“What are you talking about, grandpa? I did nothing to prove that I was worthy. I always end up fainting after using my best abilities. A Dublin definitely is not someone like me!” Elisia said in a hoarse voice accompanied by sobs.
Grandpa Naumann stroked Elisia's head again to strengthen her heart and mind. “I understand your feeling, my grandchild. You're still young and understand nothing. If I had gone against Naumann's daughter tradition back then, you would have done a lot of fun things outside the palace.” Grandpa held Elisia's shoulders.
“Elisia, Dublin never wrong in choosing its people. Dublin never cares how ready that person is. I know that you are not strong enough yet to accept this great responsibility, but believe that you are ready. Gwelissa needs its queen to seize its power again, are you going to let your country suffer more?”
“No!” Elisia answered firmly, in a hoarse voice.
Grandpa Naumann smiled from behind a golden beard. “Dublin is not just a title, it's an identity. The more you believe, the more power it will give. The spear you are holding now is proof that Dublin has passed down the order. That weapon will always fight with you until the end of your life.”
Elisia took out a [Fire Dublin Spear] and looked at the blade. Her shining shadow reflected off of it. The [Fire Pendulum] radiated heat again, which meant that there was great power flowing within it. She gripped the weapon tightly and looked at it seriously. Then she raised the long weapon.
“I, Elisia Von Naumann, the youngest Princess of Gwelissa, declare that Dublin has appointed me as its knight. Give me great power to fight against the greatest evil and bring the light of peace to Gwelissa!” Elisia shouted loudly.
Elisia's heart felt more relieved than usual. The mysteries of her past solved one by one. With all the faith she had in returning to Gwelissa, she must fight to make it happen.
“Now you're The Dublin. My soul can rest because the Dublin title has found a new breed. It's time for Grandpa to come back.” Grandpa Naumann turned around.
Elisia turned to him. “That fast? Won't Grandpa talk to me for a bit?”
“I do my job to bring confidence to the Dublin candidates. According to the prophecy that has been written, you are the last Dublin in Gwelissa,” Grandpa Naumann replied with a sad face.
“Huh, really?!”
Grandpa's head nodded. “I can't explain the prophecy because my job has ended. You don't have to worry anymore. My spear will always accompany you. My strength lives in it. As long as you believe, no one can beat you.”
Elisia held the [Flame Pendulum] tightly and closed her eyes. Grandpa Naumann's words brought her sadness back. However, faith had made everything better. She knew where to go.
“Allright. I will remember all your words. I will walk as The Dublin who will bring justice to Gwelissa! My spirit and spear will destroy the darkness that’s trying to devour all of it!”
Grandpa smiled again, followed by a golden light from the sky that shone on him from above. “I am happy because my descendants are brave people who are strong and never give up. I trust you, Elisia. Now, close your eyes and you will return to the real world.” The light grew brighter and obliterated Grandpa Naumann into gold dust.
Elisia closed her eyes and took a deep breath of air. Her body sensed an energy that would take her away from that boundless world. The wind blew from below, blowing away Elisia's shimmering blonde hair. The royal girl had learned a lot today, and she would never forget it.
...
Elisia opened her eyes quickly and got up from the ground. The shock immediately assaulted her throbbing heart and made her dizzy. She looked at surroundings, everything was back to normal. Elisia felt her body in confusion, there was no wound or anything. Only sand dust stuck to her clothes.
The girl looked at her mentor, who was still lying on the ground with face down. Elisia stood up and walked over to him. Even if she didn't feel worried because Risk had attack resistant, leaving his face down like that could be very dangerous.
Elisia tried to turn Risk's body so that his face was on top. His large and stocky body difficult for Elisia's hands to lift his up. Finally, her mentor's body turned around. Risk woke up coughing and his face covered in sand dust. Elisia helped him to sit up.
“Risk, are you okay?” Elisia asked in a worried tone.
Risk finished coughing to answer Elisia. “Yeah, that really hurts.”
“Thank goodness.” Elisia helped Risk up. She carried her mentor's body and walked to the apartment door.
“Elisia, I don't think we need to practice basic technique anymore. You are beyond your own power. It's time for battle and experience will teach you,” Risk said, limping slightly with the wound on his stomach.
“Shut your mouth, Risk! I will allow you to speak after Upgrade gives you treatment,” Elisia replied firmly.
Risk smiled at hearing such a reply from a princess. “Okay, My Liege! Forgive my mistake!”
Elisia continued to carry Risk's body into the house. Province suddenly came out of the room and saw that Risk's condition was not good. The purple-haired woman ran up to him.
“Oh my, what happened?!” Province held Risk's body in a panic. Her hand accidentally touched Risk's wound. The man gave a shocked response.
“Sorry! I don’t know!” Province screamed in panic.
The woman's voice invited everyone, who was on the first floor, to go up to the second floor. Upgrade was the first to arrive there, followed by Dao, Rhino, and Scott being the last.
“Let me guess, injured after a duel?” Upgrade asked casually, “You never give up.”
Risk cleared his throat while smiling. “I should have hidden it from you. You're too sensitive.”
Upgrade approached Risk and took Risk's hand from Elisia. “Dao, let's take our friend out of the apartment. I have to teach him a lesson.”
“Ready! Dao is right beside you!” Dao moved quickly to carry Risk from the other side. They walked to the first floor again.
After they left, Elisia came into the room to straighten her bones. Province followed her curiously because her little girl could beat an experienced person like Risk. It made Province feel unnatural to the princess.
Elisia didn't notice that Province followed her into the room, surprised after looking back.
“Huh, Vivi? What is it?” Elisia asked.
“What were you doing earlier?” Province asked back, without further ado.
“I'm just practicing,” Elisia replied flatly.
“Can practicing make a person seriously injured?” Province approached Elisia with heavy steps and grabbed both of Elisia's arms. “Answer me honestly!”
Elisia fell silent seeing the sulky expression of Province. She had never seen Province so angry during their stay in the palace.

“Risk and I always train in a duel like we did earlier. Sometimes, one of us has to get hurt like that, it can be Risk or me. We're used to doing that, so you don't have to worry,” Elisia explained everything.
“So because of duel? Don't you guys have a safer way of practicing?”
“I begged Risk to teach me to fight, and he taught me what he knew.” Elisia took off her clothes and showed the slashing scar that Risk's sword had produced. “These injuries are a testament to the rigors of our training.”
Province shocked and touched the scar. Elisia's stomach tingled, causing the woman to let go of her touch.
“Sorry, does it hurt?”
“It doesn't hurt anymore.” Elisia lowered her clothes. “Like I said, I'm fine. Maybe I've always been the victim of this duel in the past, now I can fight back. All thanks to the sincerity that Risk showed in training me.”
Province nodded and turned around. “Okay. I guess you're old enough to be a knight, or whatever. I just want you to be careful.”
“Okay, I'll keep that in mind!” Elisia answered briefly.
After Province left the room, Elisia opened the closet and checked if there were any clothes she could wear today. Previously, Province had given her some clothes that had shrunk. However, Elisia surprised because almost all the clothes felt loose in the chest.
“Ugh, did Vivi never measure her clothes when making them?” Elisia groaned in her heart.
Finally, Elisia found one outfit that matched her. A blood red long-sleeved shirt with a black short skirt would decorate her body after a fresh shower in the morning. She walked out of the room to go to the bathroom, which was next to her room.
Elisia locked the room and took off all the clothes attached to her body. After that, she looked in the mirror for a while to see the changes in her body. Her skin felt smoother, but slightly darker from being outside a lot. A message appeared in front of her.
“New Achievement Unlocked: Ancient Power.”

“Wow, I increased the range of [Duetto]!” Elisia exclaimed in her heart, “I have to raise it again to the maximum!”
Elisia started washing her body with a small towel and the shower faucet that was set only let out a little water. The coldness touched her soft skin, making her shiver, and occasionally her nose couldn't stand the cold. Finally, her body could feel fresh water after a few days of not bathing.
After washing her body, Elisia immediately dried herself and put on the clothes that Province gave her that fit her body, even though it was loose in the chest. The skirt also looked ordinary, but comfortable to wear in activities. In fact, the smell of the perfume that Province usually used still being inhaled on the clothes.
“Hmm, Fox hasn't changed her perfume in the past; always calming and refreshing,” Elisia whispered in the clothes she was breathing in.
Elisia came out of the bathroom to do some preparations because Risk would take her and Scott to meet Ilya in an unknown place at 11.00 AM. Elisia had already guessed that they would plan the theft of the first of the five combat devices, namely The Camouflage Net.
Just arrived at the door of the room, Risk was standing with his back against the wall. His expression was flat, showing no reaction to the damage caused by the [Overheat Substitution] skill. Elisia somewhat surprised, but not worried in the slightest.
“Risk, are you feeling better?” Elisia asked flatly.
“Not feeling this good. Upgrade gave me the usual treatment,” Risk replied, “Looks like you're ready for the trip. I hope you're not motion sickness.”
“Certainly not. I used to ride the royal chariot for long trips.” Elisia entered the room.
Risk followed her. “Okay. I think a horse-drawn carriage with a car will feel the same.”
“Hey, why are you following me?!” Elisia cried, who was surprised to see Risk in her.
“I'm just making sure that you really-” Risk's words stopped after Elisia put the small bag on her body, “You're ready. Let's go down!”
Elisia followed Risk down to the first floor. Suddenly, Scott passed in front of her in a hurry. He was wearing a black jacket and a backpack. It made Elisia remember to wear [Wool Jacket] because she didn't know how the weather was in Runga today.
Then, they walked into the backyard with all the preparations they had. Outside, a four-wheeled vehicle parked near the apartment. Elisia saw Kafka sitting in the front seat with his head sticking out of the glass.
“Oohh, you guys are ready, huh? Let's get in the car! We don't have time!” Kafka exclaimed excitedly.
Risk asked Elisia to get into the car, which was quite large. The atmosphere in the car also looked more comfortable when Elisia got in and tried out its soft seat. There were several weapons in it, such as [Combat Knife], [Rope], [Hook], [Rifle], [Crossbow], and many more.
Scott came to Elisia from the back door. “Elisia, this is our first mission to steal [The Camouflage Net] in Taichan city. Ilya is waiting for us there to keep things under control. I want you to follow all the plans we make. Understand?”
“You don't have to say that. Elisia is old enough to understand the surrounding situation,” Risk responded from behind.
Scott glanced back. “I just trying to remind her!”
“Don't worry, Scott! I understand everything you said,” Elisia replied.
Scott smiled confidently with his left lip raised. “You are the princess, but like a soldier in my eyes.”
After all the items loaded into the car, Risk and Scott got in. It surprised Elisia that Upgrade and the rest of her friends were not on this mission. However, she was afraid to ask. Perhaps the reason was that taking too many people was perilous. Kafka turned the car engine on. A grunt heard from under the car.
Scott glanced at Elisia, who was sitting next to her. “Is this your first time in a car?”
“I think so. I'm used to riding a horse carriage,” Elisia replied. Fear overwhelmed her.
“Riding a car is like riding a horse-drawn carriage. It's just that a car doesn't need two horses and just need an engine to drive it.” Scott stomped hard on the floor of the car.
Kafka looked back. “Hey, this is a used car! You can ruin it later!”
“Just drive the car!” Scott responded with orders.
Kafka pushed the lever of the car and stepped on the gas pedal. The car was drifting through the main street of Runga. The traffic situation was quite light today, so they could take a leisurely trip to Taichan city. Hearing the name of the city made Elisia think that Runga was a vast region, unlike Tanin.
The urban environment spoiled Elisia's eyes. Life in the modern city differed from royal life, which still held the way of life of the ancestors. The visible city facilities made Elisia imagine a more modern Gwelissa with technological advances. In addition, city life seemed quieter than the countryside, which was bustling with people's activities.
Elisia remembered the {Objective Mission} embedded in her stats. In fact, the girl had never known the feature existed, for it hadn't been since she had first arrived in Glomouth. She felt that the systematic play that was attached to her was deteriorating in performance, but Elisia didn't know what was happening.
“I have to explore this system more deeply so that I know where the fault lies,” Elisia said in her heart.
Risk put his arm around Elisia's shoulder from the right. “Looks like you've gotten used to this vehicle.”
“Stop making fun of me like that! I've ridden all kinds of horse-drawn carriages and other royal vehicles. So, I'm used to this,” Elisia replied rather curtly.
Risk brought his lips close to Elisia's ear. “Listen, I like you more when you were an innocent girl than you now. At least, your curiosity is still your hallmark.”
Elisia blushed and pushed Risk's face away from hers. “What do you mean? You embarrassed me!”
Risk smiled after seeing the reaction of his disciple. Elisia's embarrassment was so high that she wanted to punch something. Risk's words were too sweet for her heart and made her realize that her innocence attracted anyone who saw her.
Sleepiness invaded her eyes. This relaxing and cool long journey made her body feel comfortable. Elisia wanted to lie down on the bed, but the car was too narrow for her. Unable to endure it, Elisia's head fell onto Risk's shoulder.
The man surprised and turned to the little girl. Literally, both of Elisia's hands clung to Risk's body and slightly gripped his skin. Risk sighed and let Elisia sleep for a while.
Scott saw their closeness, like father and daughter. “It's great that you can make Elisia feel comfortable with you.”
“It was just a coincidence. We only know each other. She believed in me, so I believed in her too,” Risk replied.
“Like your relationship with Fire Girl?” Scott alluded to Risk's past.
“I don't know, but seeing her reminds me of Hildegard. I feel that Elisia is the soul mate of Hildegard, literally, especially in love and affection,” Risk said.
“You believe that? I thought you hated myths.”
Risk stroked Elisia's head. “Sure, but some things about love have stuck with me. I'm not a monster anymore like people used to think.”
