Mitras was having a great time in game.
He started to take care of the falcons in the morning. In the afternoon he went to the guild HQ to train.
Yes, to the guild, to train.
After so many months playing, the guild had 25 members now, the HQ is bigger on the inside and Fayt bought the places around it. Now we had our own training ground and part of it was turned into a gymnastic training center, Mitras asked for it, with pommel horse and beam and a mix of women and men's equipment.
Mitras would try all of them and use the floors to train more traditional dancing too. He even got to dance with Brunhilda again.
-1, 2, 1, 2, yes, you've been practicing I see, very good.
What he didn't know and realised just recently is the spells that now Axis knew. It really needed Mana Manipulation to unlock to use them huh.
On the training ground there were dummies and targets that he would train with Axis too.
Learning the benefits the books gave, he wanted to level most of his Skills so the benefits lasted longer.
At night he would train Mana Manipulation with Bjarke, and sometimes just kiss under the stars.
It was during these weeks he had blissfully played that one day he got interrupted.
-Hi, are you Mitras?
It was Beaky, an archer like character who entered our guild thinking we would be able to unlock a bird race so he could change for one.
-Y-yes! How can I help you?
He was just training ballet, so he could stop and help if needed.
-There is a player in front of HQ looking for you, his name is Cookiemaster, want me to get him off of you?
-No no! I don't even know who it is, I'm going there then.
Cookiemaster was a puppet player, if he was a new one or an old one, it was impossible to know.
-Hi Mitras! I came for a quest!
-A quest?
-Yes, the tea party dolls are looking for you and they want me to escort you back to them. Could you come? Please?
He seems young.
-Yes of course, let me just get ready.
They went out of town, passing through the gate, now Bjarke was an Elite guard and had a more robust armor, spear and shield. He gleamed with confidence and strength.
The way to the Scrapyard went without problems, Cookiemaster was a mage type character and seemed to know exactly how to play around the enemies on the way there.
At the Scrapyard, the place where the door opened to the tea party now was no longer a secret, you just had to find the place, no need to go exact pathways, and there was a plaza with a big fireplace made of threads.
-Oh Mitras you're back, care for some tea? And Cookiemaster thank you so much for helping us, here have some tea.
All of the occupants drank for some time and the dolls talked about how there were so many of them now and how wonderful it was, dolls everywhere.
-The truth is, I didn't know so many Travellers were dolls too, but I see that they do love adventuring.
-Yes they do love it.
-So when we heard about your book we were surprised.
-M-my books?
-Yes, your books, you wrote books for the guards right? And some of them were all about working with threads.
-Did you know most of us are made of threads?
-Y-yes.
-We want you to make us a new thread, a soft, supple and flexible thread that will help all our family that likes adventuring. That way we can make special armor that won't hinder us the same way that leather and metal ones do. What do you say?
Quest Make a Doll out of you
-Of course I'll help, I… just don't know how to begin actually.
-Hmmm, we don't know either, but we believe in you!
After some cake, Mitras said his goodbyes and went to Ezca. There he looked for Watts.
-An flexible metal huh… Nothing comes to mind, sorry, but does it need to be flexible? Can't you enchant it?
-Enchant it? I'd love to! Ah, but then it wouldn't be a new type of metal. Browser.
Actually, we could make an alloy.
-Watts, what do you think about doing a project with me?
-What project what, I'm too full of work.
-It's for a new alloy.
-Hmmmm, maybe I have time, tell me about it.
Mitras told Watts about carbon steel and its properties.
-And you know how to make it?
-Yes! Maybe. I'm not a blacksmith but I can help you, we'll need very high temperatures, like very high. I can call Winnie to help us too. You two should be high enough in Blacksmithing Skill we should be able to do it.
-Damn you talk a lot. Fine, bring this Winnie.
----------------------------------------
It was a group project between 3 crafters. It took them 2 weeks to make the alloy.
It wasn’t hard per se, but they needed to always make readjustments to the forge so it could get higher temperatures. This time Mitras was the one who least helped, except with the knowledge of how to make the alloy.
He learnt that Winnie was expert in Blacksmithing and Watts was Master already, and he is pretty sure this is the reason they could actually make the alloy. Is there even a player character with a Master Skill already?

World Notification
Watts, Winnie - Sunstar - and Mitras -Sunstar - created a new type of Alloy: Carbon Steel
It was when they finished the new type of forge, the last improvement, and could actually repeatedly make the alloy that the notification sounded.
After the alloy was created, it was turned into ingots, and it was in these ingots that Mitras started working. To make it into threads.
He would make just the first ones, then he could show the dolls. If they liked, Winnie could be responsible for doing it and selling.
For now, it would have to be enough.
-Mitras! What's that about an alloy?
-H-hi Fayt, it was for a quest.
-And you actually got two NPCs to help, nice!
-Y-yes, well I don't have Blacksmithing, so I needed help.
-Ok, good thinking, I'll talk to Winnie later about crafting weapons with the new alloy.
----------------------------------------
-It's amazing! It's exactly what we wanted. Here, have some tea.
-Thank you. The only problem is that only two people can make it, Watts and Winnie.
Mitras gave them how to contact them.
-So you can only buy from them.
-Hmm we can make it a quest reward then.
-Yeah that would be nice.
-There, quest reward it is.
----------------------------------------
This quest made Mitras think. He has to do more for his Guild. He's taking it all too slow.
He needs to level and, and…. What was it again? The region. Tairo, Ezca, the Scrapyard and the Tower of Leiles.
The only place he didn't go was the Tower, so maybe that's his destination.
-Browser!
It appears it's a level 100 area.
He's a bit away from it.
Looking for some dungeons in the southern area he found a few. After Capel found our dungeon he apparently was called a few times by parties and other Guilds to dig some places.
Some became dungeons, others were items, he seemed happy in the screenshots.
There were some caverns near the Scrapyard, one of them was level 85.
He would have to be careful and maybe, just maybe, have some help?
----------------------------------------
-S-so, that's why, and I really need to level for that. W-would you come with me? I-I know it's dange-
-Yes, of course I'd go with you love.
-O-ok
Mitras couldn't stop blushing.
At night he talked to Bjarke about his thoughts on what he was doing for his Guild and as he had now the ability to get help from the guards. He thought, why not call Bjarke?
He would call other guards too, all elite who wanted more. Make a elite group so they can train to level 100.
-Petras, h-hi, so here's the thing.
So he explained to Petras his thoughts and soon a guard group was formed.
Mitras, Tamer, as the leader, Bjarke, spear user, the co leader. Then there was Jeppe, a sword and board guard who dreamt of being a royal guard. Helena the falconeer slash archer of the group. And finally Rasmus, a mace and board user who wanted to be a paladin, but never got the chance in this small town, he was the de facto healer of the group.
One thing that was exciting was the new skill he got.
Adquire Recruit Skill
Jeppe was as young as Bjarke, but differently than him, he was lith, like a panther, he would jump and pounce through the battle and use his shield as a defence tool and attack tool.
Helena was calm and collected, she used the falcon to call attention away from herself, and would usually deal massive damage with few arrows.
Rasmus was also calm, but not collected, he would stumble on his words and always rethink his actions, but he knew how to heal with herbs and magic.
All of them learned from his book on Mana Manipulation, which was strange and funny. Their magic and attacks changed slightly. Rasmus healing magic had the appearance of butterflies landing on the wounds. Helena’s arrows looked slightly like wasps when using spells. Jeppe's shield would get the appearance of a ladybug. And at last, Bjarke's spear attacks transformed into beetle horns.
Would everyone have an insect form if learned from his Mana Manipulation? It was an exciting thing to think about.
----------------------------------------
They at first fought against enemies in the wild, while going to the caverns. They needed to get used to each other.
The guards didn't need much, but Mitras needed it.
He attacked mid to long range, like Helena, but he had a much higher attack per second compared to her.
It took a few days, but they got used to each other, at least what they thought was enough.
The Cavern had been divided into three parts. The upper part had a lot of bat-like and beast-like enemies. The mid part had reptile and amphibian ones. And the lower part has crustacean enemies.
There were two bosses in the dungeon, a giant wererabbit beast in the upper part and a spider-like crab in the lower part.
For now they wouldn't fight the bosses, just the minions around the dungeon.
So it began the training.
It was very slow at first, they would fight single at most, two enemies at a time. But as the days rolled by and they got used to themselves and the enemies patterns, they started to get more confident with their fighting.
Time went by and the teacup minion started to get full. They went through the upper floors of the caverns and the midway floors.
It wasn’t long till they got to level 85, the level of the dungeon itself.
-I want to continue here, we already know the patterns, maybe go to the lower floors.
-I also think so.
-What do you think, love?
-M-me?
-Yeah, you’re the leader, remember?
-O-oh, yeah, true, well, ok. I actually want to get to level 100. We would have to spend maybe a month here farming, but we should get it..
-Great, it’s decided then.
