Rago points the fractured blade at Helena with a wide grin, as he swings down the blade the fractured pieces flying off forward, apearing only connected to the handle by a web of red manna.
Helena steps to the side, getting cut slightly by one of the pieces, "that weapon... Is it enchanted?" she asks while summoning her water sword.
"Precisely!" He laughs and slashes at her, she steps to the side again and launches water that destroys the manna connecting the shards of the sword.
The shards all fly off in random directions, Helena smiles and takes on a battle stance, "your weapon is destroyed, how will you fight now?" She points at the bladeless handle he is holding with a smile.
"Think again!" He swings the handle, spinning a shard and throwing it at her, dissevering her arm, "you underestimate my blade, it is a high S-class weapon! You best take this seriously!" He says in an almost mocking tone.
"Yeah... But you are facing a former Principle, you should take this seriously as well." Her arm begins slowly regenerating as each blood vessel grows out, followed by the bone and skin until her whole arm is regrown like a perfect replica down to the very last skin cell.
"Impressive, your regeneration has improved from the time Lord Azazel used to train you." He says, mocking her all the same.
She looks at him in shock, her breathing getting heavier and her expression looking troubled as a cold sweat slowly runs down her face, she bites her lower lip in anger and yells, "don't remind of that!" As she swings out five slashes of water that tear through the air like a thunderclap.
Rago smiles and easily dodges the slashes, counter-attacking with his sword and nearly cutting her in half, "oh, come on! You can do better than that!" He mocks again.
She heals the grave injury, Albeit slowly, and dashes forward to try and decapitate Rago. He easily parries the water sword which shocks Helena, causing her attacks to become more aggressive and forceful until she eventually slightly cuts Rago on the arm, Rago jumps back and grips his wound while gritting his teeth, "not bad." he quietly whispers and gets into a fighting position again.
The tale has been taken without authorization; if you see it on Amazon, report the incident.
The shards of his sword all fly off, quickly surrounding the area around Helena.
"You can't run anymore... It is over, Helena." He tells her with an almost sad expression.
"Is it?" She moves her arm in a sircular motion, "Hydrokinesis: Water sphere." She creates an ever expanding sphere of water that ingulfs the shards before they attack and traps them within the water.
She dashes through a small opening that she creates in the sphere, "Hydrokinesis: Tide Splitter!" She swings her water sword with enough force to create a vacuum of air following the water slash.
Rago jumps up but the slash follows him like it has a mind of its own, he barely avoids the slash which later carves off the side of a giant rock behind him, his arm then glows and three red circles with runes in them apear around his wrist.
"Fragor!" He yells out and five darts fly at Helena, as the darts land they explode into smaller explosions which she dodges with a few cartwheels back.
She turns her head in shock and seven shards of the blade hit her, flying through her body like butter after managing to get out of the water sphere.
She falls to her knees, blood gushing through many wounds on her chest and mid-section that she is desperately trying to regenerate, blood dripping out of her mouth and nose.
"I had to rely on trickery, you are a former Principle after all... I would be no match for you in a regular duel." He smiles while aproaching her.
She stands up, looking straight into his eyes with burning anger, "how pathetic of you..." She finally heals her wounds and stands up, stumbling slightly.
"Pathetic? I think it is very reasonable, you can heal even the gravest wounds and decapitation isn't even deadly for you! I am at a big disadvantage this whole battle!" he says with a slight chuckle while continuing to aproach.
"Then why did you even decide to fight me?"
"It was an order from Lord Belial, i think you can understand."
"I do understand... She was never the one to do battle herself until absolutely necessary." She scoffs while wiping the blood off her mouth.
The shards finally all reconnect with the handle of the sword, "I'll make your death swift, please forgive me." He says with a cold expression.
"You have already been forgiven, don't fret." She summons a spear made of water and charges at him, but he ducks under and dashes to stab her in the chest with the sword.
The fractured blade pierces Helena's chest and her spear dissapears, her body slowly relaxing and falling forward, almost like in a hug, she moves her face closer to his, moving past his cheek and to his ear, her mouth opens slowly and her voice comes out like a slow and pained whisper.
"Realm... Treacherous Seas..."
