Risa's POV-
I was alone in the house. I ran down the stairs as I heard the ringing of the doorbell. I opened the door to see a tall man with a cowboy hat waiting outside the door. He looked at me as a smile formed on his face.
"Risa, how are you? It's been such a long time since I last saw you. You have become even cuter than before" He said as he pinched my cheeks. It happened so fast that I was not able to stop him. He let go of my cheeks and started laughing.
"Who are you? I don't recognize you. State your business or I'm going to close the door. " I said as I was wary of him. He looked like trouble.
"Oh yeah... Now I remember you have lost your memories right. I understand why you are not able to recognize me. No worries I will introduce myself again. " He said as he took off his cowboy hat.
"I am Alex, your brother's friend. I heard from him what happened with you. I couldn't come to visit you in the hospital as I was not in the city. But now that I am back I came to visit you. " He said. It was a bit hard to believe but if he knew about my accident then he should be someone close to my brother.

"I'm sorry for not recognizing you. Why don't you come inside? " I said as I invited him inside.
"No. It's ok. " He said as he entered the house. He sat on the sofa as I prepared some tea for him.
"So how is your school going on? Is it good? " He asked as I poured him some tea.
"Yes, it's good," I replied.
"Did you find any clues about your lost memories? " He asked sipping the tea. I was shocked by his words. How did he know that I was trying to find out about my past? I got out of my seat, alerted.
"Sit down. Don't worry I know many things people don't know. " He said as he sipped on the tea.
"Tell me do you want to know about your past? I can help you. " He said as he took out a rope and put it on the table. A simple rope nothing fancy.
"What is the meaning of this? And when did I ask for your help? " I said in a stern voice. He just laughed hearing my response.
"This rope is the key to your memories. Take it. It will be helpful. I won't interfere anymore. " He said as he leaned back on the sofa sipping his tea.
"What the hell are you doing in my house? " A voice came from behind me. I turned around as I recognized the voice. It was Sivi.
"Drinking tea. Can't you see? " He replied boldly. This was the first time anyone had the balls to answer her like that.
"State your business. " Sivi said in an angry voice. Alex still sipping his tea without any care.
"I had business with Risa here. Why are you interfering sis? " He said while grinning. He showed the rope to her and Sivi's expression changed drastically.
"Don't worry I am going. No need to create a ruckus. " He said as he stood to leave.
"Let me escort you out. " Sivi said as veins popped out of her head.
