Risa's POV-
I hardened my mind and resolved myself. I knew well that taking on four guys was an impossible task. Even if they were just kids, they held weight and reach advantage over me. Not just one but every one of those kids might be able to beat me back to my grave. But what if my bones break or I lose, I would be content that I stepped up for someone I didn't even know. Maybe the pain will fade away by the gratitude I will receive from him and his loved ones.
While I was thinking about all this the fight had already started. Sivi told me one important thing while I was in my training with her. When you are going in for a fight, there is no time for a monologue. Think about unnecessary things when the fight is over. I clenched my fist as I took too much time to step up.
One of the kids who looked like the leader of the group threw a brick at the hooded boy. Even from the far, I could tell that the brick was not supposed to cause damage to the boy, it was to make him cower and hesitate, maybe even block his sight. The second the brick left his hand one of the other kids also charged at the boy. The plan from start was to tackle the boy to the ground and then beat him. The kids were quite smart, they probably had some experience in fighting.
I had to make a move now. This was the perfect opportunity. I was betting that when all the kids run for the boy I will also run from behind and catch them off guard.
The brick was making its way toward the hooded figure who was still standing with his hands in his pocket. The brick missed by a mile and hit the window behind. The leader of the kids flinched at the sight. He was about to call the charging kid back but it was too late. The charging kid had also seen that the brick had missed but he was too close to the boy to back out. He had to believe in his strength and go for a takedown.

He went in on the boy at full speed and successfully took the unsuspecting boy down. The remaining kids were about to charge too when their leader stopped them with sweat droplets on his forehead. The kids looked confused and anxious as to why he stopped them. But they understood after a while when there was no movement in the two bodies laying on the ground.
The kids missed it but I saw it all from my angle. When the kid was about to make an impact with the boy, at that time he unleashed a blow from his elbow on the back of his head. That is not all. I even saw some black coluored tail like thing following his hand movements. He faked his takedown that was for sure.
Seconds felt like hours. No response from the bodies on the ground when suddenly the kid's body on top of the boy was cast aside by him like trash. His body was limp, he was either unconscious or....dead.
"Kid, you are quite smart. Stopped them before they fell for my trap. Great." the boy who was older sounding said in a calm yet unsettling manner.
"Who are you?" the leader of the group asked.
".....Who killed that office man. You know who I'm talking about. So the faster you answer the faster this would end." the boy replied.
"We don't know anything regarding that matter. You have got the wrong guys." the kid said with a straight face.
"Then you will have to do some answering for me." the boy replied in an imposing manner.
"No. You won't be able to do anything." the kid replied.
"You are quite confiden...." the boy was interrupted when the door behind him was slammed open.
"Who broke the window?" a large man of approximately two hundred centimeters presumably a butcher from his attire roared.
He looked at the hooded boy with murder on his mind. And maybe he really wanted to kill him.
"Shit..." the boy could be seen regretting the fight.
The kids took their accomplice and ran off.
