dungeon that he had to see it through to the finish.
The other direction had the same type of armors guarding them and the team took them out in the same way. Once they reached the other end of the hall there was no vending machine this time. Just an even larger set of doors decorated in the same way as the last doors.
"I guess we should go in and say hello," Tom said smiling at Derek.
